6 Form #012 InvestmentLink Data Feed Request Form Adviser This form is used to authorise InvestmentLink to obtain and provide standard transaction and balance data to an Adviser. 10 IOOF (Form #013) All requests for new registrations must be submitted only via their support webpage, link above. IOOF requires the following mandatory information on all requests: Adviser name Adviser number In case where you want to register multiple Advisers you can either provide the list in a file and attach to the request or enter details of the Advisers in Details of Issue field. Dealer Group name or Adviser group name. A valid address Phone number Financial planning software used (in this case it is InvestmentLink) For further guidance see the IOOF registration instructions on page 13. Once the form has been submitted a login and password will be sent to your within 3-4 working days. Please forward these details to datafeeds@midwinter.com.au. 11 Netwealth (Form #014) Netwealth also requires authorisation at an Adviser level. However, they have their own form for enabling this. This form is attached (Form #015). On completion of the form please it to Fill me in Adviser code Date form was sent to InvestmentLink Praemium (Form #015) Praemium requires registration of your V-Wrap Internal User ID code and setting up of your export to InvestmentLink. Please refer to the Praemium Quick Reference Guide (Form #015) for instructions and notify InvestmentLink at on completion to finalise the data feed. 13 IOOF Datafeeds registration process for end users/advisers Form #013 13

14 Form #013 IOOF Step 1 Submit registration request All requests for new registrations and/or updates to any existing registrations must be submitted only via our datafeed support webpage, with all the relevant details. Link to the page: Important note If you are currently receiving any of our older datafeeds and would like to register to receive our new EPI datafeeds, you mustfirst contact your software support staff to confirm if their software is capable of consuming these datafeeds, and discuss your migration options for this new feed (which will replace our older feeds). IOOF would require the following mandatory information on all requests: Adviser s name Adviser number (contact our Adviser Services if you are unsure about your Adviser number) - where you want to register multiple Advisers, you can either provide the list in a file and attach to the request, or enter details of the Advisers in the Details of Issue field as in screen below - where you are registering for datafeeds for multiple platforms, then provide Adviser name and Adviser number for their respective platform/products. Ex as shown below: Adviser name: John Smith, Adviser Number: , Product/Platform: AET Super, AET Portfolio Management Service. Adviser name: John Smith, Adviser Number: , Product/Platform: IOOF Pursuit, IOOF Lifetrack Dealer Group name or Adviser Group name A valid address Phone number. Our preferred support mode is via our webpage, so this information is only ever used where it is deemed necessary to contact you over the phone. Financial planning software used: InvestmentLink. 14

15 Fill me in online Once the above form is successfully submitted on our support page, it will generate an internal ticket for us to process. If we have received all the correct information, we will proceed with registration and your datafeed username and password. Otherwise we will send an requesting further information or to seek clarification on your information. Please allow up to 3-4 working days for processing after submitting your request on our webpage. Where it s urgent, please mark it as Urgent in your initial request form so we can prioritise it accordingly. Do not resubmit the same request twice, unless you have received an error on the webpage after submission, or have had any other issues with the page. Step 2 IOOF completes set up Once all the requirements are complete, IOOF staff will complete the set up and will set up the Adviser to receive datafeeds. Adviser credentials are generated as a part of the registration process and sent across to the Adviser. 15

16 Step 3 IOOF sends notification of completion IOOF Support Staff will send an to the Adviser making the request ( provided on the datafeed support webpage) and notify them and the vendor of completion. The Adviser s credentials (username and password) are sent in the . Step 4 Adviser completes datafeed set up within their software The details received in Step 3 are entered by the Adviser into their software according to their software support s instructions, and are saved. This will allow their software provider to connect to our datafeed systems, authenticate and get data out for the respective Adviser. Common issues 1 Datafeed support webpage is down or not responding Please make sure that you have access to the internet Check to see if this page is blocked by your IT department. Once these have been checked, send an to AdviserServices@ioof.com.au to notify us of the problem, along with any relevant details 2 Not receiving s Please check your rules on your client (Outlook, Lotus notes etc). Check with your administrator to see if s from IOOF Datafeed Support are being blocked or quarantined Always Reply with History to s received from our Datafeed Support staff after you have submitted a registration to our webpage 3. Issues with passwords If you have issues with your password when logging into your Financial Planning Software (FPS), check that there are no typing errors Contact your software vendor and see if there is a problem at their end 16

17 Frequently asked questions 1 What is IOOF s EPI4.1 platform datafeed? It is a new web service for datafeeds which gives you access to clients data. It utilizes a common industry data exchange standard to enable the transfer of data between all superannuation and investment service providers and financial planning software providers (like InvestmentLink). The standard is known as External Platform Interface (EPI). This new IOOF feed is built on the EPI4.1 Specifications. 2 How do I register to receive the new IOOF datafeeds? Follow steps 1 through to 3 in The Registration Process section. 3 How do I receive or enter any credentials that I receive from IOOF? Please contact your financial planning software provider s support team or follow any instructions provided by them. 4 I m having issues with my password, who do I contact? If you have issues with your password for your financial planning software, please contact your vendor. If you have issues with our datafeed web service password, please submit a request on our Datafeeds Support webpage. 20 netwealth Investments Limited Data Feed Application form Please use BLACK pen and BLOCK letters. The purpose of this form is to allow an Authorised Adviser Representative to request netwealth to begin sending data feeds to a third party software provider, set out in this form. As an Adviser Representative you will be bound by the terms and conditions. Step 1. Provide Adviser details Adviser name Adviser code Step 2. Your software provider M I D W I N T E R Via InvestmentLink Pty Ltd Step 3. Terms and conditions The provision of data feeds is subject to these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time. By registering for data feeds, you accept these Terms and Conditions. I. Currency and accuracy of information While netwealth has taken all reasonable care in producing the information for data feeds, subsequent changes in circumstances may occur at any time and may impact on the accuracy of the information. Neither netwealth or its directors or employees give any warranty, make any representation as to, or accept responsibility for, the accuracy, reliability, timeliness or completeness of the information downloaded by this service now or in the future. It is your responsibility to check the information downloaded to verify its accuracy. II. Third Party Software Providers By registering for data feeds, you are instructing netwealth to share client data with Third Party Software Providers. netwealth is not responsible for the actions of such third parties and is not liable for any loss you or your client(s) may incur as a result of a third party s misuse of information it receives from netwealth. III. Client consent You warrant that you have the consent of your clients to share the information contained in data feeds with Third Party Software Providers. IV. Data downloads netwealth will use its best efforts to transfer data to third parties on a regular basis depending on the specific Third Party Software Provider s requirements. However, there may be an interruption to the service to facilitate the site s maintenance or for any other reason. netwealth will not be liable to any person for interruptions to the service for any reason. V. Security terms (Coin and BGL data feeds only) Registration and access to the Data Feeds & Downloads page on the netwealth site is controlled using your unique username and password. It is therefore very important for you to protect these details. Refer to the Privacy and Security Statement section of the netwealth website for full details. Step 4. Adviser declaration and signature By signing this form, the Adviser Representative acknowledges that they agree to the terms and conditions in this agreement. 22 Praemium Quick Reference Guide Setting up an export to another application This document describes the process for setting up a data export from V-Wrap to another application. To do this, your company must have an agreement with the company who manages the application you are exporting to. This means you have already established the authority for certain advisers within your service to export directly to that product. The export will fail for advisers who do not have this authority set up. You must also contact Client Services (support@praemium.com.au) to request your service be switched on for export. V-Wrap internal user ID To set up a successful export, you need to register your V-Wrap Internal User ID code. This is a different ID to the one you log in with. To find your V-Wrap internal user ID: 1 From the Maintenance > User Maintenance menu in V-Wrap, click Search user. 2 Type your User ID in the Search By > User ID box. Your User ID is the one you use to log in to V-Wrap. 3 Click Search. The Internal User ID displays in the first field of the search results. 4. For InvestmentLink, this code now must be registered in that system. For more information on how to do this, contact the application s service provider. After this has been done, you can run the export as described in Setting up and running export jobs for a single adviser. 22

23 Setting up and running export jobs for a single adviser This section describes how an adviser can set up their own export job and how to run an adhoc export. Note, you can only set up one export per application. This section applies for exports to applications such as: Coin Class Super Midwinter InvestmentLink Visiplan Xplan To set up a new export job for a single adviser: 1 From Maintenance > Data Download, click Export Set Up. 2 Click Add. The screen shown above displays. 3 Complete the relevant fields, as described in the table over the page. 23

Select the frequency with which you want the report to run: adhoc: to export manually when required daily: to export as part of the V-Wrapovernight processing weekly: to export on a weekly basis based on the Due At date fortnightly: to export every two weeks based on the Due At date monthly: to export each month based on the Due At date Type the date on which you want exports to commence. Note: this has to be a future date, or the export will not start. Only complete this field if you have selected daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly from the Frequency drop down list. Type the time at which you want the export to commence. Only complete this field if you have selected daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly from the Frequency drop down list. Use hh:mm format, for example: 14:00 for 2:00pm. Select the application you are exporting to from the drop down list. Choose InvestmentLink as a vendor. Select the type of data you want to export. You can select more than one option. Cash Data: exports data from the selected client s cash books from the last export date until the As At date of the portfolio. Income Data: exports the selected client s income, as shown in the Income Details screen from the last export date until the As At date of the portfolio. Investment Data: exports the selected client s transaction history from the last export date until the As At date of the portfolio. Resent All selected clients information: exports all data, not just information that has changed since you last ran the export. Note: any transactions prior to the As At date that re modified will cause the export to fail. You need to recalculate after any changes to transaction, cash or income. Select clients accounts to export Select the portfolios for which the export will run. You can search from a list of portfolios available for your adviser code. 4 Click Save. The saved export job is now ready to run. 24
