(I)nventory/E-Stock: If a SU47 unit is needed, the last 4W24 kit will have to be used leaving a zero stock position for the 4W24 set. Mitigation: Work with ISE and vendor to expedite delivery. (S)LE: If OA test data is insufficient to support additional extensions beyond 108 months RA will be required. Mitigation: Process RA to determine if additional install time can be added to the SU47. Future (O)A: If OA results do not support additional extensions RA will need to be issued for Hazard Risk Analysis (HRA).
