3 Glossary LEAM Originally represented our land use change (LUC) model. It has grown to a catch all for several different models. Plone an open-source content management solution (CMS). LEAM GeoPortal A Plone site customized to support GIS data through Google Maps. Primary focus is the creation of decision support tool. LEAM Desktop A further customization of Plone, allows users to run LEAM models through the web and automatically captures and organizes model results.
