1 Summary of Instructions to Download Adobe CC 2014 Staff Work At Home Overview The Download process is quite longwinded but straightforward providing you follow these four Stages of instructions in this help file. During this process keep all your log in details, redemption codes and passwords safe as you might need them again, especially your login details for the Adobe site. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the point where you can download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud (Downloader App). First Stage - Kivuto Registration Process for Adobe License Management During this process you will be registering and confirming your address with the Kivuto On Line stores. Second Stage - Make your Purchase via Kivuto Purchasing (for free) the software & obtaining your Redemption code. Third Stage Redeeming your license Redeeming your Creative Cloud membership with the redemption code (within the Adobe Site.) Fourth Stage Adobe Creative Cloud This is using the Adobe Creative Cloud Site to install the Adobe Creative Cloud (Downloader), which will let you download and install as much or as little of the whole Adobe Creative Cloud Suite as you require. You can come back to running the Adobe Creative Cloud App at any time during the year to download extra parts of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite or to apply updates. To use Adobe Creative Cloud you will need to create an account with Adobe as part of the process. Note: If you have downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud before this part of the process does not need repeating. However you should quit the Adobe Creative Cloud app whilst fulfilling your redemption code and then restart it afterwards. General Notes Please also note that our UWE version of this software only gives us access to 2 GB of cloud storage space and does not give us access to the full backend Creative Cloud services. The software will run on your Mac or Windows computer for one year after activating your redemption certificate. Please check your computer s technical specs if in doubt before purchase at: You will need to run the download process on the actual computer you want the software on. 2 Instructions to Download Adobe CC 2014 Staff Work At Home Stage 1: Kivuto Registration process From your Mac or Windows PC navigate with your Internet Browser to the Kivuto shop at: This takes you to the landing page below. Choose Sign In from here to go through and fill in the next 3 screens below using your UWE details. Click the Register button

3 Enter your UWE details and Click the Continue button Fill in your remaining details. Keep track of the password you create in case of problems. For Group of which you are a member choose Staff from the dropdown menu. Type in the random number and Click the Register button.

4 You are now signed in and an has been sent to your account. Switch to your to complete the verification by clicking on the relevant line in your message. Switch back to your Browser to see the Verification confirmed screen.

5 Second Stage - Make your Purchase via Kivuto Click Adobe Creative Cloud in the above screenshot to make your purchase Click Add to Cart in screenshot below Click Check Out Click the I Accept button

6 Click Proceed with order This brings up the Redeem Page and the redemption code appears in Red lower down the page. This also sends you a confirming . Staying in the Web browser follow instructions copying the Red Code ready to paste at the next stage. Also keep a copy of this for your own records in case of any future problems.

7 From your Browser & Click the Redeem Now as in the above screenshot. This opens a new Tab (or Window) to the Adobe Site Stage 3: the Adobe Registration Site After clicking on Redeem the following page will appear in a new Tab or Window If you are already a have an Adobe Creative Cloud account you can sign in at this stage and your software will now be re-activated and then you can restart the Adobe Creative Cloud application. If this is the first time you have used the Adobe site then the next stage is for you to register with Adobe by clicking on Get an Adobe ID. Fill in all the information to create a new account (Make sure to check the checkbox I have read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy ). Note: it is important you keep this password somewhere safe for future use.

8 Once you have signed in or created the account, fill in the information regarding your academic status as in the screenshot below. Click the Continue button.

9 Enter your Redemption information by pasting the Red code you copied earlier and click Activate Membership.

10 Click Get Started Stage 4: The Adobe Creative Cloud Download Site You will be directed to the Creative Cloud site where you will be able to download the Adobe Applications you want. There is no need to install everything and the first part of the process is that the Adobe Creative Cloud (Application Downloader) will be installed. As a part of this you might note Adobe Application Manager being installed in the background. The installation of Adobe Creative Cloud will create a menu bar on your computer from which you can use to download further applications or to update the current ones.
