Under My Activation Codes & Unused License(s)," click Create a New Classroom to name your classroom. SECTION II: ADDING STUDENTS TO YOUR CLASSROOM Click My Account & License Info at the top right corner of your +Live Insights dashboard. Click "Add & Update Students" next to the name of your classroom(s) that you set up in SECTION I. Enter each student's name (we recommend entering at least first name and last initial). Create a two-digit password for each student. You can use any combination of "abc123" (e.g., aa, a1). Adjust user settings for each child (i.e., stroke tolerance, game level, left- or righthandedness, and audio options).

2 Set a two-digit password for you, the Instructor, as well. You will then be taken to your "My Classroom" screen. If you need to add additional students (up to the maximum number of +Live Insights that you purchased), click "Add & Update Students" next to the name of your classroom(s) set up in SECTION I. Enter their information in the "Add New Students" table at the bottom of this screen. SECTION III: USING +LIVE INSIGHTS WITH YOUR WET-DRY-TRY SUITE APP Before your students use the app, click the Settings gear icon in the lower right corner of your app. Click the +Live Insights button on the left. Enter your address in the "Join an existing +Live Insights Class" box and click "Submit." (You must use the same address you used to create your +Live Insights account.) Return to the app home screen. Click the "Student Name" bar at the top of the screen. A list of all student names will appear. You will have two options: If you click on the student names at the top of the screen, your students' work will NOT appear in your +Live Insights dashboard. However, the in-app reporting will still capture their progress. If you click on the student names at the bottom of the screen, your students' work WILL appear in your +Live Insights dashboard. However, the in-app reporting will NOT capture their progress. SECTION IV: PURCHASING ADDITIONAL LICENSES If you have already set up a +Live Insights classroom, click "My Account & License Info" in the top right corner of your +Live Insights dashboard. Click the "Add More Licenses" button at the bottom of the screen. You will be directed to the hwtears.com website, where you can purchase additional for $3.99 each. SECTION V: ADDING ADDITIONAL +LIVE INSIGHTS LICENSES When you receive your confirmation or activation pass with activation code, click "My Account & License Info" at the top right corner of your +Live Insights dashboard. If you are ADDING to an EXISTING CLASSROOM, click "Merge to Classroom" under the "My Activation Codes & Unused License(s)" area. Select your classroom from the "Move License(s) to Classroom" dropdown list. Enter the number of you would like to add to this classroom. Repeat the steps in SECTION II to add students to your classroom. If you are CREATING a NEW CLASSROOM, proceed with SECTION I. IF YOU BOUGHT YOUR APP DIRECTLY FROM HANDWRITING WITHOUT TEARS

3 SECTION 1: GETTING STARTED When you purchased your app from Handwriting Without Tears, you received an activation code either via a confirmation or an activation pass that was shipped to you. This activation code will activate as many as you purchased. Go to wetdrytry.com/activate to activate your license(s). You will need to register for an account, or log in with an existing hwtears.com user account. If you bought MORE THAN ONE LICENSE, and will be using ALL the and managing ALL students YOURSELF, proceed to SECTION II. If you bought MORE THAN 1 LICENSE, and MULTIPLE TEACHERS will be using the and MANAGING SEPARATE CLASSROOMS, proceed to SECTION III. SECTION II: ACTIVATING LICENSES & SETTING UP YOUR CLASSROOM (This section is for you if you will be logging in under your own user account/ address for ALL of your, and MANAGING classroom(s) YOURSELF.) After logging in, enter the activation code from your confirmation or activation pass. Setting up your own classroom(s): If you bought one license: Enter "1" under "Classroom/License Count," then create a Class Name (e.g., Jane Smith, First Grade). If you bought more than one license: You can create as many classrooms, with as many students in each class as desired (the maximum students should equal the number of you purchased). Enter the number of students for your first class under "Classroom/License Count," then create a Class Name (e.g., Jane Smith, First Grade). To create additional classrooms (that you will manage), click "My Account & License Info" at the top right corner of your +Live Insights dashboard. Under "My Activation Codes & Unused License(s)," click "Create a New Classroom" to set up additional classrooms. SECTION III: ACTIVATING LICENSES IF YOU PURCHASED FOR OTHER USERS (This section is for you if MULTIPLE users will be logging in under their own user accounts/ addresses, and MANAGING their OWN CLASSROOMS.) After logging in, enter the activation code from your confirmation or activation pass. Click "My Account & License Info" at the top right corner of your +Live Insights dashboard. Click "Distribution" under the "My Activation Codes & Unused License(s)" section. Enter the number of users who will be assigned in the "User Counts" box. Select your recipients titles under "User/Receiver type" IF they all have the same title. Otherwise, leave this field blank. Enter the number of each recipient will be assigned IF you are assigning the same number to each. Otherwise, leave this field blank. On the next screen, you will be able to distribute to different users. You may distribute all at this time, or as needed. You will be able to assign any unused later. Enter the User Type, Name, Address, and number of License Copies for each recipient. ALL fields are now required. Each user will receive an notifying them of their license allocation. Please direct them

4 to complete SECTIONS I and II above to activate their and create their classrooms. PLEASE NOTE: Once you distribute a license, you cannot reassign that license. If you made a mistake, contact customer care at SECTION IV: ADDING STUDENTS TO YOUR CLASSROOM(S) Click "My Account & License Info" at the top right corner of your +Live Insights dashboard. SECTION V: DOWNLOADING THE +LIVE INSIGHTS APP ON YOUR IPAD(S) Go the Apple App Store, and search for "LIVE INSIGHTS." Install the free +Live Insights App onto each of the ipad(s) your students will be using. (Please note: You should only do this AFTER setting up your classroom in the +Live Insights dashboard). When you open the app on each ipad, tap the GET STARTED" button. You will be asked for an address. Enter the same address you used to register/activate. Your classroom data will be imported into the app and the names of your students will appear on the home screen. SECTION VI: USING THE APP IN CLASSROOM Each time your students use the app, make sure to "Join an existing +Live Insights Class" (see SECTION V). Have each student select their name from the list in the bottom right section of this screen. They will then enter the two-digit password you set for each student in SECTION IV. Start using Wet-Dry-Try Suite App for Capitals, Numbers & Lowercase! SECTION VII: PURCHASING ADDITIONAL LICENSES If you have already set up a +Live Insights classroom, click "My Account & License Info" at the top right corner of your +Live Insights dashboard. Click the "Add More Licenses" button at the bottom of this screen. You will be directed to the hwtears.com website, where you can purchase additional for $3.99 each.

5 SECTION VIII: ACTIVATING ADDITIONAL LICENSES When you receive your confirmation or activation pass with activation code, click "My Account & License Info" at the top right corner of your +Live Insights dashboard. If you are ADDING LICENSES to an EXISTING CLASSROOM, click "Merge to Classroom" under the "My Activation Codes & Unused License(s)" section. Select your classroom from the "Move License(s) to Classroom" dropdown list. Enter the number of to add to this classroom. Repeat the steps in SECTION IV to add students to your classroom. If you are CREATING a NEW CLASSROOM, proceed with SECTIONS III or IV.
