4 4 INTRODUCTION Introduction The Momentum Telecom brand is expressed through the use of color, typography and photography. These brand elements must be used in a consistent manner to ensure the integrity of the brand and aid in the effectiveness of its marketing. These guidelines are designed to assist Momentum Telecom employees and partners in developing creative executions across all media.

5 COMPANY NAME AND USAGE 5 Company Name and Usage Please, always exercise proper usage practices in order to maintain brand identity. The official name of the company is Momentum Telecom. For the first usage of the company name in a paragraph, always use Momentum Telecom. After that, Momentum is acceptable. In press releases, avoid using the name in its possessive form as it can negetively effect SEO performance. This is especially important in primary locations such as heading, first paragraphs, etc.

6 6 PRIMARY LOGO AND USAGE Primary Logo and Usage Strict adherence to these brand guidelines will ensure that the Momentum Telecom brand is supported by a strong and consistent corporate identity. There are two basic logo versions: the outline logo and the solid logo. Either may be used interchangeably. The designer has the freedom to use the most visually appealing version for the specific application at hand. Always use original art files for the Momentum Telecom logo; poorquality reproductions are unacceptable. Apply the logo at the appropriate size for each specific execution; avoid making it too overpowering or too understated. It should not be combined with other figures, words or symbols. Never use the Momentum Telecom logo within a headline or body copy.

7 LOGO USAGE 7 Logo Clerance Always apply the Momentum Telecom logo with an appropriate amount of clear space around it. At minimum, the space should equal the height of the M in Momentum. Make sure the logo never feels cramped. Logo Size Minimums The minimum size of the logo with Telecom lettering is 1.5" in printed materials and 140 px when used on screen. 1.5" -or- 140 px 1.5" -or- 140 px The minimum size of the logo without the tagline is.75" in printed materials and 75 px when used on screen..75" -or- 75 px.75" -or- 75 px

8 8 LOGO USAGE Solid Logo Preferred usage when on white or light colors. If used in color on a light background, use PMS 382. Solid Logo on Colored Background When using the black logo on a colored background, PMS 382 is the preferred background color. When using the white logo on a colored background, make sure there is sufficient contrast between the logo and background. Solid Logo on Dark Background Preferred usage when on black or dark backgrounds. Do not use the solid green logo in conjunction with any colored background other than black, white, and 7545 C.

9 LOGO USAGE 9 Outlined Logo Preferred usage when on white or light colors. If used in color on a light background, use PMS 382. Outlined Logo on Colored Background OUTLINE LOGO ON COLORED BACKGROUND When using the black logo on a colored background, PMS 382 is the preferred background color. When using the white logo on a colored background, make sure there is sufficient contrast between the logo and background. Outlined Logo on Dark Background Preferred usage when on black or dark backgrounds. Do not use the outlined green logo in conjunction with any colored background other than black, white, and 7545 C.

10 10 LOGO USAGE Logo Usage Do not use the logo on an image where it is not easily legible. If using in conjunction with an image, the background must be at least 70% opacity of a solid color. Do not display the logo without TELECOM lettering unless size permits. Do not delete the extension. Do not mix two colors in the logo and tagline. Do not turn the logo on its side. Do not place the colored logo on any backround other than black, gray, or white.. Do not mix two shades of green.

11 LOGO USAGE 11 Make sure the two colors used have high contrast so that the logo stands out. Use the Right File Type To achieve the optimum reproduction quality of the Momentum Telecom logo, please use the chart below to determine which file format is best for your application. 12 12 SECONDARY LOGO AND USAGE Secondary Logo and Usage Whenever possible, all materials and communications should be created using the Primary logo. In situations where the Primary logo will not fit, a Secondary logo can be used. The Secondary logo can also be used as a free-standing graphical element only when the Primary logo has already been presented within the same material or communcation. Preferred usage when on white or light colors. If used in color on a light background, use PMS 382. When using the black logo on a colored background, PMS 382 is the preferred background color. When using the white logo on a colored background, make sure there is sufficient contrast between the logo and background. Preferred usage when on black or dark backgrounds. Do not use the solid green logo in conjunction with any colored background other than black, white, and 7545 C.

13 PRODUCT BRANDING 13 Product Branding You may refer to Momentum Telecom products and services by their associated service marks, so long as such references are truthful, not misleading and comply with Momentum Brand and Style Guidelines.

14 14 PARTNER WEB BADGES Partner Web Badges On the next page, are examples of placement of the badge. If your app has only a single section of content that utilizes the FullContact API, then it is suggested that you place the badge in that section. If your app utilizes FullContact API data in many places then it is suggested that you place the badge in a common place such as the footer area. The badges are 134px by 32px and come in Gray, Green, Black, and White. When utilizing the badges, you should not resize them, re-color them or modify them in any way. The badge should be placed with a 10px or greater margin around and should not be placed in a cluttered location. Additional text or graphics should not be placed in association with the badge. Text links or unofficial badges may not be used in substitute of the below official badge graphic.

Alternately, in circumstances where space is an issue or in contextual layouts, Avenir Next Condensed can also be used with discretion. In web applications, when Avenir is unavailable, Arial is used.
