3 1. OVERVIEW This guide has been put together to help you make the most of Trigold Mobile. It is designed for new users so most of the functionality will be familiar to existing Trigold Prospector users. The Trigold Mobile app is part of the IRESS Trigold mortgage sourcing family of products and is free to use for all Trigold Prospector subscribers. To use the app, you must have a Trigold Prospector subscription. In order to get the best functionality on each device Trigold Mobile works slightly differently on an iphone and ipod Touch compared with an ipad. The core Mortgage Sourcing functions in the same way on all devices and additionally on iphone and ipod Touch there is a home screen with the option to use the Mortgage calculators. This guide is for the iphone and ipod Touch, please see our Getting started guide with Trigold Mobile on an ipad for specific information relating to using Trigold Mobile on an ipad. 2. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS Operating system: ios 7.1 and above Supported devices: ipad 2 and above All ipad Minis iphone 4 and above ipod Touch (5 th generation and above) 3. DOWNLOADING THE TRIGOLD MOBILE APP Trigold Mobile can be downloaded from the Apple App Store, search for Trigold Mobile to find the app. 4. USING TRIGOLD MOBILE 4.1. Starting the app for the first time Once the app has downloaded and installed successfully on your iphone or ipod Touch you will see the IRESS app icon on your home screen: When the app is first opened it will check you have a Trigold Prospector subscription. You will be prompted to enter your Trigold Prospector login details; please enter your Trigold Prospector User ID and Password in the corresponding Login and Password boxes. For security purposes the app will occasionally ask you to re-enter your login details so please keep them safe for reference. IRESS (UK) Limited Page 3 of 11

4 4.2. Home screen options Mortgage Search allows you to source mortgage products that suit your customer s needs. Mortgage Calculators takes you to our three mortgage calculators: Mortgage Payment Calculator Rate Change Calculator Overpayment Calculator Settings allow you to change a number of defaults and options within the app; for example: the address that reports are sent to. 5 4.3. Mortgage Search To source mortgages enter the search options and tap the Search button at the bottom of the screen. The Value, Deposit, Loan Amount, and LTV are mandatory and must be entered for the search to take place; all other options have default values. Following your search the first fifty matching products will be displayed. If the search did not return any products, a message will be displayed and you will remain on the search screen. You can change the order of the results by tapping Sort. This will display six options on the screen, selecting a different sort order will return the top fifty products for that option. 6 To find out more details about a particular product, tap the row for the product of interest. From here you can the selected product details and the top 30 results to yourself using the me feature (this uses the address in Settings). Or you can return to the results list via the Results link. If you have a Momentum subscription, the app will prompt you to enter your Momentum login details. This automatically generates a lead in Momentum for you when you the product details. 7 To send the , add the relevant client details for your reference and tap the Send button at the bottom of the screen. The client and telephone number will be included in the product details a later version of the app. Once your has been sent you will be returned to the results list. The Back link will take you to the search screen to complete another search. IRESS (UK) Limited Page 7 of 11

8 To Clear the Value, Deposit, Loan Amount, and LTV you used for your previous search tap the Clear link at the top of the screen. No other details are changed from your previous search options. If you wish to further refine your search there are additional search options which can be accessed via the Advanced button. IRESS (UK) Limited Page 8 of 11

Mortgage Calculators When Trigold Mobile is used on an iphone or ipod Touch, you can access our collection of mortgage calculators via the Home screen Mortgage Payment Calculator The Mortgage Payment Calculator allows you to see what the monthly payment would be for an repayment or interest only mortgage. It also gives a graph showing the outstanding capital balance over the term of the mortgage. IRESS (UK) Limited Page 9 of 11

10 Rate Change Calculator The Rate Change Calculator allows you to see the impact of a change in the mortgage interest rate on mortgage payments Overpayment Calculator The Overpayment Calculator allows you to illustrate the affect making overpayments would have on your mortgage. 11 4.5. Settings In the Settings section you can amend various options used by the app. Any changes you make are automatically saved when you return to the home screen via the Home link Default Panel Selection The panels displayed here are linked to your Trigold Prospector account and will be updated each time you start the app Enquiry Details This is the address used when sending product details from the Me feature. The address is the same as the one linked to your Trigold Prospector account. If it isn t what you are expecting you can update it here for Trigold Mobile and you can update Trigold Prospector in the User Settings Momentum Login If you have a Momentum Subscription you can add your details here. If you do not have a Momentum Subscription you will see not subscribed next to the Momentum heading. 5.
