1 ChAsE COMMERCIAL ONLINE sm ALERTs ACTIvATE ALERTs You can enroll in Account Alerts through Chase Commercial Online. Alerts provide you with notifications through messages or push notifications to some mobile devices. Alerts are free and activation is easy. From the My Accounts page, click "Manage Account Alerts." CLICK MANAGE ACCOUNT ALERTs Enter your preferred address and click Continue. Note: You can choose to receive s in html or standard text format. ENTER ALERT DELIvERY PREFERENCEs CLICK CONTINUE

You can set up Alerts for some or all of the accounts you view in your Chase Commercial Online profile. Note: Alerts differ by the account type i.e. Checking accounts, Credit Cards, and Loans. Carefully review the Alerts that are available for each account type. select ACCOUNTs 4 Select the Alert(s) you want to receive and choose where each Alert should be sent. Alerts can be sent via or a push notification to some mobile devices. You can choose one or more delivery options for each Alert. Click Update Alerts. Note: There are two different types of Alerts, security Alerts and daily Alerts. security Alerts are delivered after any associated activity is detected on your account. Daily Alerts are processed at the end of each business day (Monday through Friday) and delivered to you the following day (Tuesday through saturday). select ALERTs AND DELIvERY METhODs CLICK UPDATE ALERTs

3 ChAsE COMMERCIAL ONLINE ALERTs ONLINE security ALERTs Online security Alerts are delivered automatically to help you identify any unauthorized activity on you accounts and online profile. You cannot unsubscribe from these Alerts, however, you can specify the delivery method for these Alerts. From the drop down menu on the Alerts homepage, select Online Security and click Show. Online Security Alerts are required for online security purposes. You cannot opt-out of these Alerts; however, you can chose how you would like Online Security Alerts delivered. select ONLINE security Choose your preferred delivery method(s) for each Alert and click Update Alerts. select DELIvERY METhOD 3

4 ChAsE COMMERCIAL ONLINE ALERTs ALERT PROFILE Create and/or edit Alerts profiles for yourself, other users, or employees at your company who are not Authorized Users but can help monitor account activity by receiving Alerts. From any Alerts page, click See delivery profile in the upper right corner. see DELIvERY PROFILE Change, delete, or check the status of any current profile. Please note: You cannot delete a profile that uses your primary address. Please contact your Client Service Professional or the Chase Commercial Online Service Center if you need to update your primary address. ChANGE, DELETE OR view ThE ALERTs PROFILE CLICK ADD You can create an Alerts profile for other employees at your company, even if they do not have access to Chase Commercial Online. To create an Alerts profile for another person, click Add . 4

CLICK see ALERTs history Select an account to view a 30-day history of Alerts you ve received associated with that account. Click any column heading to sort by Alert Message, Sent To or Date/Time Sent. 6

ChAsE COMMERCIAL ONLINE ALERTs DEACTIvATE ALERTs From any Alerts page, click See more choices then click Deactivate Account Alerts in the upper right corner. CLICK DEACTIvATE ACCOUNT ALERTs Review the information and click Deactivate Alerts to discontinue delivery of all Alerts associated with all Alerts profiles. Note: Deactivating Alerts will turn off all Alerts, except those automatically sent to you for security purposes.
