2 What is OPUS Mobile? We will be using ipads as a point-of-sale You will be able to use both OPUS and RQ on the ipad You will be able to process transactions and take inventory on the OPUS Mobile tablet The OPUS Mobile tablet comes with an all-in-one barcode scanner/credit card reader 2

3 Charge Devices Charge fully ipad and the all-in-one scanner 3

4 Power On Power on the ipad and the all-in-one AIO Scanner : Press Green key to turn on AIO Scanner : Hold Yellow key and # simultaneously to turn off the scanner 4

5 Passcode Default passcode is opusmobile1 Select OK for automatic uploads and Mobile Iron 5

6 Connect to Wi-Fi Wi-Fi network name should be AT&T. Wi-Fi password should be unlimiteddata. Your Wi-Fi name and password may vary. 6

7 Enable Bluetooth The number on the label on the bottom of the all-in-one should match the name of the device. The label on the back of the all-in-one should match the label on the back of the ipad. Next three pages will help troubleshoot scanner pairing issues 7

8 Scanner Pairing Issues Page 1 Before paring the devices, press the F button on the AIO 5 times to remove any pairing Press Begin on the AIO scanner On the ipad, remove all Bluetooth connections to any devices by going to settings-> Bluetooth -> My devices Click on the I to the right of the device and then select forget this device Pair your device to the ipad Also see Pairing Guide on the next two pages 8

11 AT&T App Store - Apps@Work Launch the Apps@Work app from the home screen. Select certificate from popup window 11

25 How To Install RQ Workaround Select -> RQmobile -> click on want this app for free.. banner -> enroll -> select open this page in app store -> you will get browser error message -> In the address bar make following changes Replace https with itms-apps in address bar. Everything else will remain the same. Accept terms and conditions & select OK for allow assignment Go back to and select RQmobile. Click on request and it will prompt you with install option Note: Please make sure ipad is connected to Wi-Fi ITunes Login: Go to settings -> itunes & App Store -> See Apple ID -> It s app store login ITunes password: Attnumber1 25

37 Launch OPUS Launch the OM Integrated app from the dock 37

38 OPUS Login Log into OPUS with your AT&T ATTUID and Password 38

39 Confirm Log On Select OK 39

40 Upgrade Firmware Select OK to upgrade all-in-one firmware. 40

41 Firmware Upgrade Do not power off ipad or All-In-One Scanner when upgrading firmware. Do not minimize OPUS Mobile app. Do not move All-In-One Scanner out of range of ipad. Firmware update may take 15 minutes or more. 41
