2 GUIDE FOR ADMIN LOG IN Role of school coordinator - Administrator in e Vidyalaya Peer Assessment System(e Vidyalaya OES). The Administrator Log in of OKCL e Vidyalaya is to be handled by the School Coordinator. After installation of OKCL e Vidyalaya installer, the Venue Code(i.e. the SOLAR ID) should be registered.

3 Step 1: Registration of Venue Venue details needs to registered (One time registration after installation of OES)in the Administrator Log in which requires Internet Connectivity. Once the venue gets registered, the Local Administrator( i.e. the School Coordinator) needs to provide the SOLAR ID and PASSWORD for logging into the Administrator page. In order to Synchronize data and upload data, there is requirement of internet connectivity in the system.

4 ENTER YOUR SOLAR ID AND PASSWORD AS YOUR LOGIN ID AND PASSWORD

6 STEP-2: Click on Synchronize Data in order to receive Examination and Candidate data(internet Connectivity is required)

7 GO TO ADMIN DASHBOARD AND CLICK ON TEST SCHEDULER STEP 3: SCHEDULING TEST

8 GO TO GROUP SCHEDULE

9 Provide the Exam event for the concerned standard and division.(a, B, C or D as required). Please note that one division will carry maximum 40 students.

11 CHOOSE YOUR PAPER FOR WHICH THE EXAMINATION IS CONDUCTED CLICK SAVE Click here in order to add more papers

12 Important Points Choose the day(date) on which when the test is scheduled The Exam papers shall be made available on a periodic basis. Therefore you need to Synchronize data regularly. On a particular day(date), for a single exam paper, only one exam test can be conducted Division is nothing but segmentation of students of the class(like Section ) which is done to accommodate the students in the ICT Lab

13 STEP 4: GETTING STUDENT LOG ID AND PASSWORD REPORT GO TO CANDIDATE REPORTS AND CHOOSE CANDIDATE LOG IN REPORT

14 PUT YOUR EXAM EVENT AND DIVISION AND CLICK ON GET REPORT TO SEE THE REPORT OR GENERATE PDF TO TAKE A PRINT OUT

15 SEE YOUR REPORT LIKE THIS OR TAKE APRINT FROM PDF

16 CLICK ON LOGOUT FOR LOGGIN OUT FORM THE SYSTEM

17 LOGGED OUT SUCCESSFULLY

18 USER GUIDE FOR STUDENT LOGIN As the capacity of ICT lab is 40 students at a time, therefore one division (either A, B, C or D..) will comprise maximum 40 students data which is entered through Biz-Client. The students sitting at a nodes(or Client), need to type Machine Name>>:2020/OES/ (OES is in CAPITAL letters) or Simply need to type the OES link on the SERVER.

20 CLICK ON LOGIN SELECT DIVISION AND PUT CANDIDATE ID AND PASSWORD RECEIVED THROUGH ADMIN LOG IN(i.e. the candidate Log in report)

23 PUT A TICK MARK HERE CLICK ON READY TO BEGIN

24 1.CHOOSE YOUR OPTION 2. CHOOSE YOUR CONFIDENCE LEVEL FROM HERE 3.CLICK ON SUBMIT ANSWER

25 Important: Peer Assessment by Next student When the same question is asked along with the answer given by the previous student IF THE 2 ND STUDENT CHOOSES YES THEN SAME ANSWER WILL BE SELECTED FOR HIM/HER

26 IF HE/SHE CHOOSES NO THEN THE 2 ND CANDIDATE NEEDS TO CHOOSE HIS/HER OPTION

27 CLICK ON END TEST TO SEE YOUR REPORT CARD

28 CLICK ON SCORE CARD TO SEE THE RESULT

29 GO TO ADMIN LOGIN PAGE AND SEE DATA WIIL UPLOAD AUTOMATICALLY AND CLICK ON SYNCRONIZE DATA

30 CLICK ON DATABASE BACK UP TO KEEP BACK UP

31 CLICK TO TAKE DATABASE BACK UP AND STORE IN A SECURED SPACE(DVD OR PENDRIVE)

32 CLICK TO RESTORE THE DATA BACK UP IN CASE OF LOSS DUE UNINSTALLATION OR FORMATTING

33 TO CONFIRMATION YOUR RESTORE CLICK YES

If any issues occur in Synchronizing data through SERVER, then try downloading data

Enter your Venue Code/Center Code/Username & Password click on Login After Login successfully, Click on Proceed Now 1. Download Event Data first & then 2. Download Candidate Data After successfully downloading Event & Candidate Data, Exam can 35 be conducted.
