1 1. Introduction: NPCIL had constructed 2 X 1000MWe at Kudankulam, Radapuram taluk, Tirunelveli DT, Tamil Nadu and both the units are under operation. Presently NPCIL is expanding the site by constructing 2 x 1000MWe additional nuclear reactors at same location. NPCIL is looking for establishing container offices at the work areas, this section gives the technical specification for the container office and the container conference hall that are to be setup at work places at KKNPP 3 & Item No -1 Specification and Requirements : Supply of 20ft X 8ft X 8.5ft container conference hall a)conference table of 8 Seater capacity as per layout, b)mounted with 1.5T of split air condition, c)lighting with tube lights with tin light concealed fitting. d) 10 nos of rolling executive chairs. For detailed requirements refer technical specification Note: Quoted rate shall include the rate for transportation cost to KKNPP site Container Specification: 1. Container shall be of size 20ft X 8ft X 8.5ft. 2. Container inside portion shall be insulated with high density thermocol of thickness 75mm minimum ( final thickness shall be decided at the start of work), and covered with 6mm thickness MDF sheets with at least 0.6mm thick post formed laminate and another side backing laminate. 3. Flooring with vinyl mat. 4. Two windows of size 3ft x 2ft with aluminum grill and sliding doors. 5. Aluminum door 3ft x 6.6ft with frame. Top half of the door shall be provided with glass. 6. Lighting shall be provided in the sealing with two sets of twin tube light, using tin light concealed fitting. 7. Incoming power supply mains shall be 40A ELCB. 8. All the wiring shall be concealed inside the covering. 9. A switch board shall be provided with switch board power plugs contains 6 nos of 1 x 6A Switch & Socket Modular switches. 10. Container shall be provided with 1.5T of split, inverter type air conditioner with stabilizer. Copper tubes of AC unit shall be insulated with nitrile rubber, outer side pipe shall be covered with proper protection over the insulation.

2 2.2. Conference table specification: i. Supply, assembly and installation in-situ of 08 seater Modular Conference Table as per technical specification. ii. Modular conference table custom made:- The modular conference table should be custom made to meet the requirement of Conference room. Drawing to be submitted for approval before manufacturing of the Conference Table. iii. Layout and dimensions of the table are as per attached Sketch-Item No 1-1/3 to 1-3/3. iv. Colour: Colour of Conference table will be informed prior to start of work. v. Work Surface: - The Work surface or the table top should have a thickness of at least 36.0mm (+/- 0.01mm thick). This should consist of at least 18mm + 18mm Baton of 150mm width top panel Medium Density Fiber Board clad with at least 0.6mm thick post formed laminate and another side backing laminate. The Flat edges should be duly sealed with at least 2 mm thick PVC beading. For the corner half round table 2mm edge banded to be provided The Edge profile should be Waterfall Edge with at least 10mm radius on top edge and at least 5mm at bottom. vi. Understructure: - The legs should be made from at least 25mm Plain Particle Board having a straight profile with half round edges and clad with at least 0.6mm thick Post Forming Laminate both side in same decor. The overall thickness of leg should be 26.2mm.(+/- 0.01mm) The Front apron panels should provide enough leg room and should be made from at least 18mm thick PLPB (Pre-laminated particle board Provision for passing of Wires Cable managers and covers to route and manage multiple cables below the work surface and to manage cable from work surface to the next) The Wire Carrier should be made from at least 0.6mm thick CRCA (COLD ROLLED CLOSE ANNEALED), which should be painted with approved colour. Top of the table one nos of flip top box (epco or hettich brand) pop up box to be provided. While assembling cut out has to be taken as per the instructions of engineer in-charge. vii. Material to be used: -

3 Substrate: - The substrate should be made up of MDF of grade II as per IS 12406:2003. The Pre-Laminated Boards used should be of grade I Type II as per IS 12823: Executive Chair Specification: Refer Clause 3.4

Item No -2: Specification and Requirements : Supply of 20ft X 8ft X 8.5ft container office with a)l-shape work station layout for 7-seats with partition boards, b)power point with switch control and data points ( Attached along with specification) c)10 nos of rolling executive chairs. d)over head file rack as per layout. e)split air condition of 1.5T capacity. f)lighting with Tube lights with tin light concealed fitting. g) 2 nos of DesktopPC,Ci5 6400,4GB Ram,1TB,Dvd,19.5", WIN10 For detailed requirements refer Technical specification. Refer Sketch-Item No 2/1 for layout drawing for general idea.

8 3.2. Seating Desk : Seating shall be made of L-Layout, as per the drawing attached. Dimensions are indicative. This may change as per the actual Minimum thickness of the Desk table top, partition board and supporting legs shall be of minimum 1-inch of MDF sheets with at least 0.6mm thick post formed laminate and another side backing laminate Each partition shall be provided with a step as shown in the drawing for placing CPU of computer Each desk shall be provided with power supply connection, data connection. 9 3.4. Executive Chair Specification: Seat/Back Assembly: The seat and back should be made up of at least 1.2cm.thick hot-pressed plywood, upholstered with fabric and moulded Polyurethane foam, together with moulded seat and back cover. The back foam should be designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. Dimensions: Description Overall Height of The Chair Back- Size Seat Size 120 cm-122 cm Dimensions 48.0cm. (W) X 73.0cm. (H) 52.0cm. (W) X 49.0cm. (D) Dimensions are indicative, actual may be proposed by customer before procurement. Colour: Colur of the Executive chair will be informed prior to start of work. Polyurethane Foam: The Polyurethane foam should be moulded with density of 45 kg/m 3 (±2) and Hardness of 20 (±2) on Hampden machine at 25% compression. Seat/Back Covers: The seat cover should be moulded in black co-polymer polypropylene and back cover is to be of vacuumed formed from ABS sheets. Armrests: The armrest tops should be injection moulded from black Polypropylene Center Pivot Mechanism : The center pivot mechanism is to be designed with the following features: 360 revolving type 17 maximum tilt on pivot at centre Upright position locking. Tilt tension adjustment. Pneumatic Height Adjustment: The pneumatic height adjustment to have an adjustment stroke of about 9.0cm. Telescopic Bellow Assembly: The bellow should be of 3 piece telescopic

10 type and injection moulded in black Polypropylene. Pedestal Assembly: The pedestal is to be fabricated from at least 0.2cm thick CR steel and should be powder coated and fitted with an injection moulded black Polypropylene hub cap and 5 nos. twin wheel castors.(castor wheel dia. 5.0cm.) The pedestal is 60.0cm pitch-centre dia, (70.0cm with castors). ±3% variation in size is accepted, however the stability of the chair shouldn't be compromised. Twin Wheel Castors: The twin wheel castors are to be injection moulded in Black Nylon. Sample Sketch of the Executive Chair is given below:- Variations in Dimension within ±3% are acceptable. However it shouldn't affect the stability of the Chairs.

Item No -3 Specification and Requirements : Supply of 20ft X 8ft X 8.5ft container office with a) work station for 4 seats with partition boards, b) Incharge office with aluminium frame work, glass partition and glass door. c)power point with switch control and data points ( Attached along with specification) d)10 nos of rolling executive chairs. e)over head file rack as per layout. f)split air condition of 1.5T capacity. g)lighting with Tube lights with tin light concealed fitting. h) 2 nos of Desktop computer 6thGen Corei7,8GB,2TB,2GBGraphics,Windows For detailed requirements refer Technical specification. Note: Quoted rate shall include the rate for transportation cost to KKNPP site Container Description : Refer Clause Seating Desk : Seating shall be made as per the drawing attached for accommodating 4 people. Dimensions are indicative. This may change as per the actual. Actual dimensions and the colors shall be submitted before the start of work Minimum thickness of the Desk table top, partition board and supporting legs shall be of minimum 1-inch of MDF sheets with at least 0.6mm thick post formed laminate and another side backing laminate Each partition shall be provided with a step as shown in the drawing for placing CPU of computer Each desk shall be provided with power supply connection, data connection. And a provision (hole) shall be provided on the top of the desk for computer cable entry In addition to the work station, partition shall be made with aluminum framework. Partition shall be provided with a door of aluminum frame work with top half provided with glass Other than door area, balance partition wall shall be covered with MDF sheet. Thickness of the sheet shall be 6mm.

13 Top portion of the partition shall be kept open for air conditioning Refer sketch : Item No -3/1 for layout and general idea 4.3. Detailed bill of material list and the specification shall be submitted before proceeding for procurement, start of work Quoted rate shall include transportation charges to KKNPP site External surface shall be grit blasted and painted with zinc chromate primer and compatible final coat of enamel paint. (Shade and thickness of the coat will be informed during work).
