When ordering a fibre-optic cable with enhanced vibration resistance, please add the suffix VS to the fibre-optic cable code. for high-temperature applications (T250) (T400) (T600) (T700) (special bonding) The glass fibres can be bonded for high-temperature ranges. Standard bond is suitable for temperatures up to 80 C. Using special glues, it is possible to achieve temperatures up to 250 C and up to 400 C.For this higher temperature ranges, the stainless steel type E sheath must be used (see page 4). When ordering a fibre -optic cable for high temperature requirements, please add the suffix T250 or T400 to the fibre-optic cable code. With metalised fibres and additional sapphire optic applications up to 700 C are possible Standard configuration Ifferent fibre bundle types parallel row arrangement from mm width and from 0.1 mm pitch evenly (randomly) mixed, single or multiple branches ifferent fibre bundle types and configurations are available. These includes for example UV fibres, special infrared fibres, wide-angle fibres or plastic fibres. Custom-produced fibre-optic cables One of the strengths of fibre-optic production at ELTROTEC ist the manufacture of highly complex sensing heads in a wide range of dimensions, including types with several segments and special adapters. ELTROTEC can draw on many years of exerience in the filed of sensor technology, cold-light illumination, macheine vision and microscope illumination, and well as endoscope technology.
