2 Moulded ase ircuit reaker Moulded ase Switches 240Vac, 600Vac, 250Vdc Max mps mpere rame STNR moulded case switches provide no overcurrent protection or short circuit protection. They must not be used on systems that have an available fault current greater than the values listed in the table below. UTOMTI moulded case switches open instantaneously at a factory preset magnetic trip point, calibrated to protect only the moulded case switch itself, when it is subjected to high fault currents. The trip point is non-adjustable and provides no overload or low level fault protection. Moulded case switches open when the handle is switched to the O position or in response to an auxilliary tripping device such as a shunt trip. ircuit breaker accessories such as SHUNT TRIP, UXILLIRY SWITHS, UNRVOLT TRIP and LRM SWITH may be provided in either standard or automatic switches, with the exception of QO and Q-L switches.
