Download and open the most up-to-date version of the BEA App in the App Store or Google Play, tap My Banking at the bottom of the screen, log in and tap Smallvalue Transfers (FPS) in the BEA App side menu. 2. Enter payment details and click Next. Note: After the transaction has completed, this withdrawal account will be the designated account of Small-value Transfers (FPS) and i-p2p payment service. 3 3. Verify the payment details, agree with the terms and conditions and click Confirm.. Page 3 of 12

4 4. Please enter the OTP sent to your mobile and click Confirm, the payment has been successfully transferred to another bank and the Small-value Transfers (FPS) / i-p2p service has been activated. Page 4 of 12

5 Mobile Banking (BEA App) not yet activated i-p2p b) Small-value Transfers (FPS) Request 1. You must have to register the FPS ID for the FPS Addressing Service to collect payments by presenting a QR code to your acquaintances. If you have not yet registered the FPS ID, after going into Small-value Transfers (FPS) in the BEA App side menu, select Request, you will be requested to register the FPS ID as shown in below screens. Once you have registered the FPS ID, after selected Request, then the QR code will be shown. You can Specify Amount (if necessary). Present the QR code to the payer and the money will be deposited to your account. Page 5 of 12

After going into Small-value Transfers (FPS) in the BEA App side menu, select Scan. Select account and agree with the terms and conditions, click Next. Please enter the OTP sent to your mobile and click Confirm.
