38 How Tos Create a Geofence + How to Create a Geofence There are two ways to create a Geofence. One way is by creating it straight from Dashboard as seen on Page 15, another way is by creating it on the Management section. Here are the steps on how to create a Geofence: Prerequisite - Create Vehicle Group Page 28 - Create SMS Recipient Group Page 29 - Create Recipient Group Page 30 Draw Geofence 3 Set Notification Settings 4 Add SMS Recipient 5 1 Input Status and Rule Name Add Recipient 6 2 Select Vehicle Group to be included in the Rule 7 Click Clear to Cancel and Hit Save to save 38

39 How Tos Create a Proximity + How to Create Proximity Proximity can be also done on Dashboard as seen on Page 16. And the same with geofence, another way to create it is on the Management section. 40 How Tos Create Alerts/Activities Rule + How to Create Alert Rules Creation of Alert Rules is as straightforward as creating Geofence and Proximity. Just do the prerequisites, complete the form and save the Rule. Here are the steps on how to create an Alert Rule: Prerequisite - Create Vehicle Group Page 28 - Create SMS Recipient Group Page 29 - Create Recipient Group Page 30 3 Set Notification Settings 1 2 Input Status and Rule Name Select Vehicle Group to be included in the Rule Add SMS Recipient 4 Add 5 Recipient 6 Click Clear to Cancel and Hit Save to save 40

41 How Tos Allow Location Request Through SMS Details of a certain vehicle can be requested through SMS. However, settings should be done first to allow a Mobile Number to do a Location Request. 43 How Tos-Create Trucker Account Management > Trucker Fill-up Basic Info 1 Select Office Location Creating a Trucker account, allows a specific entity/account to use the Tracking System with limited access. For security purposes, created accounts can be set to status INACTIVE anytime to disable access. Viewable vehicles can also be changed along with other Trucker details. 2 Tag Vehicles to Trucker Account 4 Tagged vehicle(s) will be viewable on Trucker Dashboard Create Username and Password 3 Click to Clear or Save 5 This is the credential that will be used by the Trucker for logging-in. 43
