1 Step by Step using ismartdetect. Step 1: Open SETTINGS and select your Coordinate system: UTM WGS 84 is the Default GPS setting. Step 2: Open SETTINGS and make your PHOTOS SETTINGS. A. SAVE ORIGINAL PHOTO ON/OFF (ON) B. ONLY DATE/TIME STAMP ON/OFF (OFF) C. STAMP PROJECT NAME ON/OFF (ON) D. STAMP INITIALS - Open + enter your initials. (They will by stamp at your photo) Step 3: Open TOOLS and Create your first Project. Select PROJECT NAMES and the + icon and enter the name of your Project Your are now basically ready to use ismartdetect. Step 4: Open TOOLS and PREDEFINED STAMP TEXT. This tool is created to save time. Because we often find the same type of objects, if you had entered COIN as Pred.text and selected that for your photo, COIN will be the first choice for picture no.2. Step 5: Open TOOLS and WAYPOINT MARKERS. You have access to 9 different colour, X-A-B-C-D-E- F-O-V, you can define the colours as you wish. Its your CATEGORY and can be selected by a Scrolling just before you enter SAVE a PHOTO. (Look for the Category box) Step 6: Open TOOLS and ADRESSES. This tool is allso made to save you time. Enter contact adresses, and they are ready when you select, and use, SEND Step 7: Open TOOLS and NOTES. This is free to use, unlike other apps. You can even enter WEB link in NOTES and use them.

2 SCREENSHOT WAYPOINT / CATEGORIES: This is how I have Step 5 set up, but you can design this category AS you decide. Default is Yellow X. YOU ARE NOW READY TO USE ismartdetect. Allso available, PREMIUMPLAN. All of your files and pictures will be SAFE at the GOOGLE Server Firebase we use. (Encrypted). PREMIUM PLAN also gives you the Multiuser Tool, which makes ismartdetect outstanding. You and a friend can use same account (log in), or, several users can syncronize files. Read page 4 Multiuser option. MAP and PHOTO (Files Option) This is the BRAIN of ismartdetect. Take one picture and Open TOOLS + Map and Photo The list will have all your projects, and can be selected one by one. Try one and see, GOOGLE MAPS showing your waypoint. Zoom in/out, and move the map, with all the same functionality as GOOGLE MAPS. NOTICE the BLUE DOT (your position) Finding back to a previus waypoint is possible, by using the BLUE DOT. Simply walk to the waypoint Tap one of your waypoints and see your find. Allso you can ZOOM in on that find (tap Zoom) and see the picture in a larger scale. TAP PHOTO, and get all your PHOTOs in a list. EXPORT is possible.. Even a PDF made of your screen with waypoints on Google maps. ismartdetect is made very user friendly. Please notice HOME, which is your quick way to get out of this TOOL.

3 FILES LIST. This is my Files list, from the the Waypoint screen (to get this, tap the LIST icon down in the right hand lower corner, on your waypoint map screen). Now you have some great TOOLS and FUNCTION. SELECT one by one or SELECT ALL... Then Notice all the icons below. EXPORT, , DOWNLOAD or DELETE. A example could be that you like to 2 or 3 finds, just select those and use . EDIT A FILE. EDIT A FILE! Just tap the one FILE you want and see how ist opens and its ready to EDIT. (screenshot 2) YOU CAN EDIT: A. The CO-ORDS by using the MAP TOOL. B. PRED.TEXT either enter a new or a Pred.t. C. CATEGORY Just like you want, by Scroll. D. YOU CAN MOVE A FILE by select another project name, is you made a mistake. E. Your can write a description, which wouldnt be stamped, but stored at this file. F. EDIT / CHANGE YOUR PHOTO. Just choose EDIT at the Photo and your Cameraroll opens up. SAVE if the APP ask you or CANCEL if you regreat. IMPORTANT! NOTICE! IF YOU ARE A PREMIUM USER, LOG IN BEFORE YOU DO ANY EDITING OR MAKE ANY CHANGES, OTHERWISE ANY CHANGES ARE NOT SAVED ON THE SERVER.

4 YOUR PROJECT NAME. Your Project name is IMPORTANT. Keep them sorted and in some kind of ordre, because later if you got many fields and some maybe in the same town, its hard to locate one project from another at the List, but allso at the cameraroll. Keep in mind, that everytime yot CREATE a new project, ismartdetect will creat a photo album with the same name at your cameraroll. SEE HERE 1 Figure 1 LAST PHOTO. This is a great help. ismartdetect will show you the LAST picture taken at that project. You can even TAP the photo and go directly to the FILES. YOUR STAMP PICTURE. This is how a STAMP picture could look like. You got all the information you need, but allso its FREE to use how you prefer. My Project name is stamp, because I got the swich ON at photo settings. I did allso type a text at pred.text Descpription, this is allso up to you. Notice my initials and the number! ismartdetect stamp at every taken picture. By the number like a file number, you can easy locate a file, and be 100% sure that this find was found at that spot on that day and time.

5 MULTIUSER: Using the PREMIUM PLAN and you are logged in, you can use the multiuser benefits. A. You could have a IPAD. Just log in ( and password) and see all your files and Photos and Map is the same at your IPAD. B. Log in with several devices at the same , will give you the function to DOWNLOAD photos (you can create the same photo album you got at your first device (Iphone). C. LAST PHOTO will be syncronized to all devices there at logged in at the same account. Its a great TOOL, if you make a find your buddy can see what it is at his LAST PHOTO. Just check the LAST PHOTO and you are at the files and waypoints. D. At TOOLS and Project Names you can by the little check symbol, see which Project the other devices got in use. Simply by the list. Last selected will be in the top, and if your project isnt at the top, thats tell you that the other device did change his project name. 6 HOW DO TO MOVE A FILE / FILES! At Page 3, you got some about EDITING, at here we will explain in details, how to move a FILE. STEP 1. Open EDIT on this file you want to move to another project. STEP 2. At this EDIT screen you have PROJECT! Tap and scroll and check the project you want to use instead of. STEP 3. Go BACK and this FILE is now moved. Remember to CREATE a new project, if you by mistake had SAVED your files at a totally wrong project / field adress, before you begin editing. HOW DO TO ADD A NEW FILE! There is TWO options to choose, to ADD a FILE. 1. At TOOLS you have Add Finds Manually or 2. At a FILE (dosnt matter which), you have a + icon at the top right side corner. Both types of ADDING is basisally the same, but your ID NUMBER will be diffent! The best way is to try it out your self, just notice your ID NUMBER. There is TWO important DATA you need to notice to ADD a new file. 1. Is the picture. 2. is the Coords / waypoint. If both are accepted by the APP, you can check SAVE. Remember to CHOOSE the project you want to use. Just like when you had to move a file, check the project and scroll.

7 HOW DO TO MOVE A WAYPOINT! At Page 3, you got some about EDITING. At here we will explain in details, how to move a WAYPOINT. STEP 1. Open EDIT on this file you want to move a waypoint. STEP 2. At this EDIT screen you have COORDS! Tap Coords and next Screen opens up. Now you should look at the Coordinates Screen. STEP 3. Tap the red TEXT; Pick Location From Map STEP 4. Move your map and find your field and tap the excact spot you want to select. STEP 5. Exit by check Coordinates in the top left side. Tap BACK and Further Album name.. The waypoint is now moved.. HOW TO CHANGE COORDINATES SYSTEM AT A FILE. Look at this Screenshot, Coordinates. Notice the first line Coords Sys. By this you can change a Coordinates system, even you allready had SAVED a file. A scoll list will open and check this Coords sys. you want to use instead of. ismartdetect will remember your changes automatic, just go back and out ot this editing.
