1 How to Install SprayView 1. Installation from CD: If you have a CD with the SprayView software, you can install SprayView from the CD. To do this, 1) Put the SprayView CD into the CD drive. 2) Wait for a few seconds, the CD will run automatically and show a short video clip. Then you will see the following screen: Software on CD 3) The SprayView CD contains the AgSprayView and NavviewW software. Double click AgSprayView. AG-NAV Inc. 1 Install SprayView

2 4) You will see the following screen: 5) Double click SETUP.EXE to start installing AgSprayView. 6) Follow instructions to complete the installation. 7) Drag AgSprayView icon to desktop for your convenience. 8) Follow instructions in section 4 to register the software. 2. Installation from Files: If the SprayView CD does not run automatically after you put it in the computer for a few seconds, do the following: 1) Select or run My Computer. This may be on your Desttop or you have to select Start My Computer. 2) On My Computer window, select the CD drive, for example AgSprayView D:. AG-NAV Inc. 2 Install SprayView

3 3) Right click on the CD drive. You will see a window with a popup menu similar to this: 4) Select Explore from the popup menu. This will show the contents of the CD. 5) Select the folders Software, AgSprayView. The files in the AgSprayView folder are shown. AG-NAV Inc. 3 Install SprayView

4 6) Run SETUP.EXE. 7) Follow instructions to complete installation. 8) Drag AgSprayView icon to desktop for your convenience. 9) Follow instructions in section 4 to register the software. 10) The SprayView manual is in the Documentation folder. 3. Installation from Files: If you receive the installation file by , for example AgSprayView12.zip, you should save it to your hard drive. To install SprayView, do the following: 1) Unzip the file to get the installation. The AgSprayView software installation includes two files: SETUP.EXE and SPRVIEW.SHR. You should make directory or folder called AGNAV. It is strongly recommended that you make the folder C:\AGNAV and save in this folder all files created by or created for your AGNAV or Guia system. You can save the SprayView installation to this folder as well. AG-NAV Inc. 4 Install SprayView

5 2) Run SETUP.EXE 3) Follow instructions to complete installation. 4) Drag AgSprayView icon to desktop for your convenience. 5) Follow instructions in section 4 to register the software. 4. Register SprayView: 1) Run SprayView by clicking the AgSprayView icon. Or you can run it from the folder you install SprayView, for example C:\AGNAV\SPRAYVIEW.EXE. 2) When you get the following window, Write the Registration Number on a piece of paper exactly as you see on the screen, for example CEE9-62FE-AS. DO NOT EXIT SPRAYVIEW UNTIL YOU FINISH REGISTRATION. 3) Call AG-NAV at or ) Tell AG-NAV that you want to register the SprayView software and give AGNAV staff your name or company name and the Registration Number. 6 5) When you get the Unlock Code (License Key) and UserName from AG-NAV, click the Register tab at the top of screen. CEE9-62FE-AS 6) Enter the License Key on the UnLock Code exactly as given to you. All letters must be in CAPITAL. For example ABC B4C-ABCD-678A. 7) Enter the User Name exactly as given to you. 8) Click the OK button. Installation is now complete. If everything is OK, SprayView will run normally in your computer. Contact AG-NAV staff if you have a problem at any step. Note that if you receive a trial SprayView, you can run the software for 15 times or until the expiry date is met. 7 5. SprayView Documentation: The SprayView manual can be found on the AgSprayView CD. To read the manual, put the CD into your computer. After the initial video clip, select Documentation, then SprayView Manual and then AgSprayViewGuide.pdf. This is an Adobe pdf file. Your computer must have Adobe Reader software to open it. If you don t have Adobe Reader, you can download a free software from the internet. You can go to this site to download: The AgSprayView manual shows you all steps to do from copying AGNAV area and flight data files to your PC to printing out a report with a map downloaded from Google Map. SprayView is NavviewW with advanced features like downloading a map from internet for your spray areas, generating a report with map, converting flight data in Shapefile format to AGNAV format.
