The National Insurance Crime Training Academy, or NICTA, is an industry partnership with a common goal of providing anti-fraud training to the insurance industry and to law enforcement.

1 The National Insurance Crime Training Academy, or NICTA, is an industry partnership with a common goal of providing anti-fraud training to the insurance industry and to law enforcement. NICTA provides courses to us which help our employees to meet certain compliance requirements of our company. 1. In order to utilize these services afforded to us by NICTA you must first log on to their website and set up an account. Please click on the link and follow the included directions for establishing an account. Here is an image of their home page. 2. In order to set up a new account, you must first click on the button labeled new student in the upper right hand corner of the NICTA webpage home screen. When you click on the New Student Button you will then be directed to the following screen.

3. You must then click on the I Agree Button to move forward in the account creation process. Once you click I agree, you will be moved forward to the next screen. 1. 2. 4.

In the box marked Corporate license code you must insert the following number: 672438. This is a Worley Corporate Account Code and is not to be disseminated outside of this company. 5.

Once you click I agree, you will be moved forward to the next screen First, you must enter a corporate license code in order to set your account. Please refer to line 1.on the previous screen shot. Next, you will need to enter an and a password for you to use to log into the system. Please use your personal address that Worley has on file to create an account. You will need to use an which you can have access to, in case you need support or you need to reset your

3 password. Refer to line 2. After your log in information is accepted by the system you will be directed to the next screen. 6. On this screen you will be required to enter your information so that NICTA will be able to identify you, and so that you can get credit for your courses. You will need to enter the following information into this screen: First Name: Your First Name Last Name: Your Last Name Employee ID Number: Your Worley ID Number Title: Leave Blank Address 1: 303 Timber Creek Address 2: Leave Blank City: Hammond State: Louisiana Zip: Phone: Fax: Leave Blank 7. After you fill in all of the required information, and click the submit button at the bottom of the screen your account will be created and you will be directed to a new screen which looks like this.

This student union screen is the spot in which you can navigate and search for courses to enroll in.

4 8. You are now logged into the system into your student screen. Please take note of tab at the top of the screen noted Student Union. This is where you must click in order to locate and register for courses. Once you click on this tab, you will be brought to the following screen. 9. This student union screen is the spot in which you can navigate and search for courses to enroll in. For example, let s say that you want to search for a property related course. You can click on the property icon located on the screen. After clicking on that icon, you will be brought to a menu of course located within the property group.

5 10. In looking at this new screen, we see we have several course options to choose from. Let s say we decide to enroll in Investigating Property Fraud. We must first click on the appropriate icon for that course. After we click on that Icon, we will be directed to the next screen.

6 11. In looking at this course screen we can identify several key pieces of information. This screen will first give us a description of the course. In addition, it will also give us the amount of time allotted for the course. For example, this course counts for 1 hour of fraud training. In addition, there is a light blue hyperlink on the bottom of the page (Enroll) which is the button to allow you to click on, and enroll in to take the course. Once you are enrolled in, and are in the process of/or have completed courses, your home screen will appear differently. For example: 12. This screen will provide us with a listing of the courses which are currently enrolled in or have completed. It is important to note that once a course is successfully completed, then a small blue hyperlink (Certificate) will appear with the course information under the test status for a particular course. Once you click on this this link, it will bring up an image of the certificate for the course which you have completed.

7 13. From this page, you can use the keyboard command Ctrl + P, to print the certificate to a PDF and this PDF copy can then be uploaded to the Worley Adjuster Portal under My Certifications so that you will get credit for your course.
