5 Cotton Council International Database Page 5 of 213 Introduction The CCI2000 database is a Web Application developed using Coldfusion 1 that is hosted on the web at via the Internet 2. The CCI2000 data is stored in A SQL Server database and is accessed via the Coldfusion application code and presented within a web browser. The CCI2000 Manual The CCI2000 Manual will be updated on a regular basis when changes or new items are incorporated into the database. When there is an updated manual available, it will be sent on a CD and placed on the Intranet. The first page of the manual will always carry the version number and the updated date. Manual Styles: Items that appear in the manual that are in quotes and bolded (e.g., Trip Report ), the style format relates to a form. Items that appear in italics (e.g., Contact History), relates to a module, tab button, or name of a specific field. FUNCTION items that are underlined (e.g., Add New Record), relates to a command function on a form or sub-form. 1 ColdFusion is an application server and software development framework used for the development of computer software in general, and dynamic web sites in particular. 2 CCI database is housed by resultsdirect.com using a SQL Server database and presented to the user via a Web Browser. 3 SQL Server 2005 is a relational database management system (RDBMS) produced by Microsoft. Its primary query language is Transact-SQL, an implementation of the ANSI/ISO standard Structured Query Language (SQL) used by both Microsoft..

7 Cotton Council International Database Page 7 of 213 CCI Database Entry Form Overview This is the main entry form to the Cotton Council International database. From this form, all aspects of the database can be accessed. All the modules available are listed with a labelled box. Function To go to a specific module, click any of the eleven modules on the main CCI2000 home page: Company The sections under this module are: Company Details, Goals, History, Industries, Company Profile (Background, Certifications Audits, Products,

8 Cotton Council International Database Page 8 of 213 Marketing Sales, Cotton Source, Fiber, Spinner, Production Process, Equipment), and Company Contacts (Publications and Activities) Product Reports Query products by region, country and year for a printed report Search Contacts Search contacts by last name only without locating the company beforehand Regional Contact History Company contact history information (search, add and/or edit) Country Data Country tabulations and information (country s list of activity evaluations, trip reports, country tabulations data, and cotton & fiber source data Activity Evaluations Activity evaluations, regional evaluations, USDA summary reports & Key Evaluation Results Data Report Licenses Licensee and licensed product information, Mark labelling & licensing history reports, and HS6 product listing Mark Awareness COTTON USA Mark Awareness data for consumer s awareness, cotton products purchased and attitudes Trips Trip reports User Queries & Reports Global reports or frequently used queries located under the Manage and available only to those with administrative rights. 9 Cotton Council International Database Page 9 of 213 Company Listing Overview The purpose of the Company Listing module is to display and access all company related information. The Company Listing form helps to locate a company quickly by querying either by country or the company name. Function There are seven options on the top of the Company Listing form: 1. Print Listing prints a list of companies according to the selected country. 2. Clear Selection clears any search criteria. 3. Add New Company allows you to add a new company to the database. 4. Add/Update Publications allows you to quickly add or delete publications received by company s contacts.

10 Cotton Council International Database Page 10 of Add New Company & Contacts ONLY allows the user a simple form for entering just company and company contacts. Company & Contacts Overview The purpose of this form is to record company and contact information without going through to the company profile information. Function There are three options on the Company & Contacts form: 1. Close closes the form and returns to the Company Listing form. 2. Clear allows you to clear all selections made

11 Cotton Council International Database Page 11 of 213 On the Company Listing form, to view a particular company s information, either use the Select Country and/or the Select Company drop-down boxes to find a company. Once a company has been selected, You can either select the company or delete it by clicking on the icon: 1. Select shows detailed information of a selected company once selected. 2. deletes a selected company from the database.

12 Cotton Council International Database Page 12 of 213 Company Details Overview The purpose of the Company Details module is to show detailed information of a company and view associated areas. The Company Information form displays company contact and address details as well as the industries associated with the company. NOTE: All companies in the database are now required to have at least one industry associated with. Function There are two options on the left-hand menu and three tabs in the main section: 1. Company Details lists the main company information (shown above). 2. Contacts opens a new form that shows three areas of information:

13 Cotton Council International Database Page 13 of Contacts displays the contact person s title, , direct phone, etc. 2. Publications lists the publications the contact person receives. 3. Contact Activity lists the contact involvement in a particular activity/event promotion. 3. Goals opens a form showing the company goals/results and allow new ones to be added. 4. Contact History shows the history information of a contact person from that company. 5. Company Profile has two tabs containing the background information that relates to the company such as year established, # of employees, turnover, certifications, etc. (info reported on the COTTON USA Licensee Profile form). NOTE: Company contact information from the Trip Reports module will automatically appear under the History module of a particular company.

The following chart shows the industries and options. Options X marks the options that appear according to the industry selected. Spinner shows information that relates to spinning, mills, yarn, fiber, raw cotton and product information. 7. Fabric shows information that relates to fabric, mills and product survey.

15 Cotton Council International Database Page 15 of Apparel/Home Textiles shows information that relates to apparel and home textiles, factories, finished products, equipment, marketing sales and audits, product survey. 9. SCM Report allows you to print the COTTON USA Licensee Profile form. (Because this report is large, it must be printed in 4 segments: Introduction, Spinner, Fabric, and/or Apparel/Home Textiles (you much print the Intro ~ all others are optional.) 10. View all Company & Product Reports take you to the Product Reports section that allows you to query products by region, country and year.

16 Cotton Council International Database Page 16 of 213 Company Contacts Overview The purpose of the Contact Listing form is to list all the contacts of a selected company. Function There are six options to the Contact Listing form: 1. Print Contact Record print previews a copy of all the contacts of that company and their contact detail information.

Add Contact allows you to add a new contact person for a specific company. 4. Contact Details displays the contact person details of a selected contact person.

19 Cotton Council International Database Page 19 of 213 Company Contacts Create a new Contact Overview The purpose of the Contacts form is to display the contact person information of the current company. From the Contact Listing form, click Add New Contact to add a new contact person to a company. Function There are three functions within the Company Contacts form: 1. Contacts Details shows the contact details information. 2. Publications List shows the publication(s) the contact receives. 3. Contact Activity shows the contact invitation to activities/events. 4. Show Contacts on Web displays the contact name, title and address on the COTTON USA Website. The company website indicator on the Company Detail form has to be properly selected.

20 Cotton Council International Database Page 20 of 213 NOTE: You have the options to choose WEBSITE: Licensee Directory VAC BG & Other and/or WEBSITE: Fiber Supplier Directory Exporters BG Fill-in all the appropriate background information about the contact person. Company Contact Details Overview The purpose of the Contacts form is to display the name and address information of the current contact person. Function There are three options on the top of the Company Contacts form: 1. Print prints the current listing of all the contacts and their details. 2. Add New Contact allows you to add a new contact person to a company. 3. Delete Contact deletes a specific contact person from the company and the database.

Function There are two options on the Contact Publications form: 1. Add allows you to add publications by selecting from the drop-down box. 2. Delete Record deletes a publication from a company and the database.

22 Cotton Council International Database Page 22 of 213 Contacts - Activities Overview The purpose of the Contact Activity form is to show all activities/events a person was invited, attended, declined or did not show at a specific activity. (This feature can generate an invitation list housed under the Activity Evaluation section by clicking on List Companies/Activities. Function There are three options on the Contact Activity form: 1. Print prints a copy of all the contacts activity information 2. Add Activity allows you to add new activities in which the contact person is invited and/or attended an activity or event. 3. Delete Activity deletes an activity from a contact person.

23 Cotton Council International Database Page 23 of 213 Contacts Activities: Adding Contacts Activities The purpose of the Company Contacts Activities form is to add a new activity/event to a contact person in which they were invited, attended, or were a no-show. To locate the activity to add, use the drop-down box for Year, Area, CCI Region, Activity Type and/or Country, this will filter the activities shown in the Select Activity drop-down box. NOTE: In order to view the contact activities, look under Activity Evaluation and click List Companies/Activities.

24 Cotton Council International Database Page 24 of 213 Company Goals Overview The purpose of the Goal form is to display goals and results information specific to the selected company for a given year. Function There are two options on the Company Goal form: 1. Create a Company Goal allows you to add goals and results of a specific company. 2. Delete a Goal deletes any goals and results from the database. 3. Edit an existing Goal allows you to edit an existing goal.

25 Cotton Council International Database Page 25 of 213 Company History Overview The purpose of the Company History form is to list all company contact information. Contact information can be queried by the Region, Country, or Trip ID and/or Company. After these options have been selected, the day s range can be selected to view contacts over a specific period. NOTE: Information produced in the Trips module are automatically populates under the Contact History module. Function There are four options at the top of the Contact History form. 1. Clear clear the selections made on the form.. 2. Print Listing prints the current listing of all the company history. 3. Add New Record allows you to add a new contact history to the current company. There are three click options on the right of the form. These options can be used after the Company or Region have been selected or used on their own as a selection criteria:

26 Cotton Council International Database Page 26 of Days shows only contact history within the last 30 days Days shows only contact history within the last 90 days. 3. All re-shows all the history contacts. NOTE: On the top left of the form, the Region drop-down shows the history contacts of a specified region; this can also be refined using the Country drop-down. To view a company s contact history, select the company name in the Select Company drop-down list. This will list the contact history for that company. If a particular contact person of the company is requested, then select the contact name in the Select Contact drop-down list. For each Company line item, two options are available: 1. Go to Trip Report shows the trip report contacts. 2. Go To Company Details shows the details of the company.

27 Cotton Council International Database Page 27 of 213 Company Profile Information Company Background Overview The purpose of the Company Background tab is to show the background or profile information about the company. Function The Company Background sub-form is a fill-in form. Fill-in all the company background information about the company: Year Established (when was it incorporated) Privatized (was the company classified as a private industry) Years at Current Address (how long has the company been at that address) Total # of Employees (total number of employees that work at your company)

28 Cotton Council International Database Page 28 of 213 Wholly Owned (is the company owned) % Management Owned (what percentage of your co. owned by management) Turnover Last Year (what did it cost your company from the turnovers last year) Key Strengths (list the strengths of the company) Agent Information (list the agents the company is associated with) If subcontractors are used, what % of business (what the percentage of your business do you use subcontractors) Certifications or Social Compliance Audit Passed (select certification or audit, then select type and enter other related information)

29 Cotton Council International Database Page 29 of 213 Spinner Overview The purpose of this form is to record all spinner related information, the layout of the form is in the same order as the Supply Chain Marketing COTTON USA Licensee Profile spinner section. This section contains the following information: Spinner Section spinning mills Yarn yarn count Fiber fiber type Raw Cotton staple lengths Source information raw cotton usage Marketing & Sales domestic and export sales Product Survey associated products Spinning Mills Overview The purpose of this form is to record the number of mills and related information of each mill. When Mill information button is clicked, it will take the user to the mill associated company form.

30 Cotton Council International Database Page 30 of 213 Associated Company Information Overview The purpose of the Company Association Information form is to record contact information about a spinning mill and associate it with a licensed company. This information is stored in the Company Information form with the parent field being used to contain the parent company name. The following information is recorded concerning all mills of the company: Mill name Address Industry Mill contact Mill equipment info. NOTE: When spinning mills are selected, it requires that spinning is selected from the Division drop down.

31 Cotton Council International Database Page 31 of 213 Function There are three options and one function drop down box on the top of the form: 1. Add will add a new associated company to the current company. 2. Delete will delete the association of the currently shown company to the company on the main form. NOTE: This will not delete the parent company that is shown; it will only delete the association with the main company. 3. Associated Company Go To will offer a drop down of all companies that are associated with the main company; this could be mills or factories from any of the other profile sections. There are three tabs on the top of the form: 1. Company displays the mill company address information. 2. Contacts open the contact person detail information for the mill. 3. Equipment opens the equipment information of the mill (listing the equipment type and # of units). Mill Contact Information Overview The purpose of the mill s Contact information form is to display the name and address information of the associated company s contact person information.

Add will add a new associated contact person and info to the associated company. 2. Delete Record will delete the association contact person from the associated company. NOTE: This will not delete the parent company that is shown; it will only delete the association with the main company.

33 Cotton Council International Database Page 33 of 213 Mill Equipment Overview The purpose of this tab is to record the equipment type and the number of units of the associated mill. The following list is available from the Equipment Type drop down: Ring Spindles Open End Rotors Looms Circular Knitting Machines Flatbed Knitting Machines Other Mill Fabric or Yarn Production Overview The purpose of this tab is to record the fabric or yarn production and the annual amount produced by that associated mill.

34 Cotton Council International Database Page 34 of 213 The following list is available from the Fabric or Yarn Production drop down (choose the approximate production per the type of associated mill: Spinner Yarn MT Apparel /Home Textiles - Fabric Fabric Fabric Production (meters 2) Fabric Fabric Production (tons) YARN Overview The purpose of this section is to record the yarn counts produced by the company, the percentage of the count; and any specialized yarn produced by the company. Indicate whether the quantities are being reported as an estimated by clicking the Estimated Qty? box.

FIBER Overview The purpose of this form is to record the types of fiber used and the amount of raw cotton purchased by a company. Fiber - type, year and quantity.

The following fiber types are available from the Fiber Type drop down: Cotton Man Made Artificial (Cellulose) Man Made Synthetic (Non Cellulose) Wool Other Fibers NOTE: Metric ton or bales can be entered; the form will automatically calculate the other number. Indicate whether the quantities being reported are estimated amounts by clicking the Estimated Qty? box. Raw Cotton Overview The purpose of this form is to record the average percentage of staple length raw cotton purchased by company. The following options are available from the Avg Staple Length drop down. 37 Cotton Council International Database Page 37 of 213 Source Information Overview The purpose of this form is to record the raw cotton usually a company by country of origin and the type of HVI testing equipment. There are two options and one function box on the Sourcing Information form: 1. Add Source Information allows you to add the country, year and percentage of cotton used by your company that comes from a specific country. 2. Delete deletes source information from the company by clicking in any field and selecting the Delete Record. 3. Estimated Qty: click this box if the percentage of cotton reported is an estimated count. HVI Testing Equipment Overview The purpose of this section is to indicate if the company has HVI testing equipment. Function There are two function options from which to choose:

39 Cotton Council International Database Page 39 of 213 Marketing & Sales Overview The purpose of the Marketing and Sales form is to record all export and domestic sales, customers and brands, and the exporting country of the company. Function There is one function option on the Marketing & Sales sub-form: 1. Clicking on the Click Here button will open the Export and Domestic form. This form has three tabs of information required for spinners: Export & Domestic Sales Export/Domestic Customers & Brands Export & Country

40 Cotton Council International Database Page 40 of 213 Marketing & Sales: Export & Domestic Sales Overview The purpose of the Export & Domestic Sales form is to record percentage sale of yarn produced for the export market and the percentage produced for the domestic market. Function The Sales Type is automatically set to YARN when this form is opened from the spinner section. Enter either the export or domestic percentage of sales for that company s yarn. There are two options on this form: 1. Add allows you to add export and domestic percentage of sales. 2. Delete Record deletes the selected company sales type and export/domestic percentage of sales by clicking in any field and selecting the Delete Record.

41 Cotton Council International Database Page 41 of 213 Marketing & Sales: Export/Domestic Customers & Brands Overview The purpose of the Export/Domestic Customers & Brands form is to report the company s main domestic customers and/or brands. Function There are two options on the Domestic Customers or Brands form: 1. Add allows you to add domestic customers or brands information by selecting the product type, enter customer or brand and indicating whether your last selection was either a customer or a brand. Under the Type drop-down box, you can select the following option(s): Yarn, Fabric, Apparel, and Textiles/Home Furnishing. 2. Delete Record deletes domestic customers or brand information from a company and the database by clicking in any field and selecting the Delete Record. There are "four drop downs that should be selected:

42 Cotton Council International Database Page 42 of Type (this is always set to YARN when the form is opened from the spinner section.) 2. Enter Customer or Brand name, this offers a list of companies that are currently within the database although other company names or brand names can be entered. 3. Customer or Brand? is used to denote if the record relates to a customer or brand. 4. Export or Domestic is used to indicate whether it was an export or domestic market.

43 Cotton Council International Database Page 43 of 213 Marketing & Sales: Export & Country Overview The purpose of the Export & Country form is to record the company s top 5 export destinations and the key customers in each market. Function There are three options on the Company Export form: 1. Add allows you to add company export information by selecting the product, the exporting country and the relating company. 2. Add Company Export Information allows you to add a new exporting company to the Company Export section. 3. Delete Record deletes any exporting information from the company and the database. The Section listed above is automatically set to YARN when this form is opened from the spinner section; select the country then the companies that are the main company s export.

44 Cotton Council International Database Page 44 of 213 Product Survey Spinner: Combed & Carded Yarns Overview The purpose of product survey form for the spinner section is to record product type and yarn production capability in either Nm or Ne lengths. Click on the Click here button to view the Product Survey form. The form lists the products list on the left column and then the yarn counts across the top of the form. Function

45 Cotton Council International Database Page 45 of 213 There is one option on the Product Survey: Spinner form and reference info: 1. Close Product Survey closes the form and returns to the Spinner Section form. 2. Each product has 16 drop downs that can be selected to show either S - single P - plied or SP - single and plied type of combed or carded product, these are selected according to the yarn counts shown across the top of the form. 3. To delete a selection, select the blank option from the drop down box.

This section contains the following information: Fabric Section - weaving/knitting mills Marketing and Sales domestic & export sales Product Survey associated products

Under the Type drop-down box, you can select the following option(s): Yarn, Fabric, Apparel, and Textiles/Home Furnishing. 2. Delete Record deletes domestic customers or brand information from a company and the database by highlighting any field and selecting the Delete Record. There are "four drop downs that should be selected: 1. Sales Type (this is always set to FABRIC when the form is opened from the fabric section.)

Product Search Reports Overview The purpose of the Product Search form is to query the products by region, multiple countries and products in order to produce group reports that list the products. Function This form contains the following functionality: 1. Region and/or multiple countries can be selected. 2. A single Product Group can be selected and then, if required, a single product detail can be selected. If only the Product group is selected, then the report will list all the detail product information of the group selected. 3. The current selected criteria for the company list and reports are shown in all caps above Select Region Then Country drop down box.

Function There are three options on top of the Search for Contact form: 1. Go searches, by last name, the contact person within the database that match the criteria entered. 2. Clear Search clears any entered information and allows you to re-search. 3. Show All displays all Contacts. To search for the last name of the contact person, type within the drop-down box or hit the Enter key on the keyboard. Once you locate the contact person, click Execute Search and the Contact Search Results form will appear. NOTE: Within the box to enter the criteria, a last name can be entered or just part of the last name. Contact Search Results The purpose of the Contact Search Results form is to show all the last names that match or partly match the name typed in the Search for Contacts form.

Print Listing prints the current listing of all the company history of the selected criteria.

The Select a CCI Region drop-down list, when clicked, will only show countries within the selected region.

Add New Activity/Project allows new activity/projects to be added (for ADMIN Only), however, you have the ability to create a non-related FMD/MAP/CBI, etc.,

Print Regional Evaluations prints all evaluations of an selected funding source, year, activity type and/or region 8. USDA Report allows you to print funding reports that print previews the Activity Evaluation Project Report that displays the project code & project name, project time period, project type and project description. 9. Key Evaluation Results Data Report allows you to print a report that displays the Consumer Promotions, Brand Care, & DA/KSA info, Value of the Project, CCI Expenditures on Project, Third Party Contributions, Project Leverage Ratio, Increase Year Sales, Attendees Consumer, and # of Other Partners. 10. Delete Project deletes the selected project of an Activity from the database. 11. Delete Activity/Project deletes the selected activity and associated projects (ADMIN only). NOTE: The evaluation information of any activity or project can also be shown by double clicking the required activity or project. Important! If this form was opened from the Country Listing form, it will only show the activities that are related to the selected country.

The form is divided into four sections: Selection Criteria, Status Report, General Reports, and Add New License. License - Selection Criteria The Selection Criteria area of the form allows the search and selection of licences. Function There are four options at the right hand side of the License form: 1. Print Listing prints the queried list of licensees listing the company, license number, license date, units, bales, and brands. 2. Clear Selection clears your query and re-show all the licenses. 3. Close Form closes the form and returns to the CCI Database Entry Form.

If the company does not exist, please add the company to the database via the Company Details module. 2. Enter a license number, start and end date (mm/dd/yy format) (A MUST!). 3. The country will be filled in automatically, depending on the company s selection. 4. Use the Product (HS6) Look-Up to select the correct product or the product that closely serves your need. 5. Ensure that Product Weight/Quantity, Unit Type and %US is entered before clicking the Re-calculate Bales for Product button. This button will calculate the

155 Cotton Council International Database Page 155 of 213 bale equivalents and US bales for the product according to the number of units (product quantity), the unit type and the %US entered. 6. To create a verification details at this stage, click the Verifications tab and click Create Verification button; this opens the Verification form where verification details can be entered. 7. Enter the Approximate Textile Units Labelled and Verified Bales when reported. 8. Enter other appropriate information such as the brands Name and Goal. Important!! When entering a new license, ensure that the correct Product ID (HS6) description is selected. Use the drill down Product (HS6) Look-Up to select the right product. Select unit types appropriately for the product selected. Products are selected from the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (Annotated by Statistical Reporting Purposes). The units of quantity are in doz., doz. pr, kg, no, sqm, and sq yards. CCI uses all related products from the Harmonized Tariff Schedule that consist of 85% or more by weight of cotton. A conversation factor is applied against the HS6 product codes which convert the product into kg, which includes cutting loss. The conversation factors/unit_kg numbers uses are measurements that come from USDA.

156 Cotton Council International Database Page 156 of 213 License Details Overview The License Details form becomes available when a company license is selected or double clicked from the Selection Criteria tab. This form shows the license and the product details of the selected license. It also shows Verifications, Product Brands of any product and Goals of the licensee. A License can have more than one product listed; the number of products of the current company will listed under the Add a new Product link.

Re-Create Product (HS6) clears the selected product and allows you to re-query your product. 3. Delete Product deletes the current product from the licensee.

Create the license by filling in the Company Name, License Number, Country (appears automatically depending on your company s location), and Start and End Date (mm/dd/yy format). 2. Select the product associated with that licensee from the Product (HS6) Look- Up box. 3. Type the Number of Product Lines 4. Type the Product Weight/Quantity 5. Select the Unit Type (select the type according to how you are reporting the units). 6. Type %US (the percentage must be at least 50%) Press the Re-calculate Bales for Product button to calculate the bale equivalents and US bales. 7. Bales Equivalents will automatically be calculated once you select the Recalculate Bales for Product button. Depending on the unit type, there are different calculations for converting the product quantity into bales equivalents.

161 Cotton Council International Database Page 161 of 213 For example, the bales equivalent is the amount of kilogram times (the measuring amount in converting the unit type into kilogram times the conversion factor received from USDA product quantity) multiplied by the measurements used to convert kilos to bales divided by the bales weight (480 lbs.) 8. US Bales will automatically calculate once you select the Re-calculate Bales for Product button. Depending on the unit type and %US entered; there are different calculations for converting the product quantity into US bales. For example, the US bales is the amount of kilogram times (the measuring amount in converting the unit type into kilogram times the conversion factor received from USDA product quantity) multiplied by the measurement used to convert kilos to bales divided by the bales weight (480 lbs.), then finally multiplied by the %US and divided by 100 in order to accurately display the US bales. 9. Enter Approximate Textile Units Labelled if reported. 10. Enter the Verified Bales if reported.

Cotton Product Purchased allows you to query data relating to your purchase of cotton products.

On the left of the Mark Awareness Tracking View form, there are Year and Country selection drop-downs box that help you quickly locate your Awareness data. From the Year and Country selection results, one or more options become available in listing the Awareness data:

This will appear to those who have ADMIN rights. Function There are four options to this Mark Awareness Entry form: 1. Clear Selection clears the criteria of Select View/Edit Option. 2. Add a New Record allows you to add new tracking data to the Mark Awareness data. 3. Edit the Tracking data the data column allows you to change the tracking data value. 4. Delete Data deletes the selected Awareness data from the database.

Function There are eight options on the Trip Report form: 1. Clear Selection resets any changes made on the form. 2. Print Listing prints the current queried list of trips date, travellers, destinations and trip numbers. 3. Show All clears the queried request and re-show all trips. 4. Add New Trip allows you to add a new trip report to the database.

Function There are two options at the top right of the Add New Trip form. 1. Create will create a new record for a trip to be added. 2. Print Report print previews the Trip report of the trip. Click FILE, PRINT from the menu bar to print the report. There are three tabs on the Add New Trip form: Trips, Activity & Purposes and Contact History.

Trip Number (enter a unique number) Once you type in a number and leave the Trip Number field, the Trip Number you entered will be verified against the database. If the Trip Number you enter is Unique, you will see the New Trip Number redisplayed on the right: b. From Date (enter the start date of the trip ~ mm/dd/yy) c. To Date (enter the end date of the trip ~ mm/dd/yy) d. Traveller(s) (type the CCI travellers of this) As you type the name(s), an autocomplete dropdown list will be created based on what you type. e. Destinations(s) (enter the locations you visited) f. Summary (type a summary of the events of the trip.)

Function There are two options to the Activity & Purpose sub-form: 1. Create New Activity/Purpose detail creates a new Activity/Purpose record.. 2. Delete Trip Activity deletes a selected trip activity from the database.

Year Activity Type CCI Region Country Select Activity Once you select the activity, give the Purpose of the trip. This form displays two types of information: 1. Select Activity - allows you to select the drop-down boxes to quickly locate the correct activity associated with this trip. (Select from the drop-down boxes to quickly locate the activity associated with the trip.) 2. Purpose - enter the reason for the trip in a sentence or two. NOTE: If the activity has no country associated, then no country will show in the country list. Use the Select Activity to locate the activity to add.

In the Trip Report module of the Contact History section, enter information about the company(ies) you visited, contact people you met, and a summary of the visit. Function There are two options under the Contact History form. 1. Add NEW Contact Report allows you to add information about the contact or visits you made during the trip. 2. Delete Contact Report deletes a company contact history report. There are two drop-down boxes for quickly locating a contact visit from the database: Select Company and Select Contact. NOTE: Information recorded in the Contact History module can also be viewed via the Contact History module.

Function There are three options on the Add Contact History form: 1. Save will add the contact or visit information to the specified trip. 2. Clear clears the currently entered information. 3. Close closes the form and returns to the Trip Contacts form. Instructions: Fill in all appropriate information: 1. Country Select from the list of Countries in order to locate the Company Name.
