2 This datasheet sets out a summary of all IT services from IntraLAN Group Ltd. IntraLAN s support packages are modular, offering great flexibility to accommodate your business changing needs as you grow with predictable monthly costs. Central to our support is IAMS (IntraLAN Advanced Monitoring System) web portal that monitors, tracks and raises alerts for all Windows servers, workstations, mobiles, failed back-ups etc. All costs shown are per month, excluding VAT The following 3 approximate business sizes will help guide you towards the most appropriate package for you: Larger businesses ( users) Largely independent CHOOSE 1 LITE Medium businesses (5-100 users) Medium to high support CHOOSE 2 LAN SERVER ADD WORKSTATION MOBILE ON-SITE Smaller businesses (5-25 users) Extensive support, built on Microsoft s Office365 CHOOSE 3 365

3 1 LITE This package is designed for customers with strong in-house IT skills looking for self-managed network tools and occasional 3rd line PAYG help-desk support. 4 2 LAN For customers with less in-house IT skills looking to outsource their IT support. We will monitor and look after all IAMS alerts and faults. This is the base module so that you can then selectively add servers, workstations, mobiles and regular on-site engineering to your IAMS dashboard. 6 3 365 Whilst Microsoft s Office365 is supported for any number of users under LAN, the 25 business generally needs a closer support wrap. 365 therefore provides each user: Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) license install on up to 5 PCs/MACs 50Gb Office365 hosted + Calendar + Tasks include all your archived Anti-virus ( ) + anti-spam prefiltering Lync (Presence + IM) Office mobile apps use Office on ipad + Android 25Gb shared file space (SkyDrive Pro) all files auto-sync to all user-authorised PCs Anti-virus (PCs + files) SafeSend send a secure/recorded file attachment 2Gb IAMS on-line auto back-up non-skydrive files + roll-backs WORKSTATION support 1 PC per user Dedicated account manager + Office365 administration % uptime SLA per user 365 on-premise server: When you have 5 or more users in an office, we recommend an on-premise server: Local file storage for instant non-skydrive file access (backed up to IAMS on-line) Local domain controls (security, central updates, printing) Local application file share (e.g. for Sage) Includes HP server + Windows SQL Express 2012 Includes LAN + SERVER monitoring & support 175 One-off installation charge per user to upload s, files, install Office & initial training Annual contract (users added mid-term will be pro-rata to maintain synchronised end-point) Can substitute users throughout term Can seamlessly grow to >25 users to LAN, including Active Directory integration

7 Back-ups & Disaster Recovery We offer two solutions to all our customers. Full server + DR: Business Continuum Individual files: IAMS on-line 1. Business Continuum BC provides a fully managed server protection and Disaster Recovery service. It includes complete server images, with server suite testing every 6 months and off-site hosting if the worse should happen. Fully managed back-ups: All fault management Integrated into IAMS dashboard Dedicated NAS hardware + Acronis software (including version updates) Simultaneous off-site Test Restores of all servers (2x per year) Full server images (100% portable to new hardware) Up to 28 day roll-backs for instant drag-&-drop restore Removable drive for off-site All 256AES encrypted Certification for 3rd parties 75 per server Custom built NAS One-off set-up fee of 1, per server Rolling 12 months (pre-requisite LAN + SERVER ) in the event of a full DR scenario, we will provide: Dedicated project manager (IT & Tel) Loan servers and hardware/software procurement Total end-to-end engineering cover DataCentre hosting 2. IAMS on-line Auto-sync PC and laptop files and folders. Take real-time snap-shots of server data. Includes up to 28 days roll-backs. Useage per month 2 per Gb
