3 SIGN IN: Already a Patriots365 Member If you are already a Patriots365 member, visit and follows these steps: 1) Enter your Address or Account ID that you use to sign into your season ticket or wait list account. 2) Enter your Password you use for the same account. 3) Click the Sign In button

You may receive an error message for several reasons: 1) The season ticket or wait list account number or address you entered does not match what we have on record. 2) Your password does not match what we have on record. If you do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password link to reset your password in Account Manager. See pages for details. 3) This season ticket or wait list account has not yet signed up for Patriots365. 5 SIGN UP Become a Patriots365 Member Step 1: Visit and click the Sign Up: Season Ticket or Wait List Members button. CLICK HERE 5

6 SIGN UP Become a Patriots365 Member Step 2: Sign Up 1 2 1) Enter either your Address or Account ID that you use to sign in to your season ticket or wait list account. 2) Enter your account password. 3) Check the box to agree to the Patriots365 Terms & Conditions. 3 4) Click the Sign Up button to submit. 4 6

11 Sign in to DD Perks: Already a DD Perks Member If you are already a DD Perks member, simply sign in to your account with your DD Perks address and password. Note: Your DD Perks address may be different than your Patriots365 account address. You will see the Patriots365 Start Your Touchdown Dance welcome screen (pg. 17.) after you click Sign In ) Enter your DD Perks account address. 2) Enter your DD Perks account password. 3) Click the Sign In button. 11

13 Sign up for DD Perks: Become a DD Perks Member Step 1: Enroll a DD Card In order to become a member of DD Perks you ll need a DD Card. If you are a Season Ticket Member and received your pre-loaded $2 DD Card in the season ticket package or have another existing DD Card, Click Yes. If you do not have a Card, click Not Yet. Click YES if you have a DD card. See page 14 for more details. Click NOT YET if you don t have a DD card. See page for more details. 13

14 Sign up for DD Perks: Become a DD Perks Member Step 1a: Enroll an Existing DD Card On your pre-loaded $2 DD Card in the season ticket package, scratch off the Pin and enter it into the Pin/ID number field. Enter the 16-digit card number without spaces. Click Continue. Note, on the pre-loaded $2 DD Card in the season ticket package, the PIN is on the bottom right hand side of the card. Click Continue to add more money to your card. 14

15 Sign up for DD Perks: Become a DD Perks Member Step 2: Put Money on your DD Card Indicate a starting amount of money that you would like to put on your new DD Card and click Continue. If you have the $2 DD Card from the season ticket package, you may add value to the Card here. 1) Select one of the designated amounts. 2) Or manually enter an amount and click Continue. 15

16 Sign up for DD Perks: Become a DD Perks Member Step 3: Enter your Contact Information Enter your contact information into the required fields, accept the DD Perks Terms & Conditions, then click Submit at the bottom of the page. Existing DD Card Form New DD Card Form Final Step: Click Submit You will see the Patriots365 Start Your Touchdown Dance welcome screen after you click Submit. 16

17 Sign up for DD Perks: Become a DD Perks Member Step 4: Continue to Patriots365 After signing in or signing up for DD Perks, click Complete enrollment to continue to Patriots365 now enrolled in DD Perks. CLICK HERE 17

18 SIGN UP Become a Patriots365 Member Step 5: Begin Earning Congratulations, you re now signed up! Enjoy your daily run to Dunkin and start earning credit toward next year s season ticket invoice or the Patriots Proshop. 20 Sign in to Uber: Already have an Uber Account Sign into Uber with your account information Note: Your Uber address may be different than your season ticket account address. 21 Forgot Password/Reset Password If you forgot your Uber password, click on Forgot Password and enter your Address. Uber will send you a link to reset your password. 22 Sign up for Uber: Create an Uber Account If you do not have an Uber account, scroll to the bottom of the page and click SIGN UP FOR UBER to get started. CLICK HERE 22

24 Sign up for Uber: Create an Uber Account Step 2: Download the Uber app from your App store and sign in on your phone Enter the address and password you created and sign in to Uber on your smartphone. 2. Upon signing in, Uber will send you a text with a 4 digit verification code. Once you receive it, enter the code into the app to authorize your account 24

Note: you cannot invite another Season Ticket Member as your Sharer ) Enter up to three friends at once by inputting their respective addresses. 2) (Optional) Enter a customized message to send along with the invite. 3) Click the Send Invitation button to deliver the invite straight to their inbox. 28

If you already have an account with Account Manager (e.g., Wait List, Revolution, Gillette Stadium), use your current credentials below to sign up. 1 1) Enter your contact information: First and Last Name. Full address. address Phone number. Enter your password twice to verify. 2) Check the box to agree to the Patriots365 Terms & Conditions. 3) Click the Sign Up button to submit

42 Forgot Password/Reset Password Step 3: Temporary Password Sent A temporary password has been sent to your address. Go to your inbox to retrieve this temporary password. 42

43 Forgot Password/Reset Password Step 4: Retrieve Temporary Password Sign in to your inbox and retrieve your temporary password. John, 1) Copy your temporary password. 2) Click this link. 43

44 Forgot Password/Reset Password Step 5: Sign In to Account Manager Enter your Patriots365 Address or Season Ticket or Wait List Account ID and enter your temporary password. 1) Enter either your Patriots365 Address or Account ID. 2) Enter your temporary password. 3) Click the Continue button

45 Forgot Password/Reset Password Step 6: Select your New Password Enter your new password must be between 1 and 250 characters, alpha numeric only, and case sensitive. With this newly generated password, you may continue your Sign-Up/Sign-In Process with Patriots365. 1) Enter your new Patriots365 password, twice to verify. 1 2) Click the Save Button. 2 45
