1 PNB UNIV ON CBS PNB UNIV access link on Non-CBS Applications Home Page PNB UNIV access link for CBS as well as Internet on E Circular site. Alternatively PNB UNIV can be accessed on CBS at & (Internet Link). 1

2 On log in page, enter your User ID as PF No. and the default login password is as conveyed by the administrator. On Home page, Dashboard five dashlets are available, which can be accessed by scrolling right or left > Available E Learning Courses available to all employees > My e Courses All courses available to specific employee > New Assigned e courses Latest Course made available > In progress e Courses Courses which have been accessed by user but not yet completed > Completed e Courses Courses which have been completed by user 2

3 Whenever, new course contents are uploaded, an e mail notification is sent to the user. You can also change your password under Change Password in My Profile as explained in next screen While changing password, please note that minimum Password Length should be 8 characters. Password must contain alphabets, special characters and numerals. E.g. some@148and#12 Please save after changing password. As other user details have been updated from HRMS, it is suggested that any change may please be made in HRMS, so that it gets updated automatically. Click Dashboard to come back to home page 3

4 ACCESSING e- COURSES Click on the course, you want to access. Gist of Circulars & Banking & Finance News & Views are also available on Home page You can also click on Learning Center to view all courses available to user To go back to home page at any point, click Dashboard 4

5 Here you first access the PNB UNIV Index file to get information about all the available courses on PNB UNIV. A PDF file is open where all the courses name are available, please go through it to known about the courses index. 5

6 If a course has more then one topic, following screen will appear, select the desired topic and course contents will appear on the screen alongwith audio of the text. Scroll up or down to select desired topic for learning 6

7 Following screen of ¾ format screen is appear : Click to view course contents available in the topic, you can select and proceed on the selected slide directly. After you have viewed all slides, click to Close. After you have finished course/topic, its status will change to 100%, which signifies that all slides have been seen by the user. After you have viewed all slides, click Exit to close. *********************************************************************** 7

8 You can go through various course contents available in PNB UNIV as per your convenience i.e. Learning 24 X 7, anywhere PNB UNIV ON MOBILE APP Download PNB UNIV (Mobile App) from Google Play Store, and proceed to log in Next Screen Enter User ID & Password to log in 8

9 Next Screen Click to log in Three tabs reflect status of different courses attempted: ¾ Not Started -No. of courses available but not yet started/completed by user ¾ Started - No. of courses which have been started but not yet completed by user ¾ Completed -No. of courses completed by user List of above courses can be viewed by clicking the respective tab 9

15 Access Test on Web Enter address of the site ( in address bar and enter, following screen will appear Enter User ID & password to log in to PNB UNIV, following screen will appear, click Test/Quiz Login to open & proceed.(use Mouse to click on Test/Quiz Login Enter not to be used). 15

16 On logging in, system prompts following Screen,Click Play to open test (Special Quiz). Please see all instructions appearing on following screen, displaying, test paper, section details, number of questions, time allotted etc. Click start only after you are instructed to do so, next screen will appear and actual exam time will start immediately: 16

17 Clock is on top right hand side, which shows time left to answer allotted question and you can start answering question by selecting the most appropriate option, you can click Save and next to proceed on next question: To unmark any question attempted you may click to unmark button. Question Sr.No. bar line. Click Save and Next to proceed. Grey colour in the bar denotes question not answered, Green question has been answered & Mehroon marked for revisit. 17

18 To answer the question, select most appropriate answer and simultaneously, in case you wish to revisit/review the answer later on, you may check Mark question for revisiting 18

19 Grey colour in answer bar will change to Mehroon, if mark question for revisiting is checked, which will give instant identification of the questions marked for review. If any of the question(s) has been skipped and not marked, in answer bar, the colour will remain grey till they are attempted and marked 19

20 Re Remaining time is reflected on top right hand side of the question paper. In case, you wish not to answer any question now, but to review it later on, simply Check, mark question for revisiting, click save & next to proceed 20

21 If by mistake you click on close mark (X), or you are logged out for any reason such as power failure, break in connectivity etc., then you can Resume the test by re logging and the following screen will appear Click on this Resume button and your test will resume from where you left i.e. all activities till that time are saved. 21

22 Last Question page: Only Unmark, Save& previous and Submit button are there. System will automatically submit answers as Auto Submission if time is over or you may manually submit through submit button. While clicking on submit button system prompts below mentioned warning message box. If you click Cancel then your test will resume at the previous stage where you left and following screen will appear and you can review your answers till time permits. 22

23 However, if you click on OK then the following screen will appear with another warning message Here click on OK to submit the test and user will be logged out. Further the test will not be available on the login again. ********************************************* 23

24 Access Test on PNB Univ App Click on the App download in Your mobile. The following Screen will appear : Click on next button to go to next login screen of the App. ` Enter your user credentials to login. The System will take you to the following Screen : 24

25 Click on hamburger button of the App. The following screen will appear : Click on Learning Centre. The following screen will appear : 25

26 Click on Search button. The following Screen Will appear : To search the assessment type the name of assessment and click to go button in Mobile phone. The following Screen Will appear : 26

27 Click of Play button to enter in to the assessment. The system will take you to the assessment : Click to open to open the assessment. The following screen will appear : 27

28 Click Play button to access the assessment. System will load the assessment in the following screen: To start the assessment click on start button. All the guidelines related to assessment will be visible on the screen. 28

29 Questions will be appeared on the screen. Examination clock is at bottom, which shows time left to answer allotted question and you can start answering question by selecting the most appropriate answer, if you want to leave any question, you can click next to proceed on next question. To go back to previous question, click on previous button. Click on the hamburger button to view the navigation bar of the assessment. The system will prompt following screen : Colour scheme in Navigation bar is as under: 01. Green You have answered 02. Mehroon You have marked it for review (Answered or unanswered) 03. Grey _ Question neither answered nor marked for review 29

30 On the last question of the assessment, Submit button will be available to submit the assessment. On submission of the assessment the following screen will appear : Cilck ok button for final submission. *********************************************** 30
