5 Medium Length Answer(10 points each): 13. Assume that Intel currently manufactures a 64-bit 3 GHz dual-core microprocessor (code-name X11) on a 45 nanometer fabrication process in Rio Rancho. Assume further that a new 25 nanometer process has just been deployed in the same building. Assume that Intel plans to move production of X11 to the new process without making any changes to the structure of the chip (i.e., same number of transistors and wires in the same physical arrangement). List at least 3 operating, performance, or other characteristics of X11 that should improve as a result of moving its production to the 25 nanometer process?
