1 SUBJECT: AUDIENCE: PURPOSE: WCHN APPLICATION PORTAL REMOTE ACCESS All Community Physicians who access WCHN s applications remotely. WCHN is standardizing remote access to its applications. You willl have a single point of entry for accessing applications like Soarian Clinicals, Touchworks, and CoActiv. This new change will make it easier to remember and support documents will be available if needed. PREREQ: NOTES: HTML5 Compatible Browser (Refer to Compatibility Matrix Shown Below) with Tabbed Browsing Enabled WCHN Application Portal will be linked to RSA AA (Tokenless) The new WCHN Remote Access Portal is a remote connection which runs all applications on virtual systems here at WCHN; no longer will there be a need to setup applications locally on your Office/Home Computers. Physicians will be able to access the application portal from anywhere using their WCHN network logon and password; office staff is limited to access only when on-site in the practice. 2 PROCEDURE: To access the new WCHN Network Portal: Browse to You will be directed to the WCHN Internet page Scroll to the bottom of the page Select Physician Page 2 of 7

3 Login with your WCHN Network Account A.K.A. your current 1 st Login ID (If you have any questions please contact IT Customer ) Page 3 of 7

4 If Connecting for first time: You will be prompted to enter Security Questions and Challenge Answers. Then select an option Under the Heading Would You Like Us to Remember This Computer Please remember to select Yes if you are going to use this Computer for future connections, select No if you are only using the device one time or it is a public machine used by multiple people. Then select Continue You will be automatically redirected into the WCHN Application Portal Page 4 of 7

5 Within WCHN Application Portal After you have connected you will be presented the portal screen. Select the application you would like to launch i.e. Soarian, OMR and CoActiv You will be required to log directly into the application. o (if you have any Password Questions please contact IT Customer Service ) Page 5 of 7
