1 HOW TO RAISE A COMPLAINT IN CITIZEN CENTRIC PORTAL BY PUBLIC

2 Step1: URL: used to access the Citizen Centric Portal (CCP) to log the Compliant through internet. Step2: To raise a Grievances in Citizen centric portal Need to Register, with the below details and click on Submit button

3 Step3: After submitting will receive a SMS of One Time Password (OTP) for the registered Mobile No. Step4: Click on Validate Link to enter the OTP, A pop-up screen will appear, enter the Username, Mobile No. and One Time Password (OTP) and Click on Validate button. Step5: Enter the Username & Password & Captcha and click on Login Button In Home screen following 4 services have displayed Complaint Miscellaneous services (Report Document/Mobile Loss) Locked Home Senior Citizen Registration

4 In Police IT application above listed screens (services) to be mapped under specified menu and role. Complaint In police station map Complaint Register Action screen under Petitions menu in KGSC Service role. Miscellaneous services(report Document/Mobile Loss) This service is already a part of Sakala service which comes under petitions menu in KGSC Service role. Locked Home In police station map Locked Home Details screen under Petitions menu in KGSC Service role. Senior Citizen Registration In police station map Senior Citizen Register screen under Petitions menu in KGSC Service role.

5 I. COMPLAINT

COMPLAINT: Citizens can lodge any complaint through portal, concerned Police station officers will make proper enquiry and take appropriate action as per the procedure prescribed in police manual. Step1: Enter the Complainant details in Person details like Name, DOB, Nature of Complaint, Mobile No. address. Step2: Enter the Complainant Address details in address tab like Present & Permanent address details

7 Step3:In Counter Party tab, Enter the Person details & Address tabs Step4:In Incident tab, enter the Incident details like Place of Incident, Type of Incident, Incident date & time, Latitude & Longitude

8 Step5:In Complaint Submission Details tab, select the District Name & Police Station to which you are submitting. Step6:In Complaint tab, Complaint date will be automatically show the current date & enter the complaint description and remarks.

9 Step7: After updating all tab click on save button. An auto generated17 digits Service Request Number (Ex: ) will be generated. Step8:Complaint will be in draft mode, can change the details if required or else go to Compliant menu Click Modify Complaint, then click the Service Request Number, If required changes can be done and click on Submit. In CCP website Public will get the Endorsement report & SMS alert once after PS personnel closed the complaint. In CCP website, public will get the Acknowledgement & Endorsement report. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT REPORT will be generated to Public in Citizen Centric Portal once the complaint is submitted.

10 ENDORSEMENT REPORT will be generated to Public in Citizen Centric Portal after completion of process at Police Station.

11 II. MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES (Report Document/Mobile Loss)

12 Citizens can report the loss of any document or mobile phone. A Computer generated acknowledgement and SMS will be sent. Further action will be taken by concerned police station. Step1: Click on Miscellaneous Service (Report Document / Mobile Loss)

13 Step2: Select the Type of petition service as Lost Document/Lost Cell phone. Step3: Date of Receipt will be current date by default, which cannot be edited. Step4: Enter the Applicant Name, Address details, Police station and can upload the Invoice bill of Mobile phone, click on save button. An auto generated 15 digits Service Request Number (Ex:PO ) will be generated. Step5: Miscellaneous service (Report Document/Mobile Loss) will be in draft mode, can change the details if required or else go to Citizen Service menu Click Miscellaneous service click Modify Miscellaneous service, then click the Service Request Number, click on Submit. Miscellaneous services (Report Document/Mobile Loss) lodged in Citizen Centric Portal will appear in Concerned Police Station in PoliceIT application, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT REPORT will be generated to Public in Citizen Centric Portal once the complaint is submitted.

14 III. LOCKED HOME

15 Citizens can inform the police when he/she leaves house for a certain period by locking the house. Information will be noted and police will take extra measures to give security. Step1: Click on Citizen Services menu, select the Locked home click on Add Locked Home Details.

16 Step2: In Home Details tab, Date of Request will show the current date by default and Requested Person details like Name, Mobile No., ID, DOB, Address details, Police station details and Duration of Locking home. Step3: In case of Emergency Contact details has to be entered in Contact Details (Emergency) tab. Step4: In case of leaving India, need to enter the Contact details (When Not in Country) Tab & Alternative Person contact details. Step5: Click on save button. An auto generated 17 digits Service Request Number (Ex: ) will be generated. If no changes click on Modify Locked home details and click submit button. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT REPORT will be generated to Public in Citizen Centric Portal once the complaint is submitted in Police Station.

17 IV. SENIOR CITIZEN REGISTRATION

18 Senior Citizens are allow to register their particulars through web portal and concerned police station staff will interact and take measures to provide security. Step1: Click on Citizen Services Menu, Select the Senior Citizen --- > click on Add senior Citizen Registration screen, Enter the data in Person details tab.

19 Step2: In Address tab, enter the details of Present & Permanent Address details and respective police station. Step3: In Other details tab, enter the details of Present Occupation, Deformity, Security, previous occupation, Senior Citizen Type & Physical health condition.

20 Step4: Click on save button. An auto generated 17 digits Service Request Number (Ex: ) will be generated. If no changes click on Modify senior Citizen registration and click submit button. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT REPORT will be generated to Public in Citizen Centric Portal once the complaint is submitted in the Police Station.
