2 1 Welcome to Regions itreasury Welcome to Regions itreasury online banking. The itreasury suite of services provides an electronic window to your bank account through any PC with access to the Internet. itreasury gives you the tools you need to manage your accounts from one point of control. using a standard web browser, you will be able to access a streamlined menu of easy to use cash management products. Need Help? If you have questions after reviewing this guide, call Regions Commercial Client Services at from 7 AM to 6 PM Central Time. Minimum Operating Requirements > > Screen resolution of 1024 x 786 or larger. > The browser should have the latest version of Sun Microsystems Java enabled ( > High-speed Internet connection. > Getting Started Depending on your company s elected service options and individual user permissions, you may or may not see all screens and options to perform the tasks described in this guide. Access itreasury by entering the following URL into your web browser:
3 2 Alerts Introduction to the Service Alerts are messages sent by the system to inform or remind a user of important transactions or events. Messages and alerts can be customized by selecting and configuring each type of alert. The types of alerts received depend upon the services and accounts that the system is set up to access. Alerts are delivered to an address that you select. NOTE: All itreasury Alerts will be delivered from the address donotreply@regions.com. Please ensure this is not blocked or marked as spam. ALERT WORKFLOW There are several steps that must be taken to set up Alerts. Once completed, the alerts will notify you whenever the alert conditions are met. The Alerts system allows you to designate up to four addresses to which alerts will be sent. The Configure My Contact Points screen is used to manage these addresses. To open the screen, click Setup from the Service Menu, and then click Configure My Contact Points under User Preferences. To set up alerts, click Setup from the Service Menu, click Manage My Alerts under User Preferences and then click Add New Alert. Use the Add Alert screen to define the conditions that will trigger the Alerts. The conditions that you can set depend on the Alert Type you select. Use the Manage My Alerts screen to turn Alerts on or off, as well as permanently delete the Alerts. The Alert can be sent to the Internet address you designate. You cannot respond to these messages by replying to the .
4 3 ADD CONTACT POINTS The Configure My Contact Points screen allows you to enter addresses where alerts are sent. You can enter any valid address. 1. Select Setup from the Service Menu. 2. Click the hyperlink Configure My Contact Points. 3. Type the addresses into the blank lines. 4. Click Save. Example: Set up address for DELETE CONTACT POINTS The Configure My Contact Points screen allows you to delete addresses. All alerts for a deleted address will be terminated. 1. Click the box next to the address that you want to delete. 2. Click the delete option at the bottom of the list. 3. A message will appear, asking if you are sure you want to delete. Click OK. 4. A message will appear confirming that Contact Points Are Deleted.
5 4 TO ADD A NEW ALERT 1. Click Setup on the Service menu. 2. On the Setup screen, scroll down under User Preferences to Manage My Alerts. Click Manage My Alerts. 4. Click Add a New Alert. The Add a New Alert screen appears. To edit an alert, click the Alert Name hyperlink. Click the Alert Type drop down list and select the type of alert you want to add. 5. Enter a name in the Alert Name field. The name you enter becomes the Subject of the message when the alert is triggered. 6. Complete the fields for the alert. The fields that appear on the Alert screen are specific to each Alert type. 7. An Internet Address table appears with the addresses that you entered in the Configure My Contact Points screen. If you did not enter four addresses, you can add addresses in these fields. If you edit any of the addresses, the change applies to all alerts as well as your Contact Points screen. 8. Select the check boxes next to the addresses that you want to use and click either Save or Save & Add Another. 9. If you are required to enter a confirmation code before an address can be used, the confirmation code will be sent to the address. You must retrieve the code and enter it on the Configure My Contacts setting screen before the Alert can be sent to the address. 10. After you enter the confirmation code, Alerts will be sent to the address.
6 5 ALERT TYPE From the drop down list, select a type of alert. The types of alerts that appear depend on the services and functions to which you have permissions. Your organization may not have access to all of the listed Alert Types. Alert Name Description Frequency Balance Threshold Delivers alert when certain balance conditions are met. Available conditions are: Open of Business Equal to Above Below ACH Batch Rel Req d Intraday Delivers an alert when there are Intraday every 10 minutes ACH batches in an Entered status that require an Approval ACH Batch Rel Req d - Summary Delivers an alert of ACH batches in an Entered status and requires Close of business 1 hour prior to the final ACH distribution deadline approval Check Cleared Delivers an alert when a specific Open of Business check clears Transaction Cleared Delivers an alert when transactions of a define amount post. Available conditions are: Transaction Type Open of Business Debit Credit Both Transaction Amount Equal to Above Below Outgoing Wire Intraday Delivers an alert which indicates a Wire Transfer needs approval. Additionally, this alert will notify if Intraday every 10 minutes Outgoing Wire - Summary Exceptions Exist a Wire Transfer rejects. Delivers an end-of-day summary of all Wire Transfers that require approval and all rejected Wire Transfers Delivers an Alert when Positive Pay Exceptions exist. Close of business 1 hour prior to the final ACH distribution deadline Open of Business (upon completion of Positive Pay processing)
7 6 GLOSSARY OF TERMS Account -- If this field appears, select the Account to which you want the alert to apply. Alert Name -- Enter a name for the Alert. Threshold -- If this option appears, select one of the options from the list. Amount -- If this option appears, enter an Amount. Internet -- If this option appears, select the check box to receive Alerts via Internet . Your system may not be set up to receive Internet alerts. If you select Internet , an Internet Address table appears with the addresses that you entered in the Configure My Contact Points screen. If you did not enter four addresses, you can add addresses in these fields. Internet Addresses -- These are the addresses to which the message is sent. Up to four addresses may be selected. If you edit any of the addresses, the change applies to all alerts as well as to the Contact Points screen. If a new address is added, the address appears on the Configure My Contact Points screen. The new address also becomes available for selection on all other alert setup screens. If you are required to enter a confirmation code before an address can be used, the address will include the text (Pending Confirmation). Check # -- If this option appears, enter a check number. Number of Days -- If this option appears, enter the number of days for which the Alert should remain active. After this period expires, the alert will automatically become inactive. Account Type -- If this option appears, select the account type of Any Debit, Any Credit or Both for both debit and credit accounts. Sample Alert
