To reach such high requirement, DIE ERSTE research and engineered detailed information, such as specification, thickness, material and the manufacturing method. All of DIE ERSTE products are in accordance with international standards, and our stainless steel butt-welding pipe fittings are no exceptions. Depending on the customer location, DIE ERSTE s pipe fittings are conformed to American standards, ASTM and ANSI, Japanese standard, the JIS series, and European standard, DIN and EN standards. For non-standard customized pipe fittings, please consult DIE ERSTE Department of Engineering for further assistance. One other factor when selecting pipe fittings is the thickness. DIE ERSTE offers standard SH 5S, 10S, 40S, and 80S as our general product size with different grades of stainless steel. Other sizes and schedules are also available upon request. Different types of stainless steel for various application uses make DIE ERSTE s pipe fittings more competitive. urrently, the pipe fittings are made from SS 304/304L, SS 316/316L, SS 310/310S, and SS 317/317L. All the materials can be accompanied with material certificates that are verified by our engineer. Lastly, DIE ERSTE provides two types of manufacturing process for customers: seamless and seamed method. In general, seamless method is for smaller size products, ranging from 1/2 to 12, and is manufactured with extrusion and elongation of the stainless steel billet. On the other hand, larger size products, such as 14 and above, are made from cold rolled sheet with welding process to manufacture the seamed pipe fittings.
