2 Technical Requirements Devices iphone ipad Android Phone Operating System 7.x or higher 7.x or higher 2.3 or higher NOTE: The application cannot be used on the following devices: ipad Touch Android Tablets Phablets (i.e., Samsung Note Phones) To access and download the Business Mobile Application From your mobile device: For your iphone/ipad, Go to Apple Store and search for Investors Bank Business Mobile. For your Android, Go to Google Play Store and search for Investors Bank Business Mobile. Download application to install. Business Mobile Application User Guide 2

3 Log into the mobile website Log into the mobile website using your existing Online banking Company ID, User ID and password. The Company ID and User ID will be masked. You have the option to Save your IDs for future login. From the bottom of the main Login page users will have access to the following icons: Locations Locate a branch and their information. Contact Us automatically call our Cash Management or Client Care Center for support. About Us Information about Investors Bank. Connect to our Facebook page. Connect to Investors via Twitter. Share share the application via , Facebook and Twitter. The Online Privacy Statement and Privacy Notice will appear. Users must agree to the notice. This is a one-time event. On the Home Page users will see a list of all their accounts. Only the last 4 digits of each account will be displayed. Business Mobile Application User Guide 3

4 To View Account Detail To view account detail, click the account you wish to view. The screen on the right will display. Business Mobile Application User Guide 4

5 Filter Information Click on Filter to choose options to filter information by Amount and/or Date. Select Apply to maintain the Filters. Filter by Date: Select the Date option by click on the option required by the user. Filter by Amount: Enter the dollar values in the From and To fields Select Apply or use you device s Back Button to return to the previous screen. Business Mobile Application User Guide 5

6 Functions From the top left: The following functions can be preformed: Accounts Will display the list of all accounts for which the user is entitled Approvals Will display account pending ACH and Wire transactions which require approve. Transaction History Will display activity performed in accounts based on the filters applied. Transfer Ability to transfer funds between the customer s accounts within the same Company ID. When this action is selected, all pending and completed transactions for the prior 30 days will be displayed. NOTE: User must be set up by their company administrator to approve Wire and Payment Transactions. A token is required. Business Mobile Application User Guide 6

7 To Take Action 1. Click on a pending transaction. 2. Select Approve or Del/Deny. Business Mobile Application User Guide 7

8 3a. If Approve is selected, you will be prompted to enter your token code. The payment will be processed and you will receive a successful notice. 3b. If Del/Deny is selected, user will be asked to select Delete or Deny and re-confirm this action. Business Mobile Application User Guide 8

9 Transfers To create a new Transfer, click on the Green Plus field on the top right. From Choose the account to transfer funds from. To Choose the account to transfer funds to. Amount Enter the amount of funds to be transferred. Deliver by automatically defaults to current day. Note explanation of transfer. Business Mobile Application User Guide 9
