Furnishings and accessories to include: (1) round table with (4) chairs, a lockable 1m x 1m X.5m deep welcome counter (which can include graphics), and (1) waste paper basket. No changes to the furniture package are permitted however if you require alternative or additional furnishings, these can be ordered online from Freeman at To enhance the stand, custom graphics are available for order by each exhibitor. For the 3m wide name board, logos can be available for an extra charge. quick facts The shell scheme only accepts graphics fastened with double-sided tape (Velcro is not approved and will not attach to the panels; nails, screws or blue-tack cannot be used). Any damage caused to the shell scheme will be the responsibility of the exhibitor and will be charged accordingly. 5 BERLIN, GERMANY 24-2 APRIL 2017 GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING GRAPHICS ARTWORK Our desire is to provide you with the best possible quality graphics for your exhibit or sponsorship. You can help us in that effort by providing digital art files using the following guidelines. To send us print-ready files, please pass this information on to your graphics designer. Two overall considerations for submitting acceptable artwork involves proper resolution or size of the file to avoid poor quality images, and proper color matching information and proofs to insure accurate colour reproduction.
