3 INTRODUCTION General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs Dubai In collaboration with emaratech have developed the Vision eform system to allow users submitting the entry permit and residency applications online.

4 What is Vision EForm? Vision Eform is get way to apply for entry permit or residency from GDRFA-D for typing centers or online (individual) with the following features: 1. Electronically payment of the fees 2. Ability to check application status

5 Log in eform After completing the registration process, normal users can login using the provided username and password in order to create applications in Vision eform.

6 Change Password

7 Create Application. Enter User Name and Password. Click on Login. The Home Page will Allow you to select from many services. Click on Create Application from top Menu.

8 Service Selection Select the Department, Transaction and Service OR you can also search by service name. Click Next System will generate a form based on your service selection.

9 Fill Application In order to fill Sponsor data, you can either read from emirates ID or search sponsor Type.

10 Search & Fill Sponsor Details If you select Establishment, enter establishment card No and the Establishment Card Expiry Date.

11 If you select Resident, enter Residence File No., Date of Birth and Nationality.

12 If you select Sponsor File No., enter Sponsor File No., Sponsor Year of Birth and Sponsor Nationality.

13 Search & Fill Applicant Details After selecting one sponsor type as above, There are two option to fill the applicant details the first option is upload applicant passport to auto fill data. the second option manually data entry, you can choose to upload passport from existing file on your computer or to directly scan passport from scanner.

14 If you select Upload & Read passport, select passport image from your computer and click on Add Files, then click on Start Upload.

15 If you select Upload & Read Passport select passport image from your computer and click on Add Files, then click on Start Upload

16 If the passport doesn t have MRZ code or the page you scanned is not the page with the MRZ code, then the below message will show, in this case you need to fill all the passport details manually.

17 When you attach or scan the passport, system will try to read the MRZ. If it is successful then most of the passport data will be filled. The remaining fields need to be filled manually, so please fill all the mandatory field with *

18 In case the service Residence (NEW, RENEW, CANCEL.etc.), it should be used the search & fill applicant detail to retrieve the file number from the old residency if renew, if new residence service enter entry permit number.

19 Add accompany data if any

20 You need to read the submitter s (Sponsor or PRO ) Emirates ID card data to continue.

21 Enter address details outside and inside UAE. You can click on Save to continue the application later or you can proceed to the next step by clicking on Save & Attach Documents.

22 Attach Documents After entering all the application mandatory fields, you need to attach the required documents. You can either upload or scan each mandatory document as below.

23 Scan Documents If you select Scan, then scan the document and then click on Upload.

24 Upload Documents If you select Upload then keep in mind that JPG is the attachment format with specific required specifications which are written beside each attachment. After adding all files, click on Start Upload.

25 You can click on Edit Application to go back to application data page. Click on proceed to payment to pay the application fees.

26 Pay Fees The third step is to pay the application fees. You can select Urgent or Normal. You need a Noqodi active account with sufficient balance to pay fees, please visit or call to complete the registration process. Check I accept to pay the above mentioned fees checkbox in order to enable the Pay button.

27 Click on Post to send your application to GDRFA-D.

28 After you post the application, you can print the receipt and the application for your own reference. The application will be processed and you can check the status from Application Management, once your application is approved, you will received the issued Visa / Residency.

30 Quota If you see the below message in any payment page, this means that you can t post your application to GDRFA-D as you have exceeded the allowed quota. Please check with GDRFA-D of what can be done to resolve this Issue.

31 Application Management The search engine will allow you to find your application, know the status and perform actions such as edit data, edit attachments, pay fees, post applications and print application and receipts for the posted applications.

32 One of the ways to search for the application is to select at least a date range by using the date picker as below and click Search.

33 You can also filter the search results by selecting Application Status.

34 Ministry of Labour Application You can apply for the Ministry of Labour Applications by choosing the application type as below.

35 Entry Permit - New - Mission - 90 days. Enter Work Permit Number and click on Search. Based on your input the system will retrieve the application data as below, click on Attachment to upload documents.

36 Upload the mandatory documents.

37 If you select scan, then scan the document then click on Upload. If you select Upload then keep in mind that JPG is the attachment format with specific required specifications which are written beside each attachment. After adding all files, click on Start Upload.

39 Click on Post to send your application to The General Directorate of residency and foreigners affairs.

40 After you post the application, you can print the receipt for your own reference. The application will be processed, once your application is approved you will received the issued Visa or Residency.

41 Change Status You can change status from a visa/ residence type into another visa / residence type by choosing Change status from the top menu. Enter New File number in the below format, Click on Next

42 Based on your input the system will retrieve the application data as below, complete any missing data.

43 Violation You can pay Violation by Vision eform (you can t pay any application until you pay the Violations). When you get the above message in red, it means that you have violations click on Click here.

44 You can also access Violation by clicking on Violation Management from the top menu, Select Individual or sponsor Violation.

45 Enter sponsor number and click Check Violation. Select Violations to be paid, Click Pay Violation.

46 When you get the above message, it means that applicant has violation click on OK & pay the violation to proceed the further.

47 Checkbox & click the pay violation in bottom.

48 Check I accept to pay the above mentioned fees check box in order to enable the Pay button.

49 Family Group You can create and mange family group by choosing Family Group from the top menu.

50 Create Family Group Pre-Requisite for creating family group All service types being searched should be same All service types being searched should have same sponsor Resident & work convertible permits cannot be grouped Only Ready to Post applications can be grouped A group must contain more than one application

51 Enter the transaction number, click add to group & select the relationship Head of Family as mandatory and then click save.

52 Manage Family Group Pre-Requisite for creating family group All service types being searched should be same All service types being searched should have same sponsor Resident & work convertible permits cannot be grouped Only Ready to Post applications can be grouped A group must contain more than one application

53 Enter the transaction number & click search, add member of family group and click add to group & click save or save & post.

54 Print The eform vision provides the typing centers to print the maid contract agreement when entering the applicant file number, date of birth & nationality and click search & print. This service only for renewal residence servant only.

55 Online Deposit Refund Eform vision provides the typing centers and customers to refund the warranty through using deposit online refund as per mentioned below.
