NSE/CD/36482 dated December 12, 2017, please note that Exchange shall be conducting a mock trading session on Saturday, December 30, 2017 from Primary and BCP site. The mock will be followed by a Re-Login session from Primary site in order to avoid log-in problems on Monday, January 01, The revised schedule of the mock trading is as follows: Mock trading from Primary Site: Normal Market open time Normal Market close time Mock trading from BCP Site: Normal Market open time Normal Market close time Position Limit/Collateral value Set up cut off time Trade modification end time Re-Log in Session from Primary Site: Live Re-login start time Live Re-login close time 09:00 hrs. 12:45 hrs. 13:25 hrs 15:30 hrs. 15:40 hrs. 15:40 hrs. 17:30 hrs. 18:00 hrs. The Exchange shall be releasing new versions of NEAT The new versions shall be available from Friday, December 29, 2017 at 17:00 hours onwards on NSE EXTRANET path cdsftp/cdscommon/neatcds320. Members shall be able to login to live trading system from January 01, 2018 onwards with the following software s only NEAT & NEAT Login with the older version of NEAT shall be discontinued w.e.f. 2 Members are required to perform the following: For connecting to Primary/DR site, no changes in TAP settings are required. Settings of live session as of Friday, December 29, 2017 in TAP should be retained to connect to all the above session of Primary/DR site. All the outstanding orders shall be purged before the start of trading from BCP site. Members using NNF software should clear the outstanding orders of session 1 in their systems before trading from BCP site. Members should note that for Multicast TBT feed, sequence number will start from 1 once trading starts from BCP site. 3 Annexure 1 Operational instructions for BCP mock trading session: The Connect2NSE and Extranet facility on VSAT/Lease-line will not be available from 10 pm on Friday, December 29, 2017 to 6:30 PM on. However, Extranet facility on internet will be available. Members are requested to note that the Exchange Contingency Tests shall be carried out between 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Members are requested to actively participate and plan their activities accordingly Trades resulting from this session shall not attract any obligation in terms of funds pay-in and/or pay-out. Kindly do not transfer any data files for this session. Kindly participate actively in the BCP mock trading session from all trading software and re-login into live environment to check the connectivity and to avoid login problems on Monday, January 01, Kindly refer to the website of NSE at for any information which may be updated by the Exchange on the BCP mock trading session. 4 Annexure 4 Installation procedure for NEAT-CDS Version Precautions: Install the new version only after the end of live trading hours and after all end of day activities have been completed on Friday, December 29, Take back up of all report files before upgrading the software. Save the client master details in a file using the save option given on client master dialog (Do not keep the file in NEAT-CDS folders). Save the debarred client details in a file using the save option given on debarred client dialog (Do not keep the file in NEAT-CDS folders) Take backup of Market watch using the export functionality (Do not keep the export file in NEAT-CDS folder) Installation: Installation files shall be available after 5 PM on Friday, December 29, Installation files can be downloaded from NSE EXTRANET path /cdsftp/cdscommon/neatcds320. Download the setup file NEATCDTWSSetup.exe to your hard disc in the root directory (i.e. C:\ or D:\ or E:\). Go to the drive where NEATCDTWSSetup.exe is copied. Double click on the NEATCDTWSSetup.exe. The files will be extracted with the window pop up NEAT-CDS Installer 3.2.0: Extracting Files. It will be followed by NEAT-CDS Version Installer pop up window. Installation drive (where application will be installed) will be C: by default. The user can change the default installation drive to any other local drives (e.g. D: or E:) Click on Install button on this pop up window and follow the installation instructions. Message of successful installation will be displayed once the complete application is installed. The user can run NEATCDS TWS application by double clicking on either of the following: a. NEAT-CDS TWS shortcut icon created on the desktop. b. NEAT-CDS TWS entry in the Programs sub-menu of the Start menu. c. NEAT-CDS.exe located in the NeatCDDB-TWS directory in the installation drive. Updating the new version with latest data: Download following files from NSE EXTRANET path /cdsftp/cdscommon/ onto the logon drive: 1) cd_contract.gz 2) cd_participant.gz 3) cd_spd_contract.gz Unzip the above files From the log on screen click on the UPLOAD button to update contracts and participants details. 5 Annexure 5 Precautions and procedure for reverting to earlier version NEAT-CDS These instructions are required to be followed to ensure that members are able to revert to old version of NEAT-CDS Steps to be followed for reverting to old version of NEAT-CDS: Use the backup version NEAT-CDS or download the set up file for old version NEATCDTWSSetup.exe from NSE EXTRANET path cdsftp/cdscommon/neatcds319 to your hard disk in the root directory (i.e. C:\ or D:\ or E:\). Go to the drive where NEATCDTWSSetup.exe is copied. Double click on the NEATCDTWSSetup.exe. The files will be extracted with the window pop up NEAT-CDS Installer 3.1.9: Extracting Files.
