It s been designed to speed up the application process and make it easier to keep on top of your caseload. 4 Getting started Before you start using the portal you need to create an account. First, click the borrow tab at the top of the page. Select APPLY NOW. Then click register and complete the form. Click to acess the broker portal Fill in your account details and click LOG IN Or click REGISTER if you are a new user LENDINVEST STARTER GUIDE 4 of 12

5 Navigating the Dashboard Once you ve registered your details you will be taken to the portal dashboard. Think of it as the nerve centre for all your online applications. 6 Applications Make a quick loan enquiry Now you re signed up to the LendInvest Portal, you can make a quick enquiry in a matter of minutes. Start by selecting the NEW QUICK LOAN ENQUIRY button to the left of your dashboard. From here you ll be taken to the Quick Loan Enquiry form, which is divided into three sections: Borrower, Property and Loan. Choose borrower type Fill in your client details Click to proceed to the next step LENDINVEST STARTER GUIDE 6 of 12

7 When you ve finished filling in the final details, click the SUBMIT APPLICATION button. A Letter of Offer will instantly load on your screen. Once your Letter of Offer has been generated you can: Click to receive the Letter of Offer by Or, request to be contacted by one our Business Development Managers. Click to receive Letter Of Offer via Choose this option if you want to be contacted by a BDM Check if all the details are correct. 8 Convert a quick loan enquiry into a full loan application Save time making a Full Loan Application by converting your existing Quick LAoan Enquiry. The data you have previously entered will be carried across. All you have to do is click the CONVERT button next to the relevant loan enquiry in your dashboard. 9 Make a Full Loan Application You can convert a Quick Loan Enquiry into a Full Loan Application or go straight in. To make a Full Loan Application from your dashboard, select the NEW FULL LOAN APPLICATION to the left of your dashboard. Click here to start the application LENDINVEST STARTER GUIDE 9 of 12

10 Once you have filled in the final details, click the SUBMIT APPLICATION button. Your Letter of Offer will immediately load on screen. Fill in the loan details for each sector Click to proceed to the next step LENDINVEST STARTER GUIDE 10 of 12

11 Saving a part complete application If you need to pause for any reason during the process, select the SAVE AND EXIT button at the bottom of the form. All your data will remain when you revisit the application. Click to save your application Edit your enquiry or application You can change the details of an enquiry or application prior to final submission of a Full Loan Application. Simply login to the portal and click EDIT in the action column. Click EDIT to change or resume a saved enquiry LENDINVEST STARTER GUIDE 11 of 12

12 Manage your caseload View your enquiry or application You can view a summary of your enquiries at any stage in the process by clicking VIEW in the Action column. View your fee history The portal allows you to keep track of all your cases at every stage. Once they ve completed they will remain on the site so you can view your full commission history. Simply click the VIEW button to see your fee history. Download an Offline Application Form It s convenient for your client to fill out our offline form first, you can download a copy. Just click the DOWNLOAD OFFLINE APPLICATION FORM button, to the right of your dashboard. Click to download a copy of your application LENDINVEST STARTER GUIDE 12 of 12

Click the PORTAL FAQs button, then select BORROWERS and finally LENDINVEST PORTAL from the drop down.
