3 Organization Registration for an Online Fundraiser on SpiritCupsDirect.com When your group starts a fundraiser, the fundraising coordinator will receive an with an ACCOUNT NUMBER and PASSWORD. This means the group s online fundraiser is active The coordinator then can go to SpiritCupsDirect.com/login and will use the ACCOUNT NUMBER (Username) and PASSWORD to login under the Login box Once the coordinator is logged in they will want to click on the Organization Admin to go to their group s online fundraiser dashboard.

4 Organization Admin Dashboard From the Organization Admin dashboard, the coordinator can check which participants have signed up, see total items sold, see total profit, see orders made per participant and can choose to see profit in a specific month by selecting the first and last day of the desired month.

5 Participant Registration for an Online Fundraiser on SpiritCupsDirect.com Once the fundraiser has been started and the coordinator received the login information, participants can signup by visiting SpiritCupsDirect.com/login 1. Start typing your organization name in the Organization box. A list of possible matches will pop-up. Select your organization s name from the list. 2. Enter your Username using your name and the format: FirstName_LastName 3. Enter your address, create a Password then click on the Sign Up button.

The participants can click on the social share buttons to share their online fundraiser and sell cups to friends and family across the country.

On the next screen, click on Participant Admin 4. The next screen will be the Participant Dashboard page (see page 9 for more information)

9 Tips for a Successful Online Fundraiser Participants should tell their friends and family WHY their group is having a fundraiser Participants should share their unique fundraising link through social media and Participants should be creative with their messaging when sharing their unique link via and social media (make a SpiritCup video with the group and share it with your link on social media, make up a funny SpiritCup meme, tag people you know who are sports fans in your social media posts) The fundraising coordinator should inform SpiritCups Fundraising the remit to name for online profit payments BEFORE the fundraiser begins ( or info@spiritcups.com)

10 Frequently Asked Questions When does my group receive our profit check for our online fundraiser? One profit check will be issued for online fundraisers. The complete profit check will issued the month following the completion of the online fundraiser. For example, if the online fundraiser is completed in March, the profit check for the online fundraiser will be issued and mailed in April. IMPORTANT: Make sure your fundraiser coordinator contacts SpiritCups Fundraising at to provide the name who the online profit checks should be made out to. If I m placing the master catalog order for my group, can I deduct my online profit from the amount my group needs to pay SpiritCups Fundraising for our catalog order? No, the catalog and online fundraisers are two separate programs and profits cannot be integrated. Your group can run the catalog program and the online program simultaneously but the payment and profit distribution is handled differently for each due to the nature of the programs.
