11 March 2017 IEEE 802 Participation Side, v BPE SG & Participation in IEEE 802 Meetings Submission Participation in any IEEE 802 meeting (Sponsor, Sponsor subgroup, Working Group, Working Group subgroup, etc.) is on an individua basis Participants in the IEEE standards deveopment individua process sha act based on their quaifications and experience. ( section 5.2.1) IEEE 802 Working Group membership is by individua; Working Group members sha participate in the consensus process in a manner consistent with their professiona expert opinion as individuas, and not as organizationa representatives. (subcause Estabishment, of the IEEE 802 LMSC Working Group Poicies and Procedures) Participants have an obigation to act and vote as an individua and not under the direction of any other individua or group. A Participant s obigation to act and vote as an individua appies in a cases, regardess of any externa commitments, agreements, contracts, or orders. Participants sha not direct the actions or votes of any other member of an IEEE 802 Working Group or retaiate against any other member for their actions or votes within IEEE 802 Working Group meetings, see section and the IEEE 802 LMSC Working Group Poicies and Procedures, subcause Chair, ist item x. By participating in IEEE 802 meetings, you accept these requirements. If you do not agree to these poicies then you sha not participate.
