1 DIGITAL TICKETING GUIDE Through your MY MARQUETTE Account, you will have 24- hour access to manage your tickets free of charge! Using your MY MARQUETTE Account, you can: View your ticket(s) on your mobile device Digitally send your ticket(s) to family and friends if you cant make a game Managing your tickets through your My Marquette Account is extremely convenient, simple and secure and allows you the ultimate flexibility in using your seats. To log in to your MY Marquette Account, your user name is the primary address on your account. If you do not know your password, click on Forgot Your Password? to have a temporary password ed to you. MOBILE PLATFORMS STEP 5: Send link via to your recipient in order for them to claim tickets The recipient will receive an notifying them of the pending tickets that have been sent to them. In order to accept the tickets, the recipient will need to log in to their existing My Marquette Account or create a new account with the same address that the tickets were initially sent to. Once they log in, there will be a notification on the top of the home screen indicating that they have a pending offer and will be able to receive the tickets at that point.

A digital or mobile ticket is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to receive and manage tickets while increasing protection against fraud. You re probably already using your smartphone to attend movies or when you travel, so why not for live events? It s our effort to make your experience the very best. Digital tickets provide: Quick and easy entry to Fiserv Forum using your mobile phone or smart device Instant access to all your season tickets through your My Marquette Account The ability to manage, send or sell your tickets at any time Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets An easy way to go green by printing less paper How do I access my tickets on my smartphone? No. This year, all tickets are fully digital and only accessible via your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket.

9 DIGITAL TICKETING FAQ S Can I use a screenshot of my ticket? No, a mobile ticket must be provided either with the mobile website or within your phone s wallet to gain entry into Fiserv Forum. What happens if my ticket doesn t scan properly? That can usually be solved by turning your screen brightness to the highest setting. If that doesn t work, your ticket can be validated by having the ticket taker manually enter your ticket number directly into the scanner. What if I lose connectivity/can t connect to my account at Fiserv Forum? To ensure seamless entry, we highly recommend downloading your tickets to your phone before arriving to the game. If you have an iphone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet. If you re an Android user, you can save your tickets to your phone through Google Pay (formerly known as Android Pay). When should I download my ticket? We recommend that you download your tickets at least 24 hours before the event. What if my phone breaks, dies, or is lost/stolen before I arrive? Simply come to the box office, present your ID and we ll print your tickets for you.

10 DIGITAL TICKETING FAQ S Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone? Yes; however, it s much easier to send each attendee their individual ticket. What if my entire party isn t with me when I m ready to enter? You can easily send each member their ticket individually since each person entering will need a ticket to get in. How do I send a ticket? It s easy! Once logged in, do the following: Select Manage My Ticket(s), then choose your event and tap Send (Note: not all tickets can be transferred) Select the tickets you d like to send, then hit Send Tickets Select your favorite sharing app and send to your recipient(s) via , text or social media. Because the designated link can only be used once, the ticket will be transferred to the first person who claims the ticket Does the person I send the tickets to need a Ticketmaster account? Yes. If they don t have one already, they will create one in the acceptance process. What if I forward tickets to the wrong person, can I recall the tickets? Yes, you can reclaim tickets as long as they haven t been accepted by the recipient.

11 DIGITAL TICKETING FAQ S Can ticket holders transfer tickets after the event has started? Yes; however, you cannot sell tickets after the event has begun. How do I sell a ticket? Selling a ticket is similar to sending a ticket, with a few additional steps: Tap Manage My Ticket(s), then choose your event and tap Sell (Note: not all tickets are eligible for resale) Select the tickets you want to sell and enter your asking price Choose your payout method Hit Sell Tickets and you re done What is Account Manager? Account Manager gives you the ability to easily manage your tickets whether you want to view, send, resell or donate your tickets to charity. What is the difference between the new and previous version of Account Manager? Account Manager has been completely redesigned, making it easier than ever to manage your tickets. Now you can quickly navigate the homepage, manage your tickets, and pay your invoices both online and from any mobile device. How do I log in? Use the same address and password that you used to log in to the previous version. You can log in from your mobile device or desktop. Please note that you can no longer log in with your account number.
