Please ensure that address of main contact person is provided. A copy of all communication for this site will be marked to this ID. Most of follow-up communication will be sent over Please prefix STD code for phone number. Preferably, furnish BSNL / MTNL phone number for easy identification of site. Mobile number and ID of main contact person at site are mandatory. All correspondence during pre-installation and postinstallation support phase will be done on registered and mobile number. In the event of any change, please ensure that the same is reflected in our database. 3. Separate forms are required for Primary and Backup links. A primary link is the path through which your data will flow normally. Backup link will take over in case primary link fails. 4. Table below gives media codes and permitted combination of primary and backup links. In case of non-feasibility of Media code of first choice, BSE can provide alternative media if second choice is indicated. Choice of media governs quality of service. Wired links have advantage of better throughputs and upgradeability. Wired links are prone to failure on last mile and therefore wireless links are generally more stable. Mix and match of Wired and Wireless media give best performance stability results. Declaration to be furnished by Market Participant for each SAT/ Wireless Leased Line site in duplicate: Sample declaration presented below is for members who do not have CST / LST nos. in the state where connectivity is to be installed. CDSL Member has to get it typed on his letterhead (Two copies of declaration for each site) and send it to CDSL. Give office address of Installation Site and mention State where Site is located. This declaration is required to deliver equipment at the member s site and has no cost implications whatsoever to the member.
