2 联系人黄生 : QQ: General Description The KN02GxxA series are low-cost 32-bit microcontroller with embedded ARM Cortex -M0 core for industrial control and applications which need high performance, high-integration low cost requirements. The KN02GxxA series can run up to 25MHz. The KN02GxxA series provides 4K~28Kbytes embedded program flash, flexibility data flash (Shared with program flash) and fixed 3Kbytes boot code address for the ISP and 2Kbytes embedded SRAM. Many system level peripheral functions, such as GPIO ports, Timer, UART, SSP, IIC, PWM, Watchdog Timer, 12-bits SAR ADC and low voltage detector, have been incorporated into the KN02GxxA series. The useful functions make the KN02GxxA series powerful for a wide range of applications. Additionally, the KN02GxxA series is equipped with ISP (In-System Programming) and ICP (In-Circuit Programming) functions, which allow the user to update the embedded program and data flash without removing the chip from the actual end product. 2 of 10 Release Date: 18 December 2013 Rev: 1.0
