1 How do I Apply & use Dena Mobile banking? Dear Customer, We welcome you for showing interest in Dena Bank Mobile Banking and in this segment we will guide you how to register yourself and usage thereof. Customers having at least one saving account can register online for mobile banking facility of Dena Bank: To register for Mobile Banking facility: You are requested to visit our Dena Bank Website and then Click on Mobile Banking registration in Online Services section and submit the details in the registration form: Once you click on Mobile banking registration option, it will redirect you to following screen which informs about the facilities offered through Mobile Banking.

2 After you click on I AGREE button by marking check box I accept the Terms and Conditions, system will redirect you to following screen wherein you need to enter your informations in order to validate your details for enabling Mobile Banking. After entering all the details, please click on PROCEED button. After verifying your details, MB facility will be activated within 2 working days and you will receive a message from Dena Bank about dispatch of the MPIN. You need to collect the same from your branch. How to use Mobile Banking Application after collecting MPIN: Step:1 : Downloading of Dena Bank Mobile Application: For Android Users: Android uses should enter keyword Dena Bank App into Google PLAYSTORE and download Dena Bank Mobile App by PayMate as shown below: Screen:1 : Informs about the Dena Bank App which needs to be downloaded Screen:2 : User needs to click on Install button for downloading the App on his mobile. Screen:3 : Once the App gets downloaded/installed, an icon of Dena Bank will appear in menu items.

3 Screen: 1 Screen: 2 Screen: 3 For other Users: Likewise Apple users should go to App-Store and download/install the Dena Bank App provided by PayMate. Similarly Windows phone users should go to Microsoft Store and download/install the Dena Bank App provided by PayMate only. Step: 2 Changing MPIN and setting Login password for Mobile Application: Once the App is installed, user needs to click on its icon which will open the APP as shown in Screen:4, wherein user has to enter his registered mobile number and the MPIN which has been collected from the Branch. Once you click on activate button, it will prompt you to next screen wherein customer has to change his MPIN. It will be a four digit number which a user should memorize rather it writing it. After changing the MPIN and submitting it, it will prompt you to another screen for setting application password of the App, which will be 6 alphanumeric characters. Screen: 4 Screen: 5 Screen: 6

4 Step: 3 After clicking on CREATE PASSWORD button in screen: 6, following screen no:7 will appear wherein user has to enter his login password and click on login button. It will enable the user to login into home page of the Dena Bank Mobile App and it will appear like screen:8. His current available balance will be shown. There is a drop down option also in which a user can see details of his other accounts with Dena Bank if any. 5 Step: 5 You are requested to access the HELP option in the Mobile App which will elaborate you to know more about Dena Bank Mobile Banking through FAQ option. There is also a Contact Us option in the Mobile APP where you will find contact no. details to address your any grievances.
