Please see attached file and advise if the stormwater culvert is yours. We have reached out to AquaAmerica as well. This culvert will be repaired and extended under the SEPTA Norristown Line. We are working on a SEPTA Design Build project that includes three sections of shoreline to be stabilized. 2 of the 3 are just above the Miquon Train station. This culvert is at the end of the first section. If your agency does have ownership, we d like to include the proper contact info. for coordination purposes. A PA Design one call has been performed. I believe that the culvert picks up drainage off of the road, carries it through SEPTA property, and then discharges into the river. Thanks, Chris M. Christopher J.
