4 K. Installation guide for Android To make possible to use the App you will need the PIN number: If the PIN will change a notification will be sent from Firriato. If you are not able to find it, please send an to: appsupport@firriato.it The PIN number will be requested only the first time you start the APP. It will be requested if the tablet is rebooted or the app is manually closed. A. It's important that the installation and the first launch of the app should be done connected to a wifi network or a 3G/4G mobile network for internet connection. B. Due to file system management of Android and ios devices, to be able to update App's contents, when started the first time the app will syncronize itself automatically. So it's important to be connected to a wifi network or a 3G/4G mobile network. The app is intented to work on tablets. So, on Android devices, it's possible to incur in layout reconfiguration. 9 In the left sidebar, under the item you click on, you will see burger menu. Clicking on one of the thematic photo of the gallery you are interested in watching, you can visualize some particular features. (for instance: marine influence). 8

Every photo has a tagline explaining what you are seeing ( agronomic practices or important natural elements influencing the quality of grape grow ( for instance: salt brought by wind into the vineyard, influences the aspect of vine leaves). 9

11 You can also decide to visualize or not the tagline of the photo by clicking on The photobar offers you to scroll on to visualize more photos, zoom or close images. You can share, send by , download and print all the images of the photogallery. 10

12 Videogallery Clicking on video the app displays all videos available for watching (the documovie, slideshow) and the link to the winery youtube channel. Videos have good quality definition. All of them have English subtitles to ease the understanding 11

14 Business communications The app for Salesforce will become the main communication tool between Firriato winery and agents. We have implemented apple notices and a specific communication area within the app Notices Apple notices are sort of reminder appearing in the IPAD. Having a look at the following image: clicking on the notice the App will be automatically opened. If you not see communications go to the paragraph refresh notices of the guide. 13
