Usage Restriction Use as program bundle only This program is comprised of various components and the components are licensed for use solely in combination with the packaged components. None of the included components may be used, transferred, sublicensed, or redistributed individually or in any combination of components other than as a complete package consisting of each and all of the components listed above. Use-based charges Resources Charges for this program are based on the number of processors that are attached or available to the DB2 server on which it is licensed. The total number of processors attached or available may not exceed the number authorized by the applicable PoEs or authorized by each program authorization acquired under Passport Advantage. If the total number exceeds the quantity in your PoEs or exceeds your product authorizations acquired under Passport Advantage, you must notify IBM or its reseller as stated in the IPLA. The IBM Office Connect Professional component of this program is licensed on a per-user basis. 9 Resource and use restriction The following restrictions or exceptions apply to the use of the program: Processor limit Use of this program is restricted to servers with up to four processors. 64-bit server restriction This program does not support the creation of 64-bit DB2 server instances. Single server only All components provided with the program can only be installed and used on the DB2 Server for which this program is licensed, unless otherwise authorized in the license for the individual component. Use With DB2 UDB Workgroup Server Unlimited Any prohibition in the individual license of any included components preventing use with DB2 UDB Workgroup Server Unlimited V8.1 does not apply. All of the components of DB2 UDB Data Warehouse V8.1.2 are excepted from such restriction as long as the other restrictions specified in these program-unique terms are observed. Use-based charges Resources Charges for this program are based on the number of processors that are attached or available to the DB2 server on which it is licensed. A DB2 server is defined as a single database image across a single SMP or multiple server configuration. The total number of processors attached or available may not exceed the number authorized by the applicable PoEs or authorized by each program authorization acquired under Passport Advantage. If the total number exceeds the quantity in your PoEs or exceeds your product authorizations acquired under Passport Advantage, you must notify IBM or its reseller as stated in the IPLA. Resource and use restriction Single server only All components provided with the program can only be installed and used on the DB2 Server for which this program is licensed, unless otherwise authorized in the license for the individual components. DB2 Information Integrator Limited use only The copy of DB2 Information Integrator that is provided with the program may only be used in conjunction with DB2 Warehouse Manager V8.1 to provide native connectors for accessing data from Oracle databases, Teradata databases, Sybase databases, and Microsoft SQL server databases. Each DB2 Information Integrator PoE includes four DB2 Information Integrator Connector PoEs. If additional connections are required, additional DB2 Information Integrator Connector program entitlements must be acquired.
