2 MIDDLEWEAR APPLICATION It s a mobile supervisor section of application. In this middleware application user have authority to create IMEI Master, Register the Meter Reader, MRU Un-allotment, MRU Status Update, Force Closer, Block the Meter Reader, Un-allotment, Verify Missing Consumer, Search the Consumer and change the Password. First of all supervisor required to login with authentic USERNAME and PASSWORD. After login, main menu of Mobile supervisor section (MSS) will be opened. In this menu there are eight links available for different tasks. 2

3 Firstly, Supervisor have task to create the IMEI master. So click on IMEI Master Link. IMEI MASTER Mobile IMEI Master Entry form has required to selecting mobile company name from dropdown list. Like. Lava, Samsung, HTC etc. User Need to select Mobile Company Name. Mobile company name available in dropdown list. Enter IMEI Number of that mobile( *number not more or less than 15 digits). 3

4 If more or less than 15 digits then Alert message will be comes. Supervisor has responsibility to verify the mobile and it s IMEI Number of Meter Reader. After entering the mobile model number and its related IMEI number click to button. 4

5 Save data will be displayed below on that screen. Note: - If Model Number and IMEI Number have already existed in the System, then system will give a sorry message. Like. MOBILE METER READER ENTRY 5

6 Supervisor have Second task to store the detail information of Meter Reader in Mobile Meter Reader Entry Form. In this form user need to enter the user name, its contact number, id, dates of birth, address, sub division, user role, agency name and from date. In this form User Role is two types. Select one of them a) as a Meter Reader b) b) as a Rural Revenue Franchise In this form user need to select the agency name. Fill the required information and click to button. Then an alert message comes for confirmation. Then clicking OK button. 6

7 Information will be stored in database and displayed also on mobile meter reader entry form. User can see the meter reader information like; user name, user id, user role, active status, IMEI number, agency, address, contact number, id and action. Users have option to in active the meter reader. 7

8 IMEI & MRU ALLOTEMENT Supervisor have task to allot the MRU to Meter Reader. Select the user List that display registered user id. Then select mobile company name and its related IMIEI Number. And click continue button. After clicking button alert message comes for confirmation. 8

9 Click OK button. Then new fields comes for entering month_year and Selecting the Book Number. After entering month and year select the book number Book Number comes in dropdown list, which is registered previously and not allotted. After selecting Book Number auto comes last billed month, last closing date, number of effective consumer and total ambiguity. 9

10 If there is no ambiguity then click to button. And IMEI number and book number will be allotted. If there are any Ambiguity then it s not possible to click submit button. Submit button has been blocked. So, first of all need to clear the ambiguity. For go through the ambiguous billing report. Click the field on Total Ambiguity. Like: - above Total Ambiguity is 2. And there is hyper link for click and go for ambiguous Billing Report. In the Billing Report and Ambiguous Data Form required entering month year and selecting Book. 10

11 After Selecting the Month year and Book Number, click button. Then, it will display the List of Consumers Book wise. 11

12 MRU AND USER REPORT Supervisor has authority to generate the MRU and User Report. For generate this Report, required to select the Report Type. There are three types of Report. A) Agency Wise Report, B) Billed Consumer Report (Moth Wise), and Billed Consumer Report (Consumer wise), Date Wise Consumer Report, Division Wise Report, Meter Reader Wise Report, Mobile User List and Total MRU Report. First Type: - Select MRU wise Report. 12

13 After selecting the MRU wise Report, Month year Column will be display. Enter the month and year in mmyyyy format. And click to. Note: - In this report Status and Activity are there. Status has three messages. b. P- Processing bill. c. F Force to close bill. d. C- Complete the bill. 13

14 If Status Show F then Activity field have button to close forcibly. Second Type: - Agency wise report. Select report type as an Agency Wise Report. In this report user need to select agency name and date between user need to reports. After filling the data click button. Agency report will be displayed. In this report user can see the MRU Name, Effective Consumer, Billed Issued On, Ambiguity, Reader Name IMEI No Date and Status. 14

15 Third Type: - Billed Consumer Report (Month wise). Select Report Type as a Bill Consumer Report (Month wise). Enter the month_year and select the Book number. Click to button. 15

16 Fourth Type: - Billed consumer Report (consumer Wise). Select Report Type as a Billed Consumer Report (Consumer Wise). In this form Consumer report will be generated as Consumer wise. So must be required to know the consumer Account Number and month and year. 16

17 After selecting the account number and month year, we get report. Fifth Type: - Date wise Consumer Report. For generating the date wise consumer report, user needs to enter user id or select book number. Then enter From Date and To Date. Click to GET REPORT button and report will display. 17

18 Sixth Type: - Division Wise Report. For generating the Division wise report, user needs to select the Division. Then enter From Date and To Date. Click to GET DIVISION WISE REPORT button and report will display. Seventh Type: - Meter Reader Wise Report. For generating the meter reader wise report, user needs to select the meter reader name. Then enter From Date and To Date. Click to button and report will display. Eighth Type: - Mobile User List Wise Report. For generating the mobile user list wise report, user needs to select the mobile user list. Click to MOBILE USER LIST button. 18

19 Report will be displayed. They gives information s like user name, user id, user role, active status, IMEI number, address, contact number and id. Ninth Type: - Total MRU Wise Report. For generating the total MRU wise report, user needs to select Report Type as TOTAL MRU REPORT. Enter the specific Report Type and Month Year. Click to button. 19

20 BLOCK METER READER Supervisor has authority to block the meter reader. User required selecting the user id. After selecting user id auto comes user id related IMEI number. 20

21 Note: - here user has option to select BLOCK the IMEI Number either ALLOT them. In a list of IMEI Number, only un-allotted number will be display. If user clicks ALLOT button. An alert message comes for confirmation. Then click OK button. IMEI Number are successfully allotted. 21

22 FORCE CLOSER Force closer is used by supervisor to force fully close the MRU. For this purpose user need to select the month year and select the book. 22

23 After selecting required information click GET FORCE CLOSER REPORT. In this report all MRU List will be Displayed. Information s like MRU NAME, Effective Consumer, Billed Issued On, Ambiguity, reader name, IMEI number, date, status and active will be displayed. MRU STATUS UPDATE In this form user update the MRU Status. For this purpose user need to select sub-division and enter RRF/Meter Reader Id. 23

24 After selecting sub-division and RRF/Meter Reader Id. Click to button. Then MRU Status Update Form Will is opened. Information like; sub-division, reader id, MRU Name, Added By, IMEI, MRU Status, Downloaded Date, Closing Date, Updates. Here update button will be available. When user required updating then clicking button. Record has been updated. 24

25 If again you see the status of that particular RRF/Meter Reader then MRU Status shows ALLOTED. MRU UNALLOTMENT In this form user see the list of un-allotted MRU. For this purpose, select the user list. 25

26 After selecting user from user list and click to GET LIST button. Information will be displayed like; MRU name, allotted by, IMEI number, allotted time, downloading date, closing date and activity. Activity like: un-allotted or close. VERIFY MISSING CONSUMER / METER CHANGE Supervisor verification form is used to verify the action like; meter change or verify missing consumer. 26

27 For this purpose user need to select the sub-division, user list, book number, monty_year and action. There are two types of action : a) Verify meter change and b) verify missing consumer. Select all the information s and click to button. First of all select verify meter change. And click to button. Verify Meter Change form will be opened. In this form user see the request for meter change. 27

28 Consumer information s like account number, old meter number, new meter number, request time and status will be displayed. When user selecting action like; verify missing consumer and click Continue button. Then, Consumer information s like account number, old meter number, new meter number, request time and status will be displayed. SEARCH CONSUMER 28

29 Supervisor has option to search the Consumer on the basis of. A) Tariff ID B) Consumer Name C) Account No and D) Location Example for searching consumers on the basis of Tariff ID. 29
