4 Logging Into The System lick Lost Go to and enter the Username and Password you received from the amp Raven Knob dmin Team. If you have issues logging into the system, send an to and someone will assist you as soon as possible. Login to be taken to your units Home Screen. Home Screen information will be covered on the next page. Password? Enter your address to get password information. When logging into your account the first time, please double check the information we have on file to make sure we have the correct information for your unit. 4

5 The Home Screen Events & Facilities show up under this list. Events you are registered to show up under the old Header. In this example, this unit is already registered for oy Scout Resident amp Week 7. You will see an event that says ub Scout Parent-Son Weekend. lick on the Parent-Son Event to begin registration. To begin registration click dd Event Registration. You will be able to see Youth/ dult counts on this screen once you complete the initial registration process. You can also change your registration here after initial registration. dditional steps in the registration process will be covered in following pages. Event Information shows up in the section. You will see event contacts and location information in this section. 6 Registering For Parent-Son Weekend To register for an Parent-Son, first click on the Event. You are going to be registering for ub Scout Parent-Son Weekend. pop-up will appear, choose which Parent-Son Weekend you Pack plans to attend and click continue. Enter the number of Youth (Y) and number of dults () from your Pack that plan to attend Parent-Son Weekend. 6

7 Registering For Parent-Son Weekend continued hoose lick the ampsite Tab after entering your Unit ount on the Registration Tab. Initial Registration is a three step process. your top three ampsite choices. Then click Save. We will do our best to accommodate your pack but cannot guarantee ampsite selection. Selection either ampsite Dining or Dining Hall Dining and drag it over to the left. Then click Save at the bottom. 7

8 Registering For Parent-Son Weekend continued If you know the names of the Youth and dults coming to Parent-Son you can add them to your Event Roster by clicking New Youth Registration or New dult Registration. You will see the mount Due here. If you are ready to checkout, click the heckout button to be taken to the payment page. 8

9 Registering For Parent-Son Weekend continued Enter lick fter completing any changes, you MUST checkout to complete your registration. hanges will show up in your cart. Unit ount registration amounts will show up here. You can pay using redit ard or send a check to the ouncil Office. your payment information in the payment field. You will be able to select your payment information in this section. Submit My Order after entering your payment information. For other payment situations, contact registration@ravenknob.com. 9

10 pplying Youth and dult Names Make When you click New dult Registration or New Youth Registration you will be taken here. lick the name of a person attending, then click Youth or dult under participant type. If you do not see the Scout or dults name, you will have to add them to your Roster first. sure to click reate Registration and then continue adding all your Youth and dults to your Event Roster until your slots are filled up. Double check the Participants information. lick Save after all information has been selected. ny field with a * beside it is a required field and must be filled to continue. 10

11 dding To Your Roster dding Make This is your Unit Roster information. You will see a Youth Roster and dult Roster. You can add and remove individuals from the Roster. If you are an Old Hickory ouncil troop, your roster should be pre-populated with information from ScoutNet. Your roster will stay in the system for future events. We will update Old Hickory ouncil troops information once a year prior to ub Scout Resident amp registration. Youth or dults can be completed here. lick the + New button beside Youth Roster or dult Roster to add the appropriate individual. Items with a red * must be completed to save the individual. Requiring this information up front helps facilitate faster check-in and makes sure the information provided is disseminated to the appropriate area (i.e. Dining Hall, Health Lodge, Trading Post). sure to hit the Save button after adding an individual to save it to your Youth or dult Roster. 11
