Specify referential integrity between the Student table (the many table) and the Course table (the one table). Cascade the update but not the delete. Save any changes. 8. Create the following validation rules for the Student table and save the changes to the table. (10 marks) a) Make the Name, Department and CNo fields a required field. (3 marks) b) Increase the size of City Field to 20. (1 mark) c) Specify the legal values DCS, DOM, DOE, DOC and DMS for the Department. Include validation text. d) Specify that balance must be greater than $0.00 and less than or equal to $20, Include validation text. e) Make the Department field a Lookup field. 2 / 5

4 9. Create the following queries: (6 marks) a) Create a query to display the Student s SNo, Name, Department for all students located in Kulai. Save the query as Student-City Query. b) Create a query that will allow the user to enter the department to search when the query is run. The query results should display the SNo, Name, and Balance fields from Student table and the CNo, Name and Credit Hours from Course table. Sort the records in ascending order by SNo. Save the query as Student- Department Query. c) Create a query that will allow the user to enter the department to search when the query is run. The query results should display the total balance for each department. Save the query as Department-Balance Query. 10. Create the form shown in Figure 1-3 for the Student table. (20 marks) a) Use Student Master Form as the name of the form. b) Create the buttons: Next Record, Previous Record, Add Record, Delete Record, Save Record, Close form. (6 marks) c) Use Combo box to create CNo field, and store the data to the Student s CNo field. d) Use Combo box to create Find Record field. e) Add the title (Student Master Form) to the form. f) Add the current date to the form. g) User Interface.
