2 Introduction This document provides you with the details to make changes to your standard Customer Reconciliation reports and data-files from Worldpay, to prepare for your move to Worldpay s new acquiring platform. This covers the Electronic Management Information System (EMIS) files (including the human-readable Electronic or OTA/TTA/TTR reports) as well as the standard data-files that Worldpay sends you by , such as the Management Information (MI) packs supporting your invoices. We appreciate that you may wish to discuss these changes and that it can be confusing to refer to multiple documents. For this reason we have included the changes communicated last year in this document so that you will only need to refer to the latest version of this bulletin. For all changes in this bulletin we have added an indicator to show when we first communicated the change. This will help you focus on the new changes. With the exception of the Currency Conversion FX Rates files, the changes described in the document will not impact the structure of your system-readable files. The field position and lengths will remain the same and the change will primarily relate to data within the file. We ve also provided additional information to support the move to PCI compliant masked PAN EMIS files, which will enable you to re-route to the correct file name if you need to. Please make sure your technical team actions this change immediately if you re not already collecting masked PAN EMIS files, as it will require a change on your part before your migration. 2.1 Scope This document covers the changes to your Customer Reconciliation reports and data-files. Further changes may be communicated at a later date and include: Additional (lower impact) changes to data-files covered in this document Minor amendments to changes communicated now, may be made at a later date s to other customer reports An exhaustive list of all files that have been assessed for this communication has been provided in Appendix D We produce a number of Issuer BIN files and place them in the /Streamline folder. You may use these BIN files to block invalid cards and for other MI purposes. We may need to make changes to the folder name and/or filename for your migration. If this happens we will communicate the details of the changes required on your part, at a later date. The structure of the BIN files is expected to remain the same. 2.2 Document Guide We ve designed this document to be read by anyone who is interested in the information we pass in the files. This includes: Worldpay All rights reserved. Page 6 of 89

Each change has been assigned a single (or range of) unique change references. The erence ID has been marked in red. It is cross referenced in subsequent sections of this document, for example, as in the document level detail provided in Section 0. The Date Raised column contains the date we first communicated the change. This will be of special interest if you wish to focus on changes that were not included as part of the technical bulletin issued in December Important: As Worldpay is withdrawing clear PAN details ( erence ID: H-S), please ensure you are collecting the PAN Masked versions of the files that are already available. erence ID Summary Descriptions Date Raised A Removal of GBP Equivalent Amount & Currency Details (Transaction Reconciliation file) Worldpay will no longer provide the GBP equivalent amount of non GBP transactions. This will mainly impact non GBP merchants, with an improvement in experience for GBP merchants. Please note that the file will continue to provide details of the original transaction amount / currency as well as crediting amount / currency. Dec 2015 Sub-sections impacted: Reconciliation Transaction Data Record Fields impacted: Transaction Value Local Value Local Currency Code Local Exponent Worldpay All rights reserved. Page 8 of 89

Settlement Value Settlement Currency Code Settlement Exponent B Removal of Reporting Currency All fields in a report / file containing reporting currency details will be left blank, maintaining the file structure. This includes the following fields: Reporting Currency Code Dec 2015 Reporting Exchange Rate Reporting Currency Name Reporting Currency Value D Legacy NBT504 file descoped The NBT504 report will be withdrawn. All merchants that receive the NBT504 also receive the NBT505. NBT505 is an improved version of the NBT504. Dec 2015 Merchants should modify their systems to process the NBT505, file name convention: SSSS505YYYYMMDD.PM.CSV E Withdrawal of Contactless Card Types Worldpay will no longer provide the contactless equivalent for Card Product Types. Dec 2015 These details will be blanked out or set to NULL in the relevant files, the field will still exist to maintain the current format of the file. F Indicative Funding no longer provided for Pending or Rejected Transactions (Transaction Reconciliation file) Worldpay will only provide the crediting (funding) value where the transaction is cleared i.e. where the Status field is set to 'A'. For transactions where the status field is set to 'P' or 'R', the crediting value will not be provided. The field will be provided in the file, the data within the field be set to spaces. Dec 2015 Sub-sections impacted: Reconciliation Transaction Data Record Fields impacted: Settlement Value Settlement Currency Code Settlement Exponent G Modify & Standardise Card Scheme Brand description Card Scheme Brand descriptions will be shortened if they exceed 12 characters and standardised across all EMIS reports. Dec 2015 This is to ensure that the current file structure is maintained and to avoid the loss of information. Please refer to C.1 for details H-S Withdrawal of Clear PAN files The Clear PAN version of the file will be withdrawn, affected merchants must modify their systems to use the PAN Masked Dec 2015 Worldpay All rights reserved. 10 versions. The full Primary Account Number (PAN) will be replaced by a masked PAN number shown in the following format: (123456******1234) i.e. the first six and last four digits will be given with the remaining digits being shown as asterisks Please refer to B.1 for further details. Note this change does not apply to merchants who have completed the pro-forma to receive unmasked PANs. T Notification of all domestic chargebacks The domestic chargeback files will now contain all chargebacks for MasterCard and Visa. Previously, some chargebacks were being excluded. Dec 2015 The file structure will remain the same so you do not need to make any changes to systems processing the file. You only need to be aware that the files will contain additional data. AA General Alignment of reference to Card Scheme Brand erences to the Card Scheme Brand were inconsistent across the Worldpay Acquiring Transaction reports (aka Streamline Transaction Reports, Section 4). The Brand is currently referred to as Card Scheme in the Detail and Card Type in the Summary Batch Totals. March 2016 These references will be modified to correctly show Card Scheme Brand. Furthermore, acronyms will be used in place of numerical codes to improve readability. This change has been implemented in conjunction with G. Please refer to C.1 for a list of all the Card Scheme Brands and acronyms. Please refer to Section 4 for sample reports. These samples are representative though may be subject to minor changes. AB Removal of Redundant Fuel details The Product Code, Volume and Value fields in the Worldpay Acquiring Transaction reports (aka Streamline Transaction Reports, Section 4) for fuel and oil transactions are redundant. March 2016 As a result references to these fields have been removed. Please refer to Section 4 for sample reports. These samples are representative though may be subject to minor changes. AC Remove Duplication of Authorisation Code The Receipt Number holds the Authorisation Code for certain transactions. This column has been removed and the Authorisation Code will appear under the Auth Code column for all transactions. March 2016 Please refer to Section 4 for sample reports. These samples are representative but may be subject to minor changes. AD Remove Redundant Fuel summaries The Fuel Volume and Oil Volume fields in the Worldpay Acquiring Transaction reports (aka Streamline Transaction Reports, Section 4) for fuel and oil summaries are redundant. As a result references to these fields have been removed. March 2016 Worldpay All rights reserved. Page 10 of 89

Please refer to Section 4 for sample reports. These samples are representative but may be subject to minor changes. AE Align Domestic Reports with International formats Crediting Currency This is a minor change where we have consolidated our domestic version of a report with the international format for the report. Domestic merchants will notice the addition of the settlement currency which will match the transaction currency (GBP). March 2016 AF Align Domestic Reports with International formats Trading Day Breakdown This is another change where we have aligned the domestic version of the report with the international version for the report. We have refined our Processing Day breakdowns in the Domestic template to allow merchants to reconcile based on Processing Day and Trading Day. March 2016 AG Align Domestic Reports with International formats Card Type Breakdown This is another change where we have aligned the domestic version of the report with the international version for the report. The Card Scheme Brand breakdown has been replaced by Card Type. March 2016 Please refer to C.2 for details AH Enhance the report to include Currency Details This is a minor change where we have enhanced the report to clarify the transaction (local) and settlement (crediting) currency March 2016 AJ in the format of the unique reference for Chargebacks & RFIs The Card Centre field in the EMIS Chargeback & RFI files holds the unique reference for the Chargeback or RFI. This reference is assigned to Chargeback or RFI by Worldpay and quoted in any communication you receive regarding the Chargeback or RFI. March 2016 The format of this reference will change from an alphanumeric sequence to: n-nnnnnn where n is a number. The reference will typically be 8 characters in length but will over time build to 9 or 10 characters. AK Invoice Number in Streamline Invoice Information datafile This field is populated inconsistently and we are standardising the field to hold the last 7 digits of the Invoice erence on your Invoice. This number will be re-set to once it exceeds March 2016 AL Representation of Premium & Chargeback Returned Charges in Streamline Invoice Information data-file The Invoice for customers on the Premium tariff includes subsections for the Premium Charges and Chargeback Charges. These charges will now appear in the Non Transactional Charges Record section of the data file. March 2016 AN-AS Removal of Legacy Issuer BIN files Some of the Issuer BIN files are incomplete as they currently do not contain details for Issuer BINs where the length of the BIN exceeds 9 characters. March 2016 We are de-scoping the incomplete files and have provided Worldpay All rights reserved. Page 11 of 89

alternative files that accommodate BIN lengths up to 18 characters. You will need to modify your systems to process BINs lengths up to 18 characters. Please refer to B.4 for further details. The specification for the replacement (Universal) files can be found in the EMIS Technical Specification. AT Impact of 7-day Processing Currently we process your transactions on a daily basis between Monday and Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). March 2016 Depending on your set up, we can then settle funds to your bank account between Monday and Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Our New Acquiring Platform can process transactions on a daily basis 7 days a week. Settlement will still be limited to between Monday and Friday (excluding UK Public Holidays). This change will impact any report that provides details of processing summaries for transactions that have occurred on Friday and the weekend. AU s to the daily Interchange file Removal of Transaction Currency Equivalents The daily Interchange file provides Interchange and Scheme fee details. We currently provide the Interchange and Scheme cost in 3 currencies: (i) (ii) (iii) the local or transaction currency, the settlement or currency we credit you in, and the billing or currency we charge you in March 2016 We will no longer provide you (i). This value is not relevant to the context of this report and does not appear on your Invoice. Please note that to minimise impact on your systems we will continue to include this field in your report but we will fill this field with blank spaces. AV s to the daily Interchange file Removal of redundant fields We have removed the Plan Code / Scheme Code field as this is a Worldpay internal code and not required for you to reconcile or enquire about the information in this reports. Please note that to minimise impact on your systems we will continue to include this field in your report but we will fill this field with blank spaces. March 2016 AW Currency Conversion Rates driven by Transaction Type The format of the currency conversion rates file will change. We will provide 2 rates for each currency pair, a rate that is applicable to Purchases and a rate that is applicable to unds. March 2016 AX erence to NAP Party IDs Some files have been enhanced to refer to the new Party Id that will be based on the existing number sequence for Company and Outlets. March 2016 This change is typically implemented where a report or datafile is designed to be used for Company and Outlets that have been migrated to Our New Acquiring Platform as well as Worldpay All rights reserved. Page 12 of 89

any Company or Outlet (Party) you request to be created after your migration to the new platform. AY s to the Invoice MI pack received by Customers on the Premium tariff Current Offering If you are with us on a Premium tariff, you will currently be receiving an MI pack that supports your invoice. This MI pack is issued in line with your Invoice and is sent to you via in the form of a comma separated (csv) file. March 2016 If you wish to view the data file in human-readable form then we currently provide a utility on our website that can be downloaded to view the file in human-readable form. This utility is the MI Pack Report Formatter. Once you migrate to the new platform, we will continue to provide the csv file in the same format as we do today. This will only apply to Company s and Outlets that are currently covered by this file. In place of the Report Formatter we will also provide you a human-readable form of the MI file so you will no longer require the Report Formatter. The Invoice provides a breakdown of the Premium Charges based on Premium Charge Type. The human-readable report provides better alignment with the Invoice as it starts from the Premium Charge Type breakdown provided in the Invoice and provides an additional breakdown by Card Type (as opposed to starting from Card Type followed by Premium Charge). The human-readable file will also include other improvements that we have introduced as part of our New Acquiring Platform (please see below). Optional Upgrade Please note that we have also developed a new csv file that includes improvements introduced by the new platform. You can request this file in place of the existing csv file for companies and outlets that are migrated to the new platform. The existing csv file may not be available to companies and outlets on-boarded after your migration. The new csv file would require you to make changes to your systems. Improvements to this file include: (i) (ii) (iii) display of Premium Charge rates by Funding Source (Credit/Debit) and Scheme (MasterCard/Visa) as opposed to just Funding Source enable the breakdown of Premium Charges MI across multiple settlement currencies enable reporting where the billing currency differs from the settlement currency AZ s to the Invoice MI pack received by Customers on the Interchange+ tariff Current Offering As for the customer on Premium tariffs, if you are registered on an Interchange+ tariff, you will be receiving an MI Pack (csv file) that supports your Invoice via . March 2016 The MI Pack Report Formatter will be available from the Worldpay All rights reserved. Page 13 of 89

Worldpay website for you to view the data file in humanreadable form. Once you migrate to the new platform, we will continue to provide the csv file in the same format as we do today. This will only apply to Companies and Outlets that are currently covered by this file. In place of the Report Formatter we will also provide you a human-readable form of the MI file so you will no longer require the Report Formatter. The human-readable report provides better alignment with the Invoice as the MI breakdown is based on Transaction Type (Purchase, und, PWCB, Cash Advance, Credit Transfer) as opposed to Transaction Type Group (Purchase & und). The human-readable file will also include other improvements (please see below). Optional Upgrade We have also developed an improved version of the csv file that includes features introduced by the new platform. You can request this file in place of the existing csv file for companies and outlets that are migrated to the new platform. The existing csv file may not be available to companies and outlets on-boarded after your migration. The new csv file would require you to make changes to your systems. Improvements to this file include: (i) (ii) enable the reporting of charges across multiple settlement currencies enable reporting where the billing currency differs from the settlement currency BA s to Report Availability Our new platform has been enhanced significantly to introduce additional controls and improve the quality of our data. March 2016 This has resulted in a small increase in some of our processing times and will have a slight impact on the SLA s of some reports. 3.2 s Summarised by Reports & Data-files Target Audience (who would be interested in reading this section): Technical Users & Project Managers/Planners The table below contains the changes to reports and data-files that are impacted by the summary provided in Section 3.1 Worldpay All rights reserved. 20 4 Streamline Transaction Reports Target Audience (who would be interested in reading this section): Business Users You may currently receive legacy Streamline reports that provide an overview of transactions processed by Worldpay. We launched these legacy reports before we created our more recent EMIS reports and datafiles, and the legacy reports are largely superseded by the information available in the EMIS reports. If you are set up to receive these legacy Streamline reports through the file gateway then you will know them as the Electronic Reports. Alternatively you may receive these reports by post. The legacy Streamline reports are designed to be viewed manually by customers. They are not designed to be system-readable as the format does not support loading into internal reconciliation systems. We have numerous reports available through the online portals and our file gateway that would support an automated load. In this section we will describe the visual changes we are making to these reports. Most changes are designed to allow you to use some of the features introduced by our New Acquiring platform. We have also simplified the format to remove redundant fields. Please note we will no longer refer to these reports as Streamline reports, as this is a reference to a system that we will stop using when you migrate to our New Acquiring Platform. These reports will now be referred to as the Worldpay Acquiring Transaction reports. The new format for each of the Worldpay Acquiring Transaction reports will be covered in subsequent subsections. Please note that the samples provided in this section are representative of the new format. However the samples may still be subject to minor changes. 4.1 s to Report Availability This set of reports is currently made available to you between Monday and Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) at 07:00 (UTC). When you migrate to the New Acquiring Platform, the report will be made available to you by 09:00 (UTC). 4.2 Seven day Processing Schedule On the current platform we process your transactions on a daily basis between Monday and Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Transactions are not processed on weekends. Depending on how you are set up, we can then settle funds to your bank account between Monday and Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Due to the current five day processing schedule, transactions that occur on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday. Consequently when we report on daily processing summaries for transactions that have occurred Friday-Sunday you will see that the processing day is set to Monday across this entire period. Worldpay All rights reserved. Page 20 of 89

In our New Acquiring Platform we will be processing transactions seven days a week. As a result the daily Streamline Transaction report you receive on Monday will refer to up to three processing days covering Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please note we will not be changing the report schedule. We will continue to provide daily reports between Monday and Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and reports will not be generated on the weekend. 4.3 Batch Held Pending Analysis Alternative Report Names New Report Name : NBT076AA-01 : Transactions Held for Correction This report provides customers a view of all transactions that failed Worldpay validation and are held by Worldpay for Corrections For merchants set up to receive this report, the report will only be generated when a batch fails Worldpay validation and is held for Correction.
