Value and prizing may change. How to Win: Receive at least one valid entry via any of the three steps listed below and have your entry selected randomly by MagicBus Tours as the winner for that week. Each step listed below can be done independently of each other. The selected winner must also meet the criteria and stipulations listed below under "Winners" to claim their prize. Chances of Winning: Chances are dependent upon the number of entrants and the number of times each entrant submits a valid entry. Winners: Must reside within a 100km radius of the city center of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Must be an active newsletter subscriber within the ski season*. *An active newsletter subscriber within the ski season is referred to as one who has opened at least one from MagicBus Tours since July, There will be 1 different individual winner per week whom will be chosen at random on the draw dates listed above. Also, there will be 1 different individual winner per week whom will be chosen at random for Picture and or Video on the draw dates listed above. The prize given to each winner may not be as shown. The winning individuals will be contacted by MagicBus Tours either on the social media platform they entered with and/or by the address supplied upon subscription of the newsletter. Winners are required to pick up their prize from the MagicBus office and the details about where and when will be discussed at the time of contact. Identification upon prize pick-up may be required. Winners are required to respond to MagicBus Tours Ltd. through the same media they were contacted by and pick up their prize,

5 on or before one week after they have been contacted. If winners have not responded to MagicBus Tours Ltd. and picked up their prize on or before one week after they have been contacted, the win will become void and new entrants will be selected to receive the prize. How to receive valid entries: By entering, contestants agree to the use of their names, pictures, videos on social media platforms, without compensation, in print, online, radio and televised publicity and other media. This contest accepts entries in the following ways: 1. NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION: Subscribe to the MagicBus newsletter within the week of the draw. This step is worth 2 entries. Any subscriptions within the contest dates will be eligible. Customers that are already subscribed are automatically entered once. Unsubscribing and re-subscribing will terminate that entry. Unsubscribing is easy and can be done at any time either through the itself or by contacting MagicBus Tours. Subscription to the newsletter may be done in either of two ways (once subscribed, subscribing via another method will not increase chances of winning): 1.1 Filling out the subscription form on the MagicBus Tours Facebook page including full name and address, clicking subscribe, and confirming the subscription. PHOTO/VIDEO ENTRY: Post a picture or video of your ski day to Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #magicbusyeg or #hearbeatmoments. For each skiing/snowboarding related photo or video tagged with these hashtags, contestants will get an entry to win the weekly $25 Ride Again PromoCode draw. Contestants will also receive 2 entries into the weekly contest prize. Vulgar or inappropriate images and language will disassociate the poster from MagicBus Tours Ltd. and eliminate them from this contest.

6 3. QUICK ENTRY: Fill out and submit the "25th Promo Entry" form found in the details on the magicbus.ca/win webpage. This step grants a single entry and duplicates will be removed. All entries become the property of MagicBus Tours Ltd and their sponsors which assumes no responsibility for delayed, damaged or misdirected entries, or for any failure of the website or social media platforms during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by MagicBus Tours Ltd on account of technical problems. Any entries where a post or share to a personal social media profile is necessary require the entrant to have a public profile; otherwise, MagicBus Tours is unable to view the post or share and it will be considered void.
