18 4.2.1 Login Page Management 1. Click "Choose File" to select index.htm file 2. Click "Upload" to submit Web Page - *Attention 1. Only support file which is named end with index.htm. 2. For update, please upload the modified index.htm again. 3. For files such as image or flash, please use external links within the index.htm. Content of index.htm will be displayed on the login page 18

19 4.2.2 Subsite Logo Management 1. Click "Choose File" to select file 2. Click "Upload" to submit Subsite Logo. Gridow gif, png or jpg format supported. Suggested picture size is 250x60 File size should be 4MB or below Logo will be displayed at the top of the page 19

20 4.2.3 Program Image Management 2. Click Upload to upgrade the program image Program Logo. Gridow png format supported. Suggested picture size is 250x60 File size should be 4MB or below Program background gradient grey background Jpg format supported. Suggested image size is 1024x768. Logo will be displayed at the top left corner Background display 20

24 4.5 Site Usages Click details for detailed record of active user account, duration of conference attendance, ration of used storage, current online status, and concurrent user history Duration of conferences attended( hh:mm:ss ) - File name: AttendedDetails_ yyyy-mm-dd _ yyyy-mm-dd.txt Concurrent user history previous 24 hrs of current time After set program type/period and click apply button, statistics chart will be displayed. (One point is representing maximum concurrent user on an interval.) 24
