3 Save should be disabled according to user access right after Save As is used. SPRINT Fixed a problem that printer printing wrong failed tests. SPRINT Fixed a crash when entering a larger component test point number without clicking of the radio button first and click on the net box right away. Fixed a frame scan generation problem during APG. This might happen if there is a net number 0 present in the ESN file. SPRINT When a normal flying probe is replaced by stationary probe, no need to move the normal flying probe s z to down. This should prolong the life span of the probe tip. SPRINT Autotest log should only log failed test once even if re-test is checked. SPRINT Don't print pass for a panel if print pass ticket is not checked. This happened when there is a failure in one of the panel. Add log file during APG's ESN modification (esnmod) process Add a removed board message before rail width is adjusted. This requires a registry key rail_msg set to 1. SPRINT Fixed a problem that for some component, if clicked "Vision" button, it links to a wrong vision test. In Auto test mode, there is a chance that it gives an error about some test points are too close to the rail. This is fixed now. SPRINT Fixed a problem that the dialog showing net goes behind the main GUI. This causes users to think the software freeze, and if teaching test point dialog open, and net is clicked, it will crash. Add more error handling in calibration to prevent any possible division by

5 zero error. Fixed an optimization problem that it might cause head collision. Fixed a crash in LabelPreProc.exe in case of large number of ref. des. for a project. SPRINT Fixed a problem that user variables setup was removed in setup menu, it should be re-enabled now. Fixed a problem that user variables setup dialog not able to delete a user variable. (Please note that versions starting from use a new FPNT.SYS file. If user wants to re-install any prior version, need to manually swap the fpnt.sys with fpnt_v01.sys file that is created in SPRINT4510\SYSTEM folder)." SPRINT Increase timeout for coverage report generation. This is required in case of large board. Fixed a problem that read the wrong data from FPNT.SYS file. Fixed a bug in optimization that it no longer needs administrator right to do full optimization. There is a chance that some user set values will be lost. Now, this is fixed. SPRINT Fixed a problem that if support/stationary probe editor is opened and closed during autotest mode, the start, cancel buttons in menu tool bar will

Fixed a bug that when cancel is pressed in component form, and another test step is clicked in tree view, it overwrote the content of the newly opened step with the canceled step. It now takes the right fiducial from the chosen side of ESN file during APG. Changed the script FPSEQUENCE.TXT file. It should re-copy from the original ESN file before using ESNMOD.EXE. This will avoid recreating short test again. SPRINT Clamp is closed whenever the first fiducial is manually found. Fixed a problem that when a resistance test is returned fail while the value is actually within tolerance. SPRINT Fixed a problem that during auto test, if a modal dialog box is open, operator cannot press the start button on the machine to start auto test. This works the same way as the "start" button on the application GUI. Fixed a problem that is related to optimization. In some occasion, a exception error will pop up. This shouldn't happen. SPRINT Fixed a head collision problem when there is a large board offset. SPRINT Fixed a problem in global editor plus for delta scan. It didn't get the number multi-group of delta scan, so only search for the first group. Added a threshold percentage level for deltascan validation result to set the threshold value. SPRINT Fixed a problem when no contact point is defined and contact test is checked in auto-test, it sets some measurement relay and causes all analog tests failure SPRINT Fixed the non-stop printing problem when re-test option is chosen with large number of test failure.

7 SPRINT Increase of board offset limit to 600mm SPRINT Fixed coverage report that some component is tested in secondary side while it is reported untested. SPRINT Fixed coverage report that when a numeric ref. des. is used, they are not covered in coverage report. Fixed a problem when a vision test has empty description field, it is not covered in coverage report. SPRINT Global editor plus now accept only the measure unit as a search condition. Allowed the board thickness up to 20mm, originally it is 6mm SPRINT Fixed a bug related to z-stroke value set using probe z stroke anul edit function form. This should apply to analog validation and debug group testing. Change CIM interface, it now supports Unit_Move_In, Unit_Move_in_Response, Unit_Test_Results and Unit_Move_out for each panel of a board. SPRINT Fixed a stationary probe to flying probe and stationary probe to stationary probe's parasitic RCL value problem. Some of the value isn't compensated during testing. It is now fixed. Fixed a problem that when a stationary probe is selected in an analog test and teaching is used to view the test point, when returned, it will give an error message and set the test to error state. Now, this is fixed

8 SPRINT Increase the range of probe z stroke manual edit function from -35mm to 5mm. Also added a list box that allows users to test the newly set z-stroke value in the Mechanical condition's I/O check. SPRINT Fixed coverage report, when a non-alphabet is used for ref. des. some of the devices are not counted. Fixed coverage report, when some pin of a device is tested, they should be counted as tested. Added a probe z stroke manual edit function, in the Probe Data Editor, the "Z Negative Stroke" allows user to assign another z stroke distance, this was not implemented before, now it is implemented. SPRINT Fixed a barcode reader crash error, if someone is using barcode reader and the serial number is using letter, the software might crashed. This is fixed now. - Fixed a power-on section testv test step wait time error, the program seems to wait more than the wait time that is set. - Added a new Global editor. It includes Analog Global Editor, DeltaScan Global Editor, FrameScan Global Editor and Vision Test Global Editor. The Help menu is also modified to reflect the change. - Fixed a coverage report error. When a primary and secondary side is covered, and the NET number is not consistent for the same test point, the software will only take the first NET number created from primary side as the only NET number. In some case, this NET is 0, while a new NET number is assigned in the secondary side. Now, it fixed that so the NET number is first consider, if it is 0, and it has a valid NET number from the secondary side, it takes the valid NET number, and do the coverage report calculation. - The Coverage report Template is changed. Now, it added a new sheet, which is called Untested Pin sheet. It displays all the devices with untested pin in a separate sheet. This gives users an overview of all the untested pins.

9 - Fixed the problem that when a disable reason changed on a test and step up or down button was pressed, the change didn't save. - When legitimate short test filter is being used and one short test is disabled, a disabled reason "Disabled by Operator" is set as default. - Allows serial number to be alphabetic characters as well in AutoTest setup - Add some protection that might fix the Fpnt.sys being corrupted. Now, before this file is save, the program will check the MaxBoardX and MaxBoardY since these two values should be zero. If they are, the software will give user a warning and will not save the Fpnt.sys file. - Also change the help file and the CoverageReport user manual. It explains that the template-generated Excel file works parallel with the original Excel file. If you save the template generated excel file into another computer, please make sure the original excel file is also copied and set the database name in the template generated one to the correct location. It also includes some information about the new Untested Pin sheet of the template. - Fixed OCadCnv.exe, this is a tool used in APG to generate ANG file. Before when there is a crystal, it generates resistance test. This is not correct. Now, it doesn't generate any analog component test for crystal. - Fixed Component Template Manager (PartsEdit.exe). Now for PhotoCoupler, the measure range is "100uA, 1mA and 10mA" instead of Ignore. - Fixed a crash problem when reverse logic is used in an Analog test editor. When reverse logic is used, the H-Limit and L-Limit might have a larger value than it's expected. Since Integer is used in some function, it caused the crash. Now, a Long data type is used. - Set a limit for fudicial x-, y- coordination. Now, the limit is the max value board x, y value. - Fixed a bug from Component Template Manager, it is that when the unit is chosen as '-', the value is automatically set to empty. However, the software didn't consider that was a change, so it didn't save the new empty value, which is not right. Now it is fixed. - Under Setup on main menu, the selection "User Variables" exists. It should not be there. It is set to not displayable now.

10 - Fixed a problem related to double click on result windows to bring up a test step. If a user accidentally double click on another test step, the previous test step GUI is still being displayed but the software would consider the GUI represents the new test step. Thus, if the user saves the content by pressing "OK" button, it saved it into the second clicked test step instead. - Fixed a problem that when users press "All saved" button on the tool bar, users cannot double click on result window to open a test step again. - Added a new feature that would find net name for component test point or pattern test point. - Fixed a problem that if the test point net number is large, when opening a test step with that net number in its test points set, Sprint4510 will crash.
