CHAPTER 1 Introdction AppSync overview AppSync architectre Differences between AppSync and Replication Manager...12 Interoperability of AppSync and Replication Manager Spported applications...13 Introdction 9

Introdction AppSync overview Service plans provide tiered protection AppSync software provides simple, self-service application protection with tiered protection options and proven recoverability. AppSync protects an application by creating copies of application data. Yo indicate to AppSync what yo want to protect by sbscribing a Microsoft Exchange database (for example) to a service plan. When the service plan rns, one or more copies are created. The service plan can also mont the copy, validate it, and rn ser-created scripts. A service plan is comprised of mltiple phases, inclding create copy, mont copy, validate copy, nmont copy, and phases that rn optional ser-provided scripts. AppSync incldes several application-specific plans that work withot modification. With the Sbscribe to Plan and Rn command, yo apply the settings of a service plan to yor data and protect it immediately. When yo sbscribe an object to a service plan, it joins any other objects that are already part of the plan. All objects in the service plan are sbject to the workflows and settings defined in the service plan. (The exceptions are the overrides specific to startp or monting a copy.) The defalt service plans offer tiered levels of protection. For example, the service plans for Microsoft Exchange protection range from local copies once a day, to plans that make local and remote copies every three hors, seven days a week. Yo can modify a service plan if yo need to change its settings to match yor reqirements, or create a new plan. Figre 1 Service Plan Settings tab Role-based management AppSync spports role-based access to resorces and fnctionality. Yo can set p AppSync to have mltiple sers. Each ser can be assigned one or more roles that correspond to their responsibilities and reqirements. Yo can create sers 10 EMC AppSync User Gide

Introdction Reports show proven protection that are local to AppSync, and optionally add sers throgh an LDAP server which handles the athorization. AppSync generates reports that tell yo whether yor data is protected, recoverable, and compliant with service level agreements. The reports inclded with AppSync work withot modification. Alerts and reports can be easily viewed at the top level of the AppSync dashboard. Alerts can be sent in . AppSync can export reports to comma-separated vale format. Figre 2 The Recovery Point Compliance Report AppSync architectre AppSync components inclde the AppSync server, host plg-in software, and ser interfaces. Figre 3 AppSync architectre Reports show proven protection 11

Introdction AppSync server Host plg-in The AppSync server software resides on a spported Windows system. It controls the service plans and stores data abot each copy it creates. The repository is stored in a PostgreSQL database on the AppSync server. AppSync installs light-weight plg-in software on the prodction and mont hosts. AppSync pshes the plg-in software from the AppSync server to the host when yo add the host as a resorce. In an environment that prevents the AppSync server from accessing a host, yo can install the plg-in manally. Examples of hosts where the plg-in resides is an Exchange mailbox server or an Exchange validation or mont host. AppSync ser interface REST interface The AppSync console is web-based. Spported browsers are Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox. Flash and Java Rntime Environment are reqired. The AppSync Spport Matrix on spport.emc.com is the athoritative sorce of information on spported software and platforms. AppSync has a REST interface that allows application programmers to access information controlled by AppSync. The API is described in the AppSync REST API Reference. Differences between AppSync and Replication Manager Althogh they are related prodcts, there are important differences between AppSync and Replication Manager. AppSync is primarily different from Replication Manager in that it ses the concept of service plans (protection policies) which are designed to meet specific service level reqirements. The service plans are flly cstomizable and can be applied to yor application with a single click. As a reslt, AppSync is very easy to se for applications administrators as well as storage administrators, becase it does not reqire prior knowledge in data replication technology. It is important to note that AppSync can be easily added to an existing Replication Manager environment and both prodcts can exist together as long as the AppSync plg-in and Replication Manager clients do not reside on the same server. Interoperability of AppSync and Replication Manager AppSync and Replication Manager can co-exist with certain important limitations. In some cases, a combination of AppSync and Replication Manager is reqired in order to satisfy mltiple se cases and applications. AppSync and Replication Manager can se the same storage array, as long as they are protecting different hosts, servers, or virtal machines. However, the following interoperability isses exist in AppSync 1.5.0: 12 EMC AppSync User Gide

Introdction AppSync plg-in and Replication Manager clients cannot co-exist on the same server. Spported applications Althogh AppSync spports Exchange 2013, at this time, AppSync can restore individal Exchange 2010 mailboxes and messages only, when EMC ItemPoint for Microsoft Exchange Server is installed. (ItemPoint is not qalified on Exchange 2013). AppSync creates and manages application-consistent copies of Microsoft Exchange data and logs, SQL Server databases, and of VMware datastores. Yo can also create and manage copies of VMware datastores with the EMC VSI for VMware vsphere: AppSync Management plg-in. The plg-in is available as a separate download from the AppSync Online Spport page at spport.emc.com. The AppSync Spport Matrix on spport.emc.com is the athoritative sorce of information on spported software and platforms. Spported applications 13

AppSync Console Starting the AppSync console Yo can rn the AppSync console on a spported web browser from any system that has connectivity to the AppSync server. Use to start the console. Note If yo are pgrading from a previos version of AppSync to AppSync version 1.5, se port If yo are rnning the console on the AppSync server, yo can start the console by clicking on the AppSync shortct on the installer's desktop. appsync_server mst be a host name, not an IP address. Logging into AppSync Log in with the credentials spplied by yor administrator, or se the defalt administrator accont name (defalt is admin) with the password that was created dring AppSync server installation. Depending on yor secrity settings, yo may be prompted to accept certificates for the following when logging in the first time: Yo shold permanently accept the certificates. Logging ot of the AppSync console Log ot of the console to disconnect from the AppSync server and end the session. Procedre Setting preferences 1. Click the Log ot icon at the top of the AppSync console. Note that AppSync atomatically logs ot an idle ser after one hor. Yo can set the langage displayed in the ser interface and optimize the console for se over remote connections. Procedre 1. Select yor langage of choice from the dropdown of installed langages. If yo change the langage, yo mst close the browser and lanch AppSync again for the settings to take effect. 2. Check Optimize for Remote Connection to optimize the ser interface for se over remote connections. For example, certain visal effects may case slow screen painting when yo remotely access the console. Selecting this option enhances the remote response time bt does not affect management options or fnctionality. 16 EMC AppSync User Gide

AppSync Console Console overview The AppSync console is arranged in sections for management, reporting, and administration. The Dashboard is a cstomizable view of reports and alerts. The defalt dashboard shows recovery point objective (RPO) stats of protected applications, service plan completion stats, most recent alerts, and activity in progress. Protection lists discovered applications sch as Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SQL Server, and provides the application-oriented entry point for protection, mont, restore, service plan sbscription, and other operations. The Service Plans tab lets yo view and modify service plan settings, view lists of objects that are sbscribed to a service plan, the copies that were made of those objects, and the events that were generated when the service plan was rn. Monitoring displays alerts, recovery point compliance reports, and service plan completion reports. Settings is for adding servers, VMware vcenter servers, and storage resorces to AppSync. License management, ser administration, and server settings are also fond nder Settings. Spport provides access to how-to videos and the AppSync spport page at spport.emc.com. User roles control which sections of the console are displayed and which operations are listed in mens. For example, the console does not display the Protection and Service Plans tabs for a ser who has only the Secrity Administrator role. 22 Service Plans Rnning a service plan on demand Service plans rn on a schedle bt yo can also rn a service plan on demand. Before yo begin This operation reqires the Data Administrator role in AppSync. Procedre 1. Select Service Plans. Creating a service plan 2. Select the application to protect. 3. Select a plan from the list and click Rn from the bttons below. This service plan rn is applicable to all the application objects crrently sbscribed to the plan. The service plan rns immediately. The Rn Service Plan dialog displays progress as application storage is discovered and mapped, and application protection begins according to service plan settings. 4. Click Details to see more events that occrred dring each phase. Yo can create a new service plan by sing an existing plan as a template. Before yo begin This operation reqires the Service Plan Administrator role in AppSync. Procedre 1. Select Service Plans. 2. Click Create. Service plan schedle overrides 22 EMC AppSync User Gide 3. In the Create New Plan dialog box, select an existing plan to se as a template. Enter a name and a description for the new service plan. Note that the new service plan contains the same schedle and other settings as the template, bt there are no objects sbscribed to the new service plan. Yo can override a service plan's schedle settings and specify separate schedles for individal objects that are sbscribed to the plan. In the Plan Startp phase of the service plan, yo select a recrrence type based on which the service plan is triggered. This recrrence type is applicable for all application objects that are sbscribed to a service plan. However, yo can override the settings and specify separate settings for selected objects. Yo can override only the settings of the Recrrence Type already selected for the plan. For instance, the chosen recrrence type is to rn On selected days... and the settings are to Rn at 12:00 AM on days Fri, Sat. When yo override these settings for an object, yo can change only the time and days of the week. Yo cannot select a different recrrence type as part of the override. As the Service Plan Administrator, if yo change the generic recrrence settings (sch as the time to rn, or mintes after the hor), there is no impact to the settings of the overrides. However, if yo change the recrrence type itself, then the overrides are no longer valid. The new recrrence type now applies to all objects ntil yo specify individal settings based on the new recrrence type.

Service Plans Note If an application object is sbscribed to mltiple plans, the plans mst not be schedled to be rnning at the same time. Copies generated by the service plan Copies generated by a service plan are listed in service plan's Copies tab. Yo can filter the list of copies by the time of creation, and other attribtes specific to the application. Objects sbscribed to a service plan Events Application objects that are sbscribed to a service plan are listed in service plan's Sbscriptions tab. Events show the progress of an operation. They are generated when a service plan is rn, and when a copy is monted or restored. Event information incldes: Type (error, warning, or informational) Date and time of the event Description Server Yo can view events at: Service plan Events tab. For example, the Events tab nder Service Plans > Microsoft Exchange > Bronze shows yo the events related to yor Exchange copy nder the plan. Application's Copies page. For example, navigate to Protection > VMware Datacenters and select a datacenter, then a datastore to view the Copies page. Select a copy to view its associated events in the Events pane below. Events are also displayed at the time they are generated in the Sbscribe to plan and rn, Mont, and Restore wizards. By defalt only the top level events, known as milestone events, are displayed. A milestone event is generated at the completion of each phase in a service plan cycle. Yo can expand a milestone event to show the other events that were generated in the phase. Considerations when sbscribing application objects to a service plan There is no limit to the nmber of objects yo can sbscribe to a service plan. AppSync atomatically divides p the work for optimal performance. However, if yo need fine control over exactly what objects are groped together for monting, scripting, and validating, consider creating mltiple service plans and distribting objects among the plans. This techniqe works when the objects sbscribed to a service plan are from the same server. Sbscribe no more than 12 objects to any one service plan when sing this method. Copies generated by the service plan 23

Service Plans Controlling VNX LUN tilization When setting p a service plan that ses VNX Snapshots, avoid overtilization and depletion of LUNs by sing care when setting the RPO vale in the Plan Startp phase, and the Always keep n Copies in the Create copy phase. Yo shold also monitor yor VNX LUNs with the Unisphere ser interface. Disabling and reenabling a service plan By defalt all service plans are enabled. Yo can disable and reenable a service plan. Before yo begin This operation reqires the Service Plan Administrator role in AppSync. Procedre 1. Select Service Plans. Deleting a service plan 2. Select the application. 3. Select the plan and click Disable or Enable from the bttons below. Yo can delete a ser-created service plan. Before yo begin This operation reqires the Service Plan Administrator role in AppSync. Yo cannot delete a bilt-in service plan (for example, Bronze, Silver, Gold). Yo cannot delete a service plan if the plan has sbscriptions or if there are valid copies associated with the plan. Procedre 1. Select Service Plans. 2. Select the application. 3. Select a ser-created plan and click Delete from the bttons below. 4. Click Yes to confirm. 30 Protecting Microsoft Exchange Overview of Exchange spport Use AppSync to create application-consistent copies of Exchange data. When yo add an Exchange Mailbox Server as a host, AppSync identifies whether it is an Exchange standalone or an Exchange DAG member server. Yo can mont the copies on a Windows Server 2008 host that has the Exchange management tools installed to rn a consistency check or to back p the copies to longterm storage. AppSync can restore individal Exchange 2010 mailboxes and mailbox items when EMC ItemPoint for Microsoft Exchange Server is installed. Deploying AppSync for Exchange protection: smmary of steps The following is a smmary of steps from deployment to protection. Procedre 1. Install the AppSync server. 2. In the AppSync ser interface, go to Settings > Storage Infrastrctre and click Add to add the storage system where the Exchange mailbox database resides. 3. Go to Settings > Servers and click Add to add Exchange standalone mailbox servers or DAG member servers as hosts. 4. Go to Protection > Microsoft Exchange and click a server name from the list of Exchange standalone and DAG servers. Yo are prompted to enter credentials to configre and rn the AppSync Exchange Interface service. The Exchange databases are discovered. 5. From the list of Exchange databases, yo can: Spported Exchange configrations Protect immediately with Sbscribe to Plan and Rn, which sbscribes the database to a service plan and rns the protection immediately for the selected database only. In the case of databases in a DAG, one of the passive databases is protected by defalt. Sbscribe to Plan, which sbscribes the database to a service plan, bt does not rn the plan. Protection occrs according to the service plan's schedle. Verify that yor Exchange configration meets the prereqisites. The AppSync Spport Matrix on spport.emc.com is the athoritative sorce of information on spported software and platforms. AppSync spports: Exchange 2010 mailbox servers on Windows Server 2008 SP2 and Windows Server 2008 R2. Exchange 2013 mailbox servers on Windows 2008 R2 SP1 or later. Microsoft Exchange 2010 and 2013 Database Availability Grops (DAGs) inclding active and passive copies. Refer to the AppSync Spport Matrix for spported service packs for Exchange and specific Windows operating system reqirements. 30 EMC AppSync User Gide

Protecting Microsoft Exchange Disable circlar logging Exchange database copy stats AppSync reqires circlar logging to be disabled on Exchange databases. Yo shold verify that circlar logging is disabled in the Exchange Management Console nder a database's properties. For protection, a standalone Exchange database copy mst be in the Monted state. In a DAG, an active copy mst be in the Monted state even when backing p a passive copy, and a passive copy mst be in the Healthy state. AppSync will exclde a database from the service plan rn if the database is not in the reqired state. RecoverPoint reqirements related to Exchange protection Restrictions related to RecoverPoint spport are in the areas of restore and service plan configration. Database and logs can be restored from an application consistent bookmark only. Individal items sch as a message or mailbox can be restored from a crash consistent or application consistent bookmark sing EMC ItemPoint for Microsoft Exchange Server. In a RecoverPoint environment, restore granlarity of Exchange is at the consistency grop level. Make sre that all application items contained in a single consistency grop are being protected by the same service plan. General considerations and limitations for Exchange Certain configration settings are recommended for AppSync to spport Exchange. The database file and transaction logs for an Exchange database can reside on the same volme if yo choose to do so. However, it is recommended that they reside on separate volmes. The following files mst be stored on a spported storage array to ensre that they will be replicated: EDB files, log files, and system files. For better restore flexibility, Exchange databases shold not share volmes. Partitioned disks are not spported. Do not se nested montpoints. For example, if logs are on L: and the database is on the montpoint called L:\SG1DB1, AppSync will not be able to mont or restore the replica. Instead, create a very small LUN and pt the L: volme on it. Then create two mont points on the volme: one for the database file and one for the transaction logs. The other option is to create the mont points on one of the volmes that are local to the server. In VMware environments, AppSync reqires the storage for Exchange database and log files to be configred as raw device mapping (RDM) disks or native iscsi disks, not on VMware virtal disks. In Hyper-V environments, AppSync reqires the storage for Exchange database and log files to be iscsi direct attached devices or SCSI pass-throgh devices. SCSI Command Descriptor Block (CDB) filtering mst be trned off in the parent partition. It is trned on by defalt. Disable circlar logging 31

Protecting Microsoft Exchange Exchange mont host reqirements Permissions reqired by Exchange Verify that yor Exchange configration meets the prereqisites necessary to se AppSync on a mont host. The Exchange Management Tools mst be installed and the AppSync Exchange Interface service mst be configred if consistency check is desired. The Exchange Management Tools on the mont host mst be at the same version and service pack level as the prodction host. For VMware virtal servers, the VMware tools mst be installed for snaps. For Hyper-V SCSI pass-throgh, the mont host cannot be a Hyper-V host it has to be a physical host. The version of Windows on the mont host mst match the version of Windows on the prodction host. In the case of Windows 2003, the versions on both the hosts mst be an exact match. In the case of Windows 2008 or Windows 2008 R2, the hosts can have either of them. Yo can mont from a host with Windows 2008 to a host with Windows 2008 R2 and vice versa. In the case of Windows 2012, the versions on both the hosts mst be an exact match. The mont host mst have visibility to the same storage array from which the original replica was created. In the case of a DAG environment, yo may need more than one mont host if yor replicas are created from different copies of the database. In the case of native DAG environments: AppSync can mont a copy to a server that is part of the prodction DAG provided there is visibility to the same storage array from which the original copy was created. AppSync does not mont to the original location. Only alternate mont paths are available if there is a copy of the database on the server. Special permissions are reqired by the acconts that AppSync ses to work with Exchange. AppSync Exchange Interface Service 32 EMC AppSync User Gide On Exchange standalone servers, the accont mst be a domain ser accont with the Databases role. On DAG servers, the accont mst be a domain ser accont with the Database and Database Copies roles. On a mont host, the ser accont mst be a domain ser accont that is a member of the local Administrators grop. The accont mst have Log on as a batch job and Log on as a service ser rights. The accont can have the View-only Organization role. This is an optional role applicable only for MS Exchange 2013 if yo have pblic folder mailboxes in yor environment. AppSync ses this role to determine the database containing the pblic folder primary hierarchy mailbox. The first time the Exchange server is accessed, yo are prompted to enter two sets of credentials. The first set is to install and configre the AppSync Exchange Interface

Protecting Microsoft Exchange service on the Exchange prodction or mont host. The accont mst have local administrator privileges. The second set of credentials is to rn the service and the ser mst be a domain ser with certain Exchange roles Database role for standalone and Database and Database Copies roles in DAG environment with the reqired privileges and roles. Discovering Exchange databases To keep AppSync p to date, yo shold discover databases on the Exchange server when there is creation, deletion, or renaming of databases. Before yo begin The AppSync Exchange Interface service mst be rnning. This operation reqires the Data Administrator role in AppSync. Procedre 1. Navigate to Protection > Microsoft Exchange. AppSync interaction with VSS 2. Click an Exchange server to display its databases. 3. Click the Discover Databases popp btton below to discover databases for this server. Microsoft Volme Shadow Copy Service (VSS) is the infrastrctre that enables AppSync to create application-aware copies. When it creates a copy, AppSync coordinates with VSS and Exchange to create a shadow copy, which is a point-in-time copy of the volmes that contain the data, logs, and system files for Exchange databases. AppSync coordinates with VSS and Exchange to qiesce inpt-otpt to the databases when creating the copy, and then resme the flow of data after the copy has been created. Dring a restore, AppSync coordinates with VSS and Exchange to recover the point-in-time shadow copy. Exchange DAG in a service plan AppSync spports protection of Exchange databases that are part of a Database Availability Grop (DAG). When a DAG server is sbscribed to an AppSync service plan, it is one of the passive members of the DAG that is selected for protection, by defalt. To protect an active DAG database member, select Active in the Copy to Protect colmn from the plan's Sbscriptions tab. Changes to Exchange service plans pon pgrade Exchange service plans yo had assigned in AppSyncversion 1.0, may have new designations, pon pgrading to AppSync version 1.5. After an pgrade yo may find that yor silver and bronze service plans have merged. If databases on the same LUNs were enabled for silver and not bronze, pon pgrade they are now enabled for bronze. If the mont phase was not enabled and the paths were set to the defalt alternate path, pon pgrade, yo will see the new pdated AppSync 1.5 path name. Discovering Exchange databases 33

Protecting Microsoft Exchange AppSync 1.0 AppSync 1.5 service plan service plan - - Bronze Bronze Silver If options and overrides match, database sbscriptions and copies are moved to Bronze. If options and overrides conflict, Silver service plans are renamed to Bronze-2. Note To avoid confsion, EMC recommends if yo have a ser defined service plan named Bronze-2 in AppSync 1.0, that yo rename the Bronze-2 plan to a different name before pgrading to AppSync 1.5. Gold Platinm Renamed to Silver. Renamed to Gold. Protect an Exchange database Protect an Exchange database by sbscribing it to an AppSync service plan. AppSync's protection mechanism for databases is by means of service plans. Yo sbscribe a database to a service plan and rn the service plan immediately, or schedle the service plan to rn at a later time. Protecting an Exchange database immediately Choose Sbscribe to Plan and Rn when yo want to protect a selected database immediately. The service plan is exected for the database alone. In the case of DAG, one of the passive databases is protected by defalt. Choose Sbscribe to Plan when yo want to schedle the protection for later. Protection for databases that are part of the service plan are exected at the schedled time. Choose Rn from the Service Plan page to rn the whole plan immediately. All databases sbscribed to the plan are protected. Sbscribe to Plan and Rn adds a database to an existing service plan and rns the service plan immediately for the selected database only. Before yo begin This operation reqires the Data Administrator role in AppSync. Procedre 1. Navigate to Protection > Microsoft Exchange 2. Click an Exchange Mailbox Server or DAG from the list to display its databases. 3. From this list, select a database to protect. When performing an operation on mltiple items, be sre to keep the Shift or Ctrl key depressed. 4. From the Protect popp btton below, select the appropriate service plan from Sbscribe to Plan and Rn. 34 EMC AppSync User Gide

Protecting Microsoft Exchange In case of DAG, a passive database is protected by defalt. The Sbscribe to Plan and Rn dialog appears displaying the progress throgh the different phases. Sbscribing an Exchange database to a service plan Select Sbscribe to Plan when yo want to schedle the protection for later. Protection for all databases that are part of the service plan are exected at the schedled time. Before yo begin This operation reqires the Data Administrator role in AppSync. Procedre 1. Navigate to Protection > Microsoft Exchange. 2. Click an Exchange Mailbox Server or DAG from the list to display its databases. 3. From this list, select a database to protect. Select mltiple databases by holding down the Shift or Ctrl keys on yor keyboard. 4. From the Protect popp btton below, select the appropriate service plan from Sbscribe to Plan. In case of DAG, a passive database is protected by defalt. To change the protection type with another option, specify it from the Sbscriptions tab of the service plan. The plan is added to the Plans colmn for the database. Unsbscribing a database from a service plan Yo can nsbscribe an individal database from a service plan. Before yo begin This operation reqires the Data Administrator role in AppSync. Procedre Expiring a copy on demand 1. Navigate to Protection > Microsoft Exchange 2. Select a mailbox server to display the list of Exchange databases. 3. Select the database to remove from a plan. Select the plan to nsbscribe from Protect > Unsbscribe from Plan. Only plans to which the database is sbscribed to are in the popp list. To nsbscribe from all service plans, select Unsbscribe from Plan > All. Expiring a copy removes it from the AppSync database and can free p storage, depending on the replication technology and copy state. Before yo begin This operation reqires the Data Administrator role in AppSync. Expiring a copy that was made with RecoverPoint does not remove the corresponding bookmark from RecoverPoint itself. Sbscribing an Exchange database to a service plan 35

Protecting Microsoft Exchange Procedre 1. Select Protection > Microsoft Exchange. 2. Click an Exchange mailbox server to display its databases. 3. Click an Exchange database to display its copies. 4. Select one or more copies to delete. Yo can also perform this action from the Service Plan's Copies tab. 5. Select Expire from the row of bttons below. Verify that yo want to expire the copy yo selected and any associated copies listed and confirm. Creating a database copy from the Copies page Service plan details Service plan schedle Create a copy of a database by sbscribing it to an AppSync Exchange service plan from the Copies page. Before yo begin This operation reqires the Data Administrator role in AppSync. Procedre 1. Navigate to Protection > Microsoft Exchange. 2. Click a mailbox server instance. 3. From the list of Exchange databases, click the database to view its copies. The Copies page is displayed. 4. From the Create a copy sing plan popp below, select the appropriate service plan. The service plan rns immediately for the database. A service plan has the following tabs: Settings, Sbscriptions, Copies, and Events. The Settings tab shows the name, description, and stats (whether enabled or disabled) of the service plan. Apart from these, the different phases of the plan are also part of this tab. Click on appropriate tabs to see information regarding Sbscriptions, Copies created by the plan and Events generated dring the service plan rn. A service plan's schedle is set in the Plan Startp phase. A service plan's Startp Type (schedled or on demand) determines whether the plan is rn manally, or configred to rn on a schedle. Options for schedling when a service plan starts are: Specify a recovery point objective (RPO) Set an RPO of 30 mintes or 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, or 24 hors Mintes after the hor are set in 5 minte intervals Defalt RPO is 24 hors Rn every day at certain times Select p to two different times dring the day Mintes after the hor is in 5 minte intervals 36 EMC AppSync User Gide
