The gates are completely within the buildable area and will no longer need a variance as Treme has no setbacks and these will never touch the property line. As soon as I get final approval from Wendy and Todd, I'll be able to withdraw the variance application. I didn't want to yet withdraw the variance application until I have a final go ahead. I did bring this up at the Variance hearing and the City Planning director who was there clarified that this is permissable. Again, I don't want to yet withdraw the application, I submitted the final drawings yesterday and hope to have that finalized today. I have to go meet with Property Management today as well. 5
